Abstract

In today's rapidly growing internet era, humans are required to be able to adapt to change, like how to communicate. Courageous communication can be done through social media such as Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc. Instagram itself is not only used by individuals but by agencies/companies as well. One agency that uses Instagram social media is the Palembang City Tourism Office. Instagram is used as a forum for communicating and sharing information about tourism promotions in the city of Palembang. Currently the Palembang City Tourism Office's Instagram account @charming.palembang is still not proven effective due to the lack of two-way communication and responses from readers (likes, comments, shares, etc.). Therefore, it is necessary to measure social media acceptance using the UTAUT model with a sample of 126 people who are followers of the Instagram account @charming.palembang. Then, the data is processed using the SmartPLS application. Results showed that PE and SI had a significant relationship with BI but EE did not. Meanwhile, BI has a significant relationship with UB but FC did not. For the moderating variables, gender, age, and experience alone do not moderate the relationship between the existing independent and dependent variables.

Abstract

The development of the website at this time can not be separated from computer and information technology. Starting from developing companies, and government agencies, to institutions, but there are problems in these schools, namely, problems with systems that are still manual and teachers want a web design that can be easy to use, has a good design that will be made into a website in the future. website, with the existing problems a prototype design will be made using the Design thinking method, the method used to design a design is the design thinking method which will be combined with the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method used in the testing phase. The result of designing using the design thinking method can produce an interface and improve the user experience as evidenced by measurements using the (UEQ) method which says that of the 6 aspects of the assessment there are 5 excellent aspects (attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy and novelty) and 1 aspect what is the value of good (stimulation).

Abstract

Technology is currently developing very quickly, one of which is the payment transaction system. The transaction service that people use to make payments is ShopeePay. Based on the results of a survey from InsightAsia entitled Consistency That Leads: E-wallet Industry Outlook 2023, the research shows the results that ShopeePay is in fourth place for e-wallet applications that are widely used in Indonesia, namely 51% of users. This proves that ShopeePay is still less attractive to the public. According to research from the Director of Customer Experience at Ipsos Indonesia, ShopeePay users are young people because their productivity level is higher than that of other groups. Based on the results of the population census in 2020, it was also noted that the majority of Indonesia's population is from generation Z, which is 27% of the total 270.2 million population of this country. This study aims to determine what factors influence the intention to use ShopeePay for Sriwijaya University students. This research was conducted using the UTAUT 2 method by adding the variables perceived trust and perceived risk. The results of this study indicate that the addition of perceived trust and perceived risk variables has a significant effect on behavioral intention. The results also show that the price, value, and habit variables also have a significant effect on behavioral intention. On the other hand, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and hedonic motivation have no effect on behavioral intention

Abstract

The need for data maintenance is very large, especially for data that is very important, but sometimes in searching for data there are several obstacles. Some of them were errors in writing the search text, which caused the search for data to take a lot of time and even made the data not found. Several data search methods, namely KMP and Leveshtein, have their own advantages. In this study the author aims to make a comparison between the KMP and Levenshtein methods using the Experimental research method, to find out the results of which data search method works and the search process is faster, in order to provide benefits for users to make it easier to search data. The results of the study show that the performance of the Levenshtein algorithm is superior compared to the Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm, with the result that the speed and accuracy in searching for member data is 0.022 for the average search algorithm for Knuth Morris Pratt and 0.02 for the average search algorithm. levenshtein.

Abstract

The science of information and communication technology, especially the use of mobile devices, is currently growing rapidly every year. Where the growth and level of consumption of information is getting more and more fast. Along with the times, where mobile devices are a necessity that must be owned by everyone to do various things such as communicate, exchange information and do other things. One of the current mobile device operating systems is Android, where the technology is open source so it gets a lot of support. The community's need for technology is very diverse, one of the needs is information media about cat diseases. Cat owners generally do not know the disease that their pet is suffering from, so a system is needed that can imitate the expertise of an expert in solving a problem. The system development model used is the Prototype model. This method starts with gathering user requirements, then makes a quick design which will then be re-evaluated before it is produced properly. The system created uses the Forward Chaining method of reasoning. The Forward Chaining method is a technique for finding conclusions that flows forward, starting with providing some information (facts) which must then be answered according to the facts to be able to determine a final conclusion from the information that has been provided. The results of this study are in the form of an application that can help the community or cat owners in diagnosing diseases in cats and making it easier for users to get information about cat diseases. Abstract

Technological developments has a great impact on the development of types, features, specifications, and prices on smartphones that are increasingly varied. With this, people, especially game enthusiasts, have difficulty in determining smartphones according to the criteria needed. To solve this problem, we need a system that allows people to identify gaming smartphones based on certain criteria. The criteria used include RAM, battery, internal memory, processor, screen, camera, and price. This system applies the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain the weighting value of criteria and Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to produce the highest to lowest value priority ranking. From the calculation results obtained for the highest value, namely Redmi Note 9 Pro (0.787), Realme 8 (0.76), Realme 6 (0.633), Realme Narzo 50A (0.386), Realme Narzo 30A (0.379), and the lowest value Redmi Note 8 (0.127). With this system, it will make it easier for game fans to recommend the best smartphone.

