Abstract

Abstrak Sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) yang merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang diberikan STMIK Pringsewu berupa layanan perangkat lunak dalam dunia perkuliahan termasuk didalamnya proses akademik. Pengelolaan sistem informasi akademik yang tidak terkelola dengan baik akan berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas layanan, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan stakeholder terhadap istitusi. Dengan demikian diperlukannya Analisis Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Pada Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) Menggunakan Framework Cobit 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pengelolaan SIAKAD pada STMIK Pringsewu. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian descriptive. Sampel berjumlah 12 responden, model yang dipilih dalam analisis tata kelola teknologi informasi adalah model COBIT 2019. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk nilai tingkat kemampuan yaitu sebesar 57,53% termasuk dalam kategori Largely (Tercapai), sedangkan nilai tingkat kematangan saat ini pada manajemen dan pengguna yaitu sebesar2,1 cenderung 2, telah mencapai Managed Process diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang berfokus pada kualitas pelayanan SIAKAD dan dapat diimplementasikan oleh STMIK Pringsewu guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan SIAKAD. Abstract

A motorcycle security system is a very important system for vehicle owners, while the security system provided by motorcycle companies is considered not able to overcome it. In this study, an M-Comos system (Mobile Control for Motorcycle System) is created, which is a motor vehicle security device that can be controlled remotely and can track where the vehicle is when it is lost or stolen via GPS. By using the Arduino uno microcontroller as the central controller and the SIM800L module to transmit data over the GPRS communication network, then using the command input from the Blynk Application as the device controller.

Abstract

Scheduling courses is a problem that must be faced at every turn of the semester in every academic year at a university. The main problem is how to combine class, time, space, and teaching lecturers so that there are no clashes with each other. Currently, the English Department of the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic does not yet have a computerized scheduling system, so the scheduling process is still not effective and takes a long time. Based on these problems, an appropriate algorithm is needed, namely the genetic algorithm because it can shorten the time of making schedules and overcome schedule conflicts so that scheduling is more optimal. Specific rules in the genetic algorithm include population formation, individual fitness value calculations, selection calculations, crossbreeding processes, mutation processes and generation updates. The development method used is the RUP system. The programming language used is PHP and the database uses MySQL. The expected result of this research is an optimal course schedule and there are no clashes between courses, between lecturers, hours and time of lectures.

Abstract

Foreceasting is a method of predicting what will happen in the future. Forecasting is necessary because there is a difference in the time gap between the awareness of the need for a new policy and the timing of the implementation of the policy. Forecasting is widely used, one of which is in forecasting the level of rice production in South Amanuban District, so that the government can find out the level of rice production in South Amanuban District in the future. Rice is a very important cultivated plant for mankind.rice is the main source of food for almost half of the world's population.including Indonesia, rice is one of the staple foods of the Indonesian people, especially in the South Amanuban district. The purpose of this study is to forecast the level of rice production in South Amanuban District in 2021-2026 with the Least Square Method To calculate the error value of the forecasting used Mean Absolute Percentage Error. The data used in this study is secondary data, with data taken from 2010 to 2020, the amount of rice production in the next six years will be predicted, namely from 2021-2026.The results of the study show that forecasting using the Least Square method that the amount of Rice Production in South Amanuban District in 2021 is estimated to be 16718,7 kg or 16,7187 ton , in 2022 as much as 17127,1 kg or 17,1271 tons, in 2023 as many as 17535,5 kg or 17,5355 tons, in 2024 as many as 17943,9 kg or 17,9439 tons, in 2025 as many as 1835,2 kg or 18,3523 tons and in 2026 as many as 18760,7 kg or 18,7607 tons. Abstract

