Abstract

 This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between problematic financing on profitability at PT. BankSyariah Indonesia KFO Micro Pandan City. The location of this research is PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KFO Mikro Pandan Kota,and the population and sample are quarterly financial reports from January 2021- December 2022.The research method used in this research is quantitative research (correlation study), namely research based on data that can becalculated to produce an interpretation of how big the influence of problematic financing is on profitability. The data used is secondarydata, namely at https://ir.bankbsi.co.id/financial_reports.html. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis.This research found that the effect of problematic financing on profitability at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KFO Mikro Pandan Kotabased on the analysis is not significant as evidenced by the results of simple linear regression Y=776.695 – 2.197x where this figureshows a positive value indicating there is no significant influence between (0.086>0.05). This proves that problematic financing (x) isnot significant to profitability (y). Judging from the correlation test, the size of problematic financing on profitability is 4% andanother 96% is influenced by other factors that influence profitability at PT. Indonesian sharia bank KFO Mikro Pandan City.

Abstract

Macroeconomic balance (general balance) addresses the market as a whole. In the economy there is a goods market, a money market, and a labor market. Apart from that, there is also the role of government and traders at the export-import level, all of which can influence the general balance. In simple terms, the concept of general equilibrium is a balance of supply and demand. The aim of the research is to find out the national economic balance using various methods including the curve as a supply function. The aim of this finding is how to analyze market balance with national income. Descriptive analysis technique method. The data used is quantitative data using static and mathematical data analysis, namely the regression method of the relationship between independent and dependent variables which is inscribed through graphic data and curves and so on. Results and Conclusions, in general equilibrium briefly provides an explanation of how an economic sector is in equilibrium as evidenced by demand and supply. Various theoretical perspectives such as market theory, law of demand, law of supply, which then establish the relationship between mathematics and supply. Analysis of market balance, which then leads to national income in the form of;  consumption, investment, government output and import export studies

