Abstract

The Community Health Center is one of the health service organizations that always strives to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of services to the community, so it takes a supporting facility for processing website-based information system data that can provide information quickly and accurately, but the Sirah Pulau Padang Public Health Center is in the process of processing information systems that provide accurate information. in Sirah Pulau Padang Health Center, they still use the manual method by using paper as a processing tool so that various problems eventually emerge. Such as the difficulty of controlling user data information, poly data, patient data and patient visit data, inventory of information caused by human error, the process of finding patient data becomes long and less accurate due to the accumulation of paper containing data, and due to the nature of paper that is easily damaged, it is very possible for data loss to occur. The formulation of the problem in this study is the risk of inaccurate data caused by human error in the data recording process, the risk of data loss caused by the nature of paper that is easily damaged, and the slow data search process. This study used qualitative research methods. So the author made a website to support the performance of the Padang Island Sirah Health Center, based on the results of research conducted at the Sirah Pulau Padang Health Center with the title Web-Based Information System Design at the Padang Island Sirah Health Center, it can be concluded that this study succeeded in creating an information system using the website method.

Abstract

The design of the obstacle avoidance robot prototype uses the fuzzy logic control method which is made for learning facilities and implementing intelligent systems. This obstacle avoidance robot can be applied to a security system, which is effective in providing safety for drivers and passengers of motorized vehicles, because this robot is designed to avoid all obstacles in its path. This obstacle avoidance robot is designed based on an Arduino Uno microcontroller with navigation using an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 attached to a servo motor. The actuators used are 2 DC motors and programming using Arduino software by implementing fuzzy logic control to measure the distance read by the sensor and the robot can determine the direction of the next movement. So that after testing, the results obtained that the robot can be implemented as expected.

Abstract

Desa Sesulu adalah salah satu desa yang menyalurkan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD). Program Bantuan ini dikeluarkan pemerintah melalui anggaran dana desa yang diberikan kepada keluarga kurang mampu berupa pemberian dana tunai dalam mengatasi pemulihan ekonomi nasional akibat pandemi Covid-19.Akan tetapi,Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan pada tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2021,terdapat masalah penyaluran bantuan karena terdapat kerumitan dalam pengolahan data untuk menentukan masyarakat  yang menjadi prioritas utama penerima bantuan dari banyaknya masyarakat yang mengusulkan untuk mendapatkan bantuan. Metode K-Means Clustering merupakan salah satu metode pengelompokkan data yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan dari data yang berukuran besar. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan Rapidminer studio versi 9.10 terdapat 185 data yang termasuk cluster 1 dengan status penerima bantuan sosial tidak tepat sasaran, 61 data yang termasuk cluster 2 dengan status penerima bantuan sosial dipertimbangkan, dan 90 data yang termasuk cluster 3 dengan status penerima bantuan sosial tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi permasalahan keamanan yang semakin rawan terhadap pencurian didalam rumah dan seringnya pemilik rumah lupa untuk mengunci pintu saat meninggalkan rumah, pemanfaatan internet yang dipadukan dengan microcontroller Arduino uno dan kartu Rfid dapat melakukan penguncian jarak jauh dengan metode IOT(internet of thing) dan hanya pemegang kartu Rfid yang dapat membuka kunci dengan metode scanning.     Kata kunci—Internet, Microcontroller, Internet of Thing

Abstract

Myam Hijab shop is a store that specializes in selling hijab, but of the various hijabs that are sold, of course, not all of them sell, some do not. Sales data, purchases of goods and unexpected expenses in Myam Hijab are not well structured, so the data only serves as a store archive and cannot be used to develop marketing strategies. Therefore, it is necessary to apply data mining using the K-Means method. at the Myam Hijab shop. The K-Means method can be applied to the Myam Hijab Store to find out which hijab sales are selling, selling and not selling. The application of the K-Means method at this Myam shop is by grouping hijab stock data. Then select 3 random groups as the initial centroid. After the data for each group did not change, it was seen that in the end there were 24 products that were selling well, 59 products that were selling well, and 17 products that were not selling well. Then, the application of the K-Means method on Rapidminer is done by entering product stock data, namely initial stock, sold stock and ending stock, which will be converted into a database in Ms.Excel, the data will be connected to Rapidminer Tools and processed. and form K-means. After that, Rapidminer will produce which products are in high demand, high demand, and low demand.

