Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi sulitnya melacak kendaraan yang diambil oleh pencuri tingginya tingkat produksi kendaraan tidak diimbangi dengan system keamanan dan monitoring yang memadai hal ini bisa dilihat tingkat kriminalitas yang meningkat, Pemanfaatan internet yang dipadukan dengan microcontroller Arduino uno dapat melakukan monitoring lokasi kendaraan dengan modul GPS (general positioning system) dan relay sebagai pemutus arus koil kendaraan sehingga motor tidak mendapat pengapian.

Abstract

Abstract Many documents must be processed and scanned digitally, especially during this pandemic, physical documents often have to be reprocessed using word processing applications. This process takes a lot of time especially if the document is damaged, lost and does not have a copy. This can be overcome by using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) algorithm. OCR converts letter images into computer-recognized ASCII characters. Image files are relatively larger than their ASCII text files. From the existing problems, the researchers tried to find a solution by creating an OCR application program to simplify the process. The created OCR program is successfully used to scan or scan a physical document if the document is lost or damaged, and can save time on document creation, processing and typing. Abstract

Padi merupakan salah satu sumber makanan pokok yang dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia. Namun kebutuhan beras masyarakat yang semakin meningkat tidak diimbangi dengan pertumbuhan area pertanian. Luas panen kota/kabupaten di provinsi Jawa Tengah di tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Selain itu produksi padi juga mengalami penurunan. Oleh karena itu provinsi Jawa Tengah perlu mengelompokkan kota/kabupaten penghasil padi untuk mengetahui daerah yang memiliki potensi dalam memproduksi padi. Metode yang dapat digunakan dalam mengelompokkan kota/kabupaten penghasil padi adalah clustering. Clustering dapat mengelompokkan data tersebut berdasarkan kesamaan jenis data ke dalam cluster. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengelompokkan kota/kabupaten penghasil padi di Jawa Tengah dengan metode clustering. Clustering yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Hasil yang didapatkan dari metode ini yaitu 3 cluster antara lain C0 menggambarkan daerah yang hasil produktivitas padinya sedang terdiri dari 12 daerah. C1 menggambarkan daerah yang hasil produktivitas padinya rendah terdiri dari 18 daerah. Serta C2 menggambarkan daerah yang hasil produktivitas padinya tinggi terdiri dari 12 daerah.

Abstract

In a place to learn to dance ballet from the ground up, ballet which is a classical dance originating from the European continent, more precisely from Italy but more developed in France and one of the fields of dance that is loved and followed by various groups, ranging from children until adulthood. On Point Ballet School is a ballet dance school that focuses on teaching ballet dance from the ground up. At this time there are many ballet dance courses whose service system still uses a manual system, especially in the registration section. The registration system used by On Point Ballet School is still manual. The method used in this system is the waterfall model, which is a classical model that is systematic, sequentially in building software. The name of this model is actually “Linear Sequential Model”. This model is often referred to as the "classic life cycle" or the waterfall method so that it can provide an alternative solution on the ballet art school registration system website to facilitate registration in obtaining up-to-date information about ballet art schools at the On Point Ballet School offered. Abstract

Data or information security is a very important thing for internet users to pay attention to now, so that the data or information owned is not attacked by irresponsible parties. So, in this research, an implementation of a combination of Blockchain and AES cryptography will be carried out in order to avoid active and passive attacks by attackers. Blockchain method can detect data changes from attackers quickly and easily. However, Blockchain method can still be attacked passively, therefore AES method is combined with Blockchain as a complement that is used to encrypt data from plaintext to ciphertext so that existing data or information can be avoided from active or passive attacks. In this research, the software development method is using Rational Unified Process (RUP) method and the tests carried out are Blockchain resistance to modification attacks testing and Avalanche Effect testing on AES method. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the economic sector, many companies have laid off employees to reduce transmission, but this has caused a bigger problem. The decline in production levels threatens to make companies lose money, this is responded well by the government by issuing a "New Normal" policy. ” is a policy that allows a company to employ employees with strict health protocols. One of the contents of the protocol is to monitor the body temperature of employees when they enter the company, checking body temperature when entering the company is not enough because there are often employees who suddenly get sick at work, employee health conditions that are not monitored properly will have an impact. further spread of the corona virus. The creation of a real-time employee health monitoring system will help anticipate the transmission of covid-19 detected from body temperature, using the MLX90614 sensor connected to the Wemos D1 microcontroller which is used to manage data from the sensor and send data wirelessly. This device can turn on the buzzer automatically if the employee's body temperature is above the normal body temperature limit to warn the company if the employee's health condition is not good, the tool is packaged in a practical way so that it can be used by employees throughout work and does not interfere with performance, monitoring results obtained will be displayed to the user in real time through the Android Application interface and will be stored in the form of a text file in the database.