Abstract At this time, the medium of conveying information in the form of animated videos is important. Like 2D Animation which is widely used to provide information to the audience. In this study, 2D animation was developed to socialize the credit application procedure at Master Cash and Credit Elektronik Furniture. This 2D animation video can mainly be made using the main application, namely Toonboom Harmony 20 with the motto of research and development (R&D) and the ADDIE development model (Analysis), Design ( Design ), Develop (Development), Implement (Implementation), and Evaluate (Evaluation). As well as the results of the 2D animated video, the credit application procedure at Master Cash and Credit Elektronik Furniture is divided into the audience to get a value of interest in seeing the video and is easy to understand by the audience. Abstract

Administrative services to students are one thing that is important at a university. Information systems can help to simplify and speed up services. One type of administrative service is graduation management services which are still carried out manually starting from taking forms to collecting graduation. The graduation information system is one way so that graduation services can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. This research uses the waterfall method in developing software. The system is designed using data flow diagrams to describe the interaction between the user and the system. The result of this study is a website-based graduate information system that makes the graduation management process more effective, efficient, and systematic. In addition, this information system makes data reporting more controlled because the data is updated in real time.

Abstract

Whey protein is considered important as a supplement to help meet nutrition, but the many types and products of whey protein make it difficult for novice gym users to choose products that suit their needs. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) to choose the right whey protein product. In this research, the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) method is implemented to calculate the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria with the ROC formula, then calculate the utility and calculate the final value to then produce the recommended whey product ranking. the criteria used are cosh, calories, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, sugar, and protein. Tests in this study using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on the usefulness aspect showed a result of 0.931 which means that the Decision Support System (DSS) that was built was considered very useful by users.

Abstract

The health was everyone's dream, so the sport is an alternative to be able to maintain physical fitness. Not everyone has the space and ability to have the sports equipment they want, so sports field rentals are an attractive business to do. The problem that occurs is that sports field rentals are not managed optimally, in addition to manual transactions it is also difficult to get information about empty field schedules, how much is the cost of field rental, how to find out the location and facilities provided by sports field tenants. The purpose of this research is to apply the extreme programming (XP) method to build a web-based meeting system between owners and tenants of sports fields to make it easier for users and managers of sports fields to interact directly with optimally. Based on the application of the XP method on the information system that was built, it really helped researchers in developing a system quickly and responsively to changes so that the system built, which was named SIPELA, could make it easier for sports field rental users to choose and determine which field rental suits their needs. admin staff can carry out administrative management activities quickly and easily and business owners can monitor and make decisions on all their business activities with better broad access.

Abstract

At the beginning of its appearance, COVID-19 made the whole community become worried about the possibility that would happen in the future. Prediction of COVID-19 cases is a solution that can be done to reduce this worry. This study uses the Fuzzy Time Series Chen method to predict COVID-19 cases in the future, but on the other hand this method has shortcomings in determining the length of the interval which can result in the prediction accuracy being less good, so a Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is needed to optimize the length. intervals that will later be used to predict cases of COVID-19, so that the results of the predictions will be better. Prediction accuracy is calculated using Mean Absolute Percentage Error. Based on testing the MAPE error value generated from Fuzzy Time Series Chen which is optimized for 26.380%, while for predictions without optimization it produces a value of 30.057%.

Abstract

The Madrasah Nasyril Islamiyah Foundation (YAMNI) is an educational foundation that includes Madrasah Ibtidaiah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah. The problem that occurs in YAMNI is that top management does not have a system that provides specific information such as student or student data, teacher or teacher data, infrastructure data to speed up decision making. From the problems found, it is determined that the purpose of this research is to build a website-based Executive Information System for YAMNI, which can be used as a provider of information needed by YAMNI leaders. The method that researchers use to create the system is the EIS Lifecycle method. That is, there are six phases: justification, design, business analysis, system design, system construction, and deployment and release phases. The results of this study are an Executive Information System that can manage student or student data, teacher or teacher data, infrastructure data from YAMNI and provide actual information to the head of the foundation to support decision making to quickly determine planning strategies and policies in various related fields. with the progress of YAMNI
