Dari proses review format maka akan dilanjutkan dengan proses review oleh tim reviewer Jurnal JUPITER. Dalam hal ini membutuhkan waktu sekitar 1 minggu - 2 bulan. Proses review artikel menggunakan Double Peer Review. Jika artikel dinyatakan Diterima, maka penulis tidak perlu untuk melakukan revisi. Namun jika artikel dinyatakan Diterima dengan perbaikan, penulis harus memperbaiki artikel sesuai dengan hasil review dan mengembalikan ke tim redaksi melalui OJS Jurnal JUPITER dalam kurun waktu 1 - 2 minggu. Sejarah Jurnal Jurnal Jupiter merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Teknik Komputer Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan sebagai wahana komunikasi dan informasi ilmiah dalam bidang komputer yang diharapkan dapat membantu para dosen, peneliti, mahasiswa, dan para stakeholder untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian dan kajian ilmiah yang telah berhasil dilakukan. SMEs assistance appropriately is expected to improve the quality of SMEs, however, to provide proper assistance to each SMEs requires identification and grouping of SMEs businesses. The grouping of businesses in Indonesia is divided into three groups, namely Micro, Small and Medium, where each group is based on turnover and assets. The purpose of this research is to group SMEs in districts in South Sumatra by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The stages of the research carried out include the business understanding phase, the data understanding phase, the data processing phase, the Modeling Phase, the evaluation phase and the desimination phase. In testing 15 business data, this study succeeded in applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm to identify and classify SMEs with test results of 53% of data to cluster 1 of 8 data, 40% of data to cluster 2 of 6 data and 7% of data to cluster 3 as much as 1 data. The results of this calculation have also been tested using rapidminer software and produce the same data.

A laboratory-free letter is a document required by students of the Bengkulu University Information System Study Program on the way to graduation. During the current pandemic, the management of academic letters can cause crowds to spread the Covid-19 virus. The lack of awareness and knowledge of the academic community in the integrity and validity of a digital document causes a lot of use of signatures without proving their authenticity. A platform is needed to manage educational documents to avoid viruses and misuse of digital copies. This web-based system implements a QR Code generator to generate digital signatures. This applied research applies prototyping for its development method then tested for functionality and user acceptance. The test results show that 100% of the functions can run well, and user acceptance leads to a score of 80.

The development of technology, information and communication is growing very quickly so that it has an impact on humans, including in the world of education. With the rapid growth in the world of education, especially in higher education. The problem is always the same when a new teaching will take place where new students and lecturers are often late because they are not too familiar with the campus plan. With the development of Internet and multimedia technology, Flash animation as one of the most popular multimedia resources has shown explosive growth. Macromedia Flash is a software for interactive learning media so that it can improve student achievement. By using the survey method to collect data. So from the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the campus plan of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology is designed for people who are interested in the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology Campus to see the campus floor plan before visiting. From the development of interactive multimedia applications, it turns out to be quite helpful for people who want to know the campus plan of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology. So that the use of interactive multimedia is interesting, people will be interested in using the application or even interested in coming to the place.

The science of information and communication technology, especially the use of mobile devices is currently growing rapidly every year. Where is the growth and consumption rate of more and more information. Along with the times, where mobile devices are a necessity that must be owned by everyone to do various things such as communication, exchanging information and doing other things. One of the operating systems for mobile devices today is Android, where the technology is open source so that get a lot of support. Auto 2000 Way Halim is one of the car dealers in Lampung by providing car service services as well as providing car service car sales and installation of various original spare parts for car vehicles required by customers. Where there are some shortcomings in the company's operational activities, namely still using conventional processes and not implementing mobile technology. When the customer wants to know when to have regular service done, the customer must come directly to the company location. Most customers often ignore periodic service and are often late or not on time in carrying out periodic services. This study uses the Prototype model software development method with the stages of gathering requirements, designing and evaluating the prototype. The results of this study are Notification application which is a medium for delivering information on services at dealers in the form of information about when to perform vehicle service regularly so that it can provide good service for Auto 2000 dealer customers by utilizing Android technology. Watering is something important in agriculture. In general, watering is done manually where farmers directly water the plants with a hose. The direct watering method takes a long time, farmers have to visit the farm location and cannot be monitored remotely in real-time. The purpose of this research is to make watering plants based on the internet of things (IoT) using NodeMCU ES8266. Soil moisture data is monitored through the Argotech application in real-time. The soil moisture parameter will determine the automatic watering decision which indicates the water pump is in the on or off position. Measurement of quality of service (QoS) carried out in this study is the measurement of throughput and delay. The throughput measurement is carried out to determine the bandwidth used in the Argotech system. Throughput measurements were carried out three times with the results obtained in the morning at 2926.2 bps, in the afternoon at 2926.3 and night at 2943.4 bps. Agrotech's system delay is 483-487 ms. This study concludes that the Argotech system works well, does not require large bandwidth and has a relatively small delay.