Abstract

PT Lematang Coal Lestari is a company engaged in coal mining. The salary calculation system that is currently running at the company is carried out using the Microsoft Excel application, this can affect data security. In addition, the distribution of salaries is still printed one by one and then distributed to each representative department, this is certainly not safe in the confidentiality of salary data for each employee and does not apply health protocols in the current COVID-19 pandemic. Given this problem, it is therefore necessary to apply salary calculations and distribute salary slips automatically via employee e-mail with the aim of assisting in data processing so that they can overcome human errors or errors in Microsoft Excel data, so that data becomes more secure and accurate. The research methodology used is a qualitative research method where data collection is done through observation and interviews. The system development method used is the waterfall method and the framework used in writing code is CodeIgniter 3. Keywords— Application; Employees; Salary.

Abstract

Information systems are an important part of the business world, because they can provide information about a company and carry out all kinds of activities. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based information system for processing leave data and hiring prospective employees at PT Lematang Coal Lestari, which previously did not have an information system to convey information about companies and job vacancies. Leave data processing still uses a written form, and the remaining leave is recorded using Microsoft Excel, so it is possible to cause input errors. Then the selection process for hiring new employees is carried out directly at the company's location, so it will take a lot of time. The methodology used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews, then the system development method used is the waterfall method. Data collection is the first stage, then followed by carrying out the following stages, namely design, program code generation, testing and support. The result of this research is the creation of a website-based information system for processing leave data and hiring prospective employees at PT Lematang Coal Lestari which can provide information about companies, products and job vacancies. The system created can help the HRD division process employee leave data easily and store it properly. Abstract

RSUD Sekayu adalah salah satu fasilitas penyedia layanan kesehatan di bawah dinas kesehatan pemerintahan setempat. RSUD Sekayu menerapkan sistem delivery obat (SIDEBAT) guna mendukung aktivitas pelayanan kinerja pada rumah sakit, selain itu SIDEBAT di RSUD Sekayu belum pernah melakukan pengukuran evaluasi terkait dengan keberhasilan penerapannya. Maka dari itu, peneliti mengusulkan untuk melakukan pengukuran evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem SIDEBAT, responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 85 nantinya jawaban responden tersebut akan di analisis datanya menggunakan SPSS yang menguji seluruh aspek yang ada pada kerangka kerja metode HOT-FIT. Model ini berfokus pada 3 aspek yaitu, human, organization dan technology. Adapun indikator lainnya yang telah ditentukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kualitas sistem (KS), kualitas informasi (KI), kualitas layanan (KL), pengguna sistem (PS), kepuasan pengguna (KP), struktur organisasi (SO), kondisi fasilitas (KF) dan dukungan pimpinan (DP). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terhadap keberhasilan sistem SIDEBAT yang sudah diimplementasikan di RSUD Sekayu. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, dari 9 hipotesis yang sudah ditentukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa 8 hipotesis diterima sedangkan 1 hipotesis ditolak.

Abstract

TikTok Shop is a shopping feature developed from the TikTok application which was launched in April 2021. Currently, the TikTok platform occupies the largest number of users in the world with a total of more than 2 billion downloads. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of user satisfaction in accessing and using the Tiktok Application towards the Tiktok Shop service. Therefore, it is one of the aspects that is quite important in knowing and assessing the availability and completeness of information needed by users on the System. So, from this problem, researchers analyse the User Satisfaction Level of Tiktok Shop Service Using the System Useability Scale (SUS) Method, which with this method can analyse the satisfaction level data for users who use the Tiktok application, the SUS method uses questionnaire data to determine the level of user satisfaction with the Tiktok application. Which is where researchers have collected 310 respondents to determine the score results to determine the level of satisfaction of Tiktok application users. And from the results that have been obtained, it is known that the calculation of the average SUS score on the Tiktok Shop application is 74.57 which in general can be categorised as "Acceptable". With the grade scale C range, but the user Adjective Rating range in the Tiktok Shop application is classified as the "Good" category where the results of the application of SUS in this study are in accordance with the criteria in the System Useability Scale (SUS) method.