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pertumbuhan pasar dalam sisitem perekonomian Indonesia yang ditinjau dari berbagai kegiatan. Dengan menggunakan teori –teori tentang pertumbuhan yang terjadi dalam pasar untuk meningkatkan pertumbahan ekonomi, dimana memiliki dampak besar terhadap dinamika melalui perekonomian melalui jalur pertmbuah pasar. Hasil dari simulasi metode ini dapat memperliahatkan perbaikan terhadap sarana untuk meningkatkan pertmbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discusses the opportunities and challenges of sharia insurance in Indonesia. The research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through literature studies, such as books, the internet, trusted websites and previous journals. The purpose of the research is to understand the opportunities and challenges of Sharia insurance in Indonesia. Therefore, the results obtained from the research prove that sharia insurance products continue to experience growth with strong positive encouragement from the community, where people benefit from sharia insurance. This is because there is a value of justice in Sharia insurance itself. Apart from that, the challenges faced by sharia insurance companies are that many people are completely unaware of the existence of sharia insurance, there are no strong regulations regarding sharia insurance, sharia insurance products are still modified from conventional insurance, small capital, and. Lack of HR (Human Resources). Therefore, it is very necessary for the government to play a major role in ensuring sharia insurance experiences optimal development and growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of mudharabah savings and mudharabah deposits affects the level of financing at BRI Syariah banks. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. By using the casual method to get an explanation of a problem related to cause and effect relationships. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of annual reports or annual financial reports that have been published by Bank BRI Syariah for the period 2015-2022. Data sources are obtained indirectly through financial reports or annual reports. The data collection technique used by researchers in this study was taken through the quarterly financial reports of BRI Syariah Bank for the period 2015-2022. Data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the Mudharabah Savings study have a negative and significant effect on BRI Syariah Bank Financing and Mudharabah Deposits have a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah Financing. Together, Mudharabah Savings and Deposits contributed to Mudharabah Financing with a contribution of 35.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Bahasa Inggris merupakan salah satu mata kuliah wajib dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi, termasuk di program studi berbasis agama. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, kuesioner, dan observasi. Responden terdiri dari 50 mahasiswa PAI di salah satu universitas negeri di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, meskipun mereka menghadapi tantangan dalam penguasaan kosakata dan tata bahasa. Beberapa mahasiswa merasa bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Inggris relevan untuk mendukung karier mereka, terutama dalam konteks globalisasi dan kebutuhan dakwah internasional. Namun, terdapat juga kendala yang diidentifikasi, seperti kurangnya metode pengajaran yang menarik dan keterbatasan bahan ajar yang relevan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam materi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris agar lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa PAI. Selain itu, pengembangan pendekatan pengajaran berbasis teknologi dan interaktif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi relevansi peran manusia dalam menegakkan keadilan berdasarkan konsep yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur'an. Keadilan merupakan nilai fundamental dalam Islam yang tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab institusi hukum, tetapi juga setiap individu dalam masyarakat. Melalui metode penelitian kajian pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang membahas tentang keadilan, serta merujuk pada tafsir dan literatur keislaman yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur'an menekankan pentingnya keadilan sebagai prinsip universal yang harus ditegakkan dalam segala aspek kehidupan, baik dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, sesama manusia, maupun lingkungan. Manusia, sebagai khalifah di bumi, memiliki tanggung jawab moral dan spiritual untuk mewujudkan keadilan melalui sikap amanah, ihsan, dan menghindari kezaliman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep keadilan dalam Al-Qur'an bersifat holistik dan menuntut partisipasi aktif manusia dalam mewujudkannya, baik secara individu maupun kolektif. Dengan demikian, relevansi manusia dalam menegakkan keadilan tidak hanya bersifat normatif, tetapi juga praktis, yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam konteks sosial, politik, dan hukum kontemporer.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the Three Pillars of Education in the context of educational politics in Indonesia, with the main focus on understanding the factors that influence its implementation. These factors include the impact of educational political policies, government support, and internal dynamics within schools. The research method used is the analysis of secondary data obtained from academic literature and relevant policy documents. The results of the study indicate that consistent and supportive educational political policies play a significant role in shaping the strategies and operationalization of the Three Pillars in schools. Government support—particularly in terms of funding, infrastructure provision, and human resource development—greatly influences the capacity of schools, especially public schools, to implement the Three Pillars effectively. These findings provide in-depth insights into the complexity of implementing the Three Pillars and serve as a basis for formulating more effective policies to strengthen the strategic role of schools in the development of the Country region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between the knowledge owned by students of Al-Mukkhlishin  Lumut Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah Islamic boarding school to the interest in saving in Islamic banking. This study is a quantitative and the data collection method used questionnaires. The results of this study, the significance value of the variable students’ knowledge was equal to .000 < .05 and there was a positive influence between the variable of knowledge of students about Islamic banking (X) towards the interest in saving in Islamic banking (Y). Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Moreover, the result of r_ (count) is .753 greater than r_ (table), which is equal to .195. According to the criteria, the relationship between the dependent and independent variables showed a strong and significant correlation between the variable knowledge of students and interest in saving. Moreover, the knowledge was greater so, the interest of saving also was greater. It was expected for further research, in order to increase the number of respondents and variables. The results of further research can be further elaborated.

Abstract

Research purposes; This research elaborates the theory of educational quality with educational management theory which is then oriented towards improving the quality of education in madrasah institutions by integrating several regulations regarding the parallels between national (general) education and madrasah (religious) education. Approach Method; The method used is literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. The data used is quantitative data. Analyzing data by reducing data, presenting data, and concluding and checking research results continuously in the research process. Results and Conclusions; (1) Islamic education is the same and equivalent to national education with the issuance of SKB 3 Ministers on March 24 1975, in an effort to overcome the backwardness of religious education. (2) The integration of madrasas into the National Education system is strengthened by PP No. 28 of 1990 and Decree of the Minister of National Education No. 0478/U/1992 and No.054/U/1993. Minister of Religion Decree No. 368 and 369 of 1993 concerning the implementation of MI and MTs. MA PP level. No. 29 of 1990, Minister of National Education Decree no. 0489/U/1992 and Decree of the Minister of Religion No. 370 of 1993. (3) School Based Management (SBM). The English terminology is called SBM, which is a management model that provides autonomy or independence to madrasas in encouraging participatory decision making that directly involves all madrasah residents in accordance with service standards set by the Central, Provincial, Regency and City Governments.