MAN Sintang is the top Islamic superior school in West Kalimantan's Sintang Regency. Science, Social Sciences, and Religion are the three majors of MAN Sintang. According to the 2013 curriculum, majors are conducted at MAN Sintang for students in class X (ten). The difficulty in determining majors for MAN Sintang students is that it takes a long time and is less accurate to find majors that match the student's talents. Student majors are conducted by the MAN Sintang using manual methods to calculate student scores. MAN Sintang can now do student majors using a classification system thanks to technological advancements. The Random Forest approach was utilized to classify the majors of the students in this study. This method is used to determine the final outcomes of the classification of student majors based on voting results. The findings of employing 210 training data and 90 test data to assess the application of student majors classification at MAN Sintang yielded a test accuracy value of 94.38 %.

This study is focused on designing e-quality assurance services to improve the performance of the USN Kolaka FTI Quality Assurance group, which during the COVID-19 pandemic was still applying manual SOP submissions and approvals. the importance of designing e-quality assurance considering the magnitude of its support in academic policy making during the new normal adaptation period in order to support the implementation of quality education in accordance with expectations. the results of this study indicate that 95% of users agree that the faculty's e-quality assurance is able to encourage increased work productivity of GJM FTI through the use of the online SOP draft submission feature to approval and automatic review. The importance of adding MONEV and Internal Audit features will maximize the performance of GJM FTI in the future.

The payroll system is very necessary for every company, because every month the company has to pay its obligations to employees, PT. Bintang Gasing Persada has experienced problems in the payroll process, so a client server-based payroll system is needed. The system developed using the waterfall method which has 4 stages of analysis, design, coding and testing, the system was developed using the MySQL database and using the PHP programming language. This payroll system has functions of save, delete, update, automatic reports so that the use process is because the system is user friendly and the processing of employee salaries is more effective.

Data architecture describes the various types of data called data entities used in business enterprises. Application architecture illustrates the main application needed to manage the data and support the business functions of the company. Enterprise architecture illustrates the operational model of enterprise that includes aspects of business planning, business operations, automation up to the supporting information technology infrastructure. Methods Task Centered System Design (TCSD) is a method used to identify user needs and the needs of the task. TCSD method includes four stages of activity, namely identification, User-Centered Requirements Analysis, design as scenario, and walkthrough Evaluate. Excess use of this method is the design of the system and the program code generated properly - in strict accordance with user needs. Analysis modeling enterprise architecture to support academic information systems at STIK Siti Khadijah Palembang aimed at optimizing the performance of academic information system, reducing barriers between work units, reduce duplication of data, reducing operational costs, improving productivity and performance of employees in information sharing and cooperation between work units to improve quality academic services. Results of this research is the design of the enterprise architecture model of academic information systems. Maha Boga Marga Clinic is one of the community health service centers that provides various health services including general health services, dental health services, health education, elderly health services and physiotherapy services. The physiotherapy service unit at the Maha Boga Marga clinic has served many patients undergoing physiotherapy therapy and rehabilitation, which are handled by professionals. Several obstacles were found in providing services to physiotherapy patients, where data management of physiotherapy patients was still done manually by writing on paper forms. Starting from patient registration, diagnosis and medical treatment results are all recorded in the report book so that it will be difficult for officers to track patient data, both diagnoses and treatments that have been carried out. This greatly reduces services to physiotherapy patients because it takes a long time to find data. It is hoped that a computerized recording system will make it easier for officers to track medical record data for physiotherapy patients. and communication, which is expected to help the physiotherapy service unit at the Maha Boga Marga clinic in providing health services to physiotherapy patients.
