Abstract

Emotion Detection is the process of human emotions recognition, it extracting emotions such as happy, sad, and angry, which are obtained from human natural language. Linguistic Style has a wide range, emotional representations occur to millions of people and makes it difficult to infer a person's emotion in a concrete way. Multilabel datasets are also a challenge to deal in emotion detection. Therefore, an in-depth study of the appropriate method for emotional detection is needed. This study performs a comparative analysis between machine learning methods and deep learning methods. The machine learning methods used are Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, SVM, Gradient Boosting and Logistic Regression. The deep learning methods used in this study include LSTM, CNN, MLP, GRU and RNN. This research discovered that Deep learning has a better performance than machine learning, it seen from the accuracy values ​​of LSTM, CNN, MLP, GRU and RNN which exceed the accuracy values ​​of Naïve Bayes, SVM, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting and Random Forest.

Abstract

KISS Semarang is an UMKM located in Mangunharjo, established in 2010. “KISS” Semarang MSME has done media promotions by distributing brochures. However, it is not optimal in its promotional media. A product catalog in the business world is a medium that serves to promote goods sold to attract buyers, in the business world a catalog is very important because it is more efficient to promote the products offered. The design of the website design in this study uses the AIDA analysis method: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action. In this study, the authors set KISS Semarang as the research subject, the data obtained for research needs using techniques such as interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature studies. The results showed that in field trials, website design was useful and could be used to promote products.

Abstract

Information technology can improve the quality of work in industry. One of them is about monitoring temperature and humidity in non-sterile drug production rooms. This temperature and humidity is monitored by the QA (Quality Assurance) department, which is used to see if the temperature and humidity of the non-sterile drug production room is well conditioned. From the existing problems, it is necessary to have an intelligent system that can monitor temperature and humidity appropriately and periodically. One of them is the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) for Simulation of Temperature and Humidity in a Non-Sterile Drug Production Room using a Temperature Sensor (LM35) and an Arduino and Web-Based Humidity Sensor (DHT 22). This tool will detect the temperature and humidity in each non-sterile drug production room periodically, if the temperature exceeds the maximum limit in the non-sterile drug production room, the fan will turn on releasing hot air inside. From all the data that has been collected, it will be processed by the Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller and will be displayed on the website as an interface, for early detection on the website, a DC Fan appears which rotates when the temperature exceeds the maximum limit. Data transmission uses ESP8266 as a wireless module.

Abstract

The heart is a vital human organ that has an important role. Human heart rate is also an important factor in determining a person's level of health. A slow or fast heart rate will have a negative impact on a person's health. To find out if the heart rate is still beating normally or not, then measurements are taken, both measurements with experts and with heart rate measuring instruments. The adult heart rate ranges from 60-100 bpm. Through technological developments in telecommunications systems, users can obtain the desired information. One of these technological developments is the use of a microcontroller that can control or send data via sensors. From the above background, the author makes a system or tool that can monitor the heart rate to detect the level of health. This system utilizes a wemos microcontroller and a pulse sensor that will read the heart rate beats per minute.

Abstract

This study focuses on designing IT blueprints for the Information Technology Faculty of USN Kolaka by combining the Zachman framework and the Strategic Planning Information System to produce an objective requirements plan. The results of this study suggest that there are at least 11 potential applications, including one strategic application, namely the e-quality assurance application, there are five high priority applications, namely e-monev, e-publication, e-ledger, e-procurement, e-certification, there are also four an application that determines the success of public service operational activities such as e-learning, e-library, e-journal, e-alumni, and then an application that supports public service activities, namely an e-mail application that functions for recording incoming and outgoing letters electronically. Thus, this IT blueprint can be a reference for technology developers in mapping the priorities of FTI USN Kolaka services in the future.

Abstract

In each funded research activity or publication research, various documents must be produced as evidence of the implementation of the activity. But often these documents are not well organized. Even though these documents are very important for the administrative needs of higher education institutions, one of which is proof of filling in the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) and Self Evaluation Report (LED) tables in the Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS) 4.0, especially criterion 7, namely research. One way to overcome this problem is to provide a repository for archive management of research documents in digital form. This research designs database systems and business processes in storing and managing digital documents as evidence of research activities and publications. The design of the database system in this application is adapted to the needs of the repository of data on filling in the LKPS table and IAPS 4.0 LED forms related to Criterion 7. Several important points in filling in the table in the LKPS are related to the number of research and publications by lecturers, the number of research funds, publication citations, and even data regarding the output of research grants. The design implementation of this digital archive repository system will later be developed in the form of a user-friendly web-based application to facilitate the management of each research and publication digital document archive. Abstract