Abstract

Users of internet network facilities are needed to find references as well as add insight. One of the internet networks used is a wireless network in the form of hotspot technology. Hotspot networks are an important requirement in activities implemented in universities. Frequent attacks that disrupt the internet network such as Wireless Hacking. This study discusses user data security applications and wireless security systems using two factors, passwords and MAC address filters in the computer engineering department. Therefore, to overcome this problem, network security was built with firewall settings, namely filter rules and NAT. Based on these problems, the discussion that will be reviewed is about making user data security applications that are useful for accommodating the user's MAC address and making hotspots on Mikrotik, and testing the designed hotspot network. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the firewall can overcome illegal hotspot users in the MikroTik hotspot. With the development of user data security applications and internet security using a firewall, setting the filter rules and NAT helps users to minimize the occurrence of illegal users. Firewalls are able to filter access to a computer using a list of permissions (permissions list) that is made based on the MAC address. By registering the MAC-Address, illegal users who are not registered in the network cannot easily access wireless networks in the Computer Engineering department. Abstract

Learning media is one of the important components for the success of learning in the world of education. Virtual reality as a learning medium allows users to be actively involved in their virtual environment and can do things that are impossible in the real world. The purpose of research with virtual reality technology is to make teaching and learning activities more interesting and flexible. The success of this virtual reality-based learning media is through 2 aspects, namely the attractiveness aspect which is assessed by experts in the multimedia field, and the information and display quality aspect which is assessed by the students of the Computer Engineering Department of the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic. The research method for multimedia development is Luther and Likert scale to calculate the questionnaire given during the socialization of learning media. Respondents in this study amounted to 3 experts and 100 students, which were obtained from the distribution of online questionnaires The test results show that the percentage index of the success rate obtained by this learning media application is 64.9% and is in the "Good" category. The results of data analysis and testing from respondent B, , the test results show that the success rate percentage index is 79.7% and is in the "Good" category. So this learning media is considered to have provided information that can be understood by students and lecturers. Keywords: Learning Media, Virtual Reality, History of Computer Development

Abstract

Nutmeg (Myristica Fragnans) is a plant that has many benefits and is used in various industries. Indonesia is one of the world's largest producer and exporter of nutmeg seeds with a market share of 75 percent. Fakfak Regency is one of the largest nutmeg producing areas in Indonesia. There are 2 main categories, namely nutmeg with shell and nutmeg without shell. Nutmeg without shell has a high selling value because it has been processed where the shell from the nutmeg is separated from the seeds/contents/core from the nutmeg where there are 3 grades, namely grade 1 nutmeg ABCD, grade 2 Rimpel nutmeg, and grade 3 BWP nutmeg. The sorting process to select nutmeg seeds based on this grade is still carried out conservatively, namely by directly observing the nutmeg seeds one by one so that it takes time, effort and a large amount of money because it involves many workers, therefore a system is needed that can classify the quality of the seeds. Based on the grade of dried nutmeg, one of the expert systems that can accommodate the sorting process is Case-Based Reasoning. Based on the results of tests carried out using a confusion matrix, it shows that the system built has an overall accuracy of 90.5% and an overall system sensitivity of 71%.

Abstract

Thesis is a term used in Indonesia to describe scientific writing. Thesis is in the form of a written explanation of the results of undergraduate research that discusses phenomena in certain fields of science using applicable rules. In this case study, data mining analysis was carried out using the K Means clustering method. The criteria used to classify thesis titles with K-Means are rpm, name, title, supervisor. The increasing number of students and variations in thesis titles cause difficulties in grouping thesis data. This study aims to classify the thesis data of students of the informatics engineering study program IIB Darmajaya. Grouping is done using an algorithm. K-Means Clustering. The process of calculating the K-Means clustering algorithm uses a simple application built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.