Abstract

Abstrak   Pada proses penelitian ini data bantuan tunai langsung (BLT) yang berhubungan pada penerima manfaat bantuan yang sudah dilaksanakan pada Desember 2021. Tetapi bantuan tersebut ada juga yang tidak sesuai harapan masyarakat karena disebabkan status rakyat miskin yang tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bantuan tunai langsung (BLT) pada desa PELANGSIAN disalurkan melalui kelurahan desa agar masyarakat yang tidak mampu mendapatkan bantuan, dan membantu rakyat miskin menanggulangi ketidak seimbangan atara desa kedesa. Dalam mengklasifikasi penerima bantuan ini maka penulis menggunakan metode naive bayes untuk menganalisis probabilitas dalam suatu objek yang termasuk dalam atribut kelas di dalam algoritma tersebut maka penelitian ini menggunakan software rapidminer untuk menghitung tingkat accuracy data. Dan hasil analisis menggunakan software rapidminer dengan metode naive bayes tingkat akurasi yang di dapat 83.67%. Pada prediksi terdaftar sekitar 26 data orang yang “terdaftar”, true tidak terdaftar prediksinya 7 data orang yang “tidak terdaftar” dan jumlah class precision terdaftar adalah 78.79% serta jumlah class recall nya 74.29%, dan pada perdiksi tidak terdaftar true terdaftarnya 9 orang yang “terdaftar” dan 56 data orang” tidak terdaftar” pada prediksi tidak terdaftar, jumlah class precision 86.16%. Serta jumlah class recall nya 88.88%. Dan nilai yang didapatkan pada accuracy 83.67%, precision 78.79% dan recall 74.29%. Selain di uji dengan software rapidminer. Dan itulah hasil yang penulis dapatkan pada saat menganalisis probabilitas angka yang didapatkan pada saat mencari tingkat akurasi data serta proses di dalam menggunakan metode naive bayes. Abstract

Mobile JKN is an application built by BPJS Kesehatan to use the current use of mobile technology. The JKN Mobile Application is expected to provide convenience for the public in accessing information related to the BPJS service program online. The importance of Mobile JKN services to carry out operational activities must be in optimal conditions. In fact, there are still many things that need to be related to JKN's mobile information technology. The low interest of the people of Bandar Lampung in using the Mobile JKN application. This is indicated by the queue of information request services that are always full at the BPJS office. This condition indicates the need for measuring application acceptance (acceptance) for the community, as well as evaluating the JKN mobile application. This study aims to measure the readiness of BPJS health users in Bandar Lampung to use the JKN BPJS mobile application and build recommendations for improving information technology governance related to the JKN BPJS mobile application. This study uses the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) analysis model to determine Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use, as well as the implementation of information system audits related to IT security risks using Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). The results of the research value of benefit (PU) is 62% and convenience is 59%. As for the analysis of the JKN mobile application, the current maturity value and expected maturity are 1.03

Abstract

Herbal plants are plants with various benefits, one of which can be used to treat diseases naturally, especially skin diseases and hair diseases. Indonesian people are susceptible to skin and hair diseases because Indonesia is a country with a tropical climate. In this modern era, most people are not proficient enough at distinguishing between herbal plants and ordinary plants, which can cause errors in choosing herbal plants. So the researchers specifically made an herbal plant detection system for skin and hair diseases using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model and Tensorflow framework and to help the public recognize herbal plants. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model in this system is used to process two-dimensional data in the form of images. This research uses the Tensorflow framework which functions to run the recognition system. The result of the application test by using the picture of herbal plants can provide the highest accuracy in the sample test reaching 100%, and the average accuracy reaching 93%. So that android-based application is useable to make people easier to identify particular herbal plants for skin and hair diseases.

Abstract

Text classification can be used to organize, arrange and categorize a text. Text classification can be used for all text documents even if a text has a large number of features. However, the large number of features can cause reduced accuracy in the performance results of the classification system because there are some features that have less relevance to a text category. The Mutual Information feature selection method combined with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm is used to improve performance results in the classification process for Indonesian question documents by eliminating features with weights below the threshold. The results showed that the use of the Mutual Information feature selection method on the SVM classification algorithm was able to produce the best performance with an accuracy value of 0.92, precision: 0.93, recall: 0.89, f-measure: 0.9, computation time: 7 s and number of features: 240. Abstract

This study examines how the literature review of the technology acceptance model and theory on the BRImo application is used by the community to determine the level of customer satisfaction they have. This study uses descriptive research, namely research that describes facts, data, and information obtained from literature studies such as books, and journals to research results related to the research topic. In this study, it is explained that BRI has one of the superior products that is used to answer the challenges of advancing technology and information in the realm of finance and banking, namely BRImo or BRI mobile banking. BRImo is a banking service that makes it easy for customers to access banking facilities without having to come to the bank. Based on the technology acceptance model and theory, the use of the BRImo application is divided into three vital elements, namely readiness, perceived usefulness and ease to use, and perceived risk. These three elements affect the BRImo application on customer satisfaction in using BRImo. The results obtained are that BRImo fulfills all the elements in this technology acceptance model with a high value. This is based on facts and data which state that BRImo has a high usability and transaction value in its use. In addition, based on the customer satisfaction index, BRImo got the highest score among the mobile banking applications offered by other commercial banks, which was 81.50%. This data shows that BRImo is a mobile banking application that can answer the challenge of community satisfaction in Indonesia.