Technology is very helpful for simplifying work and daily needs and provides a variety of entertainment for those who want it. For this reason, the community is required to make a change in every activity. The teacher's learning process at Tunas Harapan Kindergarten, which is located at Limbangan Village Rt 02 Rw 04 Banyu Putih District, uses paper media that is attached to the wall or uses teaching aids in delivering learning materials that have not used learning technology. Thus, children feel bored and sometimes neglect to pay attention to the teacher's explanation, and sometimes the learning process is very dependent on the delivery of material delivered by the teacher directly. For this reason, providing support for interactive learning is to take advantage of the existence of media learning facilities that use technology-based mobile education. The application of the learning model with the STEAM method in the learning activities of children aged 5 to 6 years, one of which is the development of student creativity. In building mobile education in interactive learning for early childhood to present or introduce mobile-based education technology to children from an early age, in independent learning it is easily accessible outside class hours and assisting teachers in teaching in particular. Abstract

Searching data in the computer system by using the data search tool can make it easier for users to search for data and information. In order to make it easier for users to search for data and information, it is necessary to modify and implement several algorithms or methods to provide additional features by providing vocabulary suggestions by matching strings that can be an alternative to the search for data and information. Brute force algorithm has a way of performing string searches by randomly searching from each string to find a matching string and which will be used to perform a data search, while the steganography algorithm has a way of working to insert objects, be it in the form of characters or images. Combining the two algorithms and combining each of its performance advantages, so as to provide suggestions in the process of searching for data and information through data search. The result is brute force algorithm will search the data by shifting from each string, so in doing the data search will take a short time while the steganography algorithm performs the storage of data that has been done matching in the process of searching for data that aims to search the next data.

Abstract

Adopsi sistem informasi akuntansi tidak hanya menjadi kebutuhan bagi perusahaan besar, akan tetapi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) juga perlu mengadopsi sistem informasi akuntansi untuk penyelenggaraan pencatatan dan pelaporan atas aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan mereka. Namun demikian masih sedikit UMKM yang memahami pentingnya adopsi sistem informasi akuntansi, keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki baik sumber daya keuangan dan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang teknologi dan informasi menjadi hambatan bagi mereka, sehingga mereka tidak melakukan pencatatan setiap kejadian ekonomi dengan baik dan benar, tidak adanya pemisahan keuangan pribadi dengan keuangan hasil usaha, dan keterbatasan dalam pemahaman tentang konsep-konsep akuntansi keuangan. Saat ini pemanfaatan teknologi mobile bagi masyarakat menawarkan berbagai fitur yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis mobile menawarkan kemudahan dan efisiensi. Sistem informasi akuntansi dengan platform android yang ada dan siap pakai tidak memiliki fleksibilitas dalam penggunaan dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dari UMKM secara spesifik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis mobile yang diimplementasikan pada UMKM. Sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis mobile/seluler yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pemakai, memiliki fleksibilitas penggunaan, dan tidak mengharuskan pemakai memahami konsep dasar akuntansi keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan sistem prototype. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan pendekatan pemodelan berorientasi object Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis mobile dengan menggunakan pendekatan standar akuntansi keuangan entitas mikro, kecil, dan menengah (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

Kelurahan Putussibau Kota adalah salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Kelurahan Putussibau Kota saat ini terkendala pada proses penyusunan rancangan anggaran dana kelurahan, yang ada saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan melakukan perhitungan yang sederhana. Selain itu, proses penyusunan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama karena harus mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek. Dalam hal ini, masalah penyusunan rancangan anggaran kelurahan adalah setiap item kegiatan memiliki bobot skala prioritas, bobot tersebut digunakan untuk mencari kombinasi prioritas kegiatan yang memiliki jumlah bobot terbaik yang mana tidak melebihi batas maksimal anggaran. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut, dapat menggunakan algoritma optimasi yaitu Harmony Search. Solusi yang optimal diperoleh dengan menentukan fungsi evaluasi atau dikenal dengan fungsi aesthetic. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui nilai parameter HMCR, PAR, HMS dan Maksimal Iterasi sangat mempengaruhi hasil yang diperoleh. Sistem yang dibangun dengan kombinasi nilai HMCR = 0.5, PAR =0.8, HMS = 10, berhasil memperoleh hasil yang optimal setelah 850 kali perulangan dengan hasil susunan berupa delapan belas kegiatan dengan bobot maksimal 46,75 dan total biaya yang digunakan sejumlah Rp. 193.000.000,00- dengan waktu eksekusi selama 18,5 detik.
