Abstract

State Junior High School 35 Palembang is one of the schools in Palembang City, making this school widely chosen by prospective parents of current students because this school has only been opened since 2019. However, the process of processing academic data at this school is still not integrated. The ongoing academic system still uses the Ms. Excel application, without a database. The system development method used is the prototype method, if at the ongoing stage there are shortcomings in the previous stage, additions or improvements can be made directly without having to complete the final stage first. The tool used to describe the system model is in the form of a data flow diagram (FlowMap), in the design of this Academic Information System uses PHP and Mysql programming languages as a database

Abstract

The Regional Secretariat is an institution or organization that assists the Regent in formulating policies and coordinating administration regarding the implementation of Regional Apparatus duties and administrative services. People not only pay attention to quantity, but also quality. The same is true for other agencies or organizations. One way that can be done is to carry out an Information Technology Audit using the COBIT 5 Framework. By following the stages and criteria set by COBIT. These stages will produce a parameter for the level of management of information technology called Capability Level. Where these parameters will later be used as a benchmark by comparing them with the targets to be achieved. The difference between the target to be achieved and the curent situation is called Gap Analysis

Abstract

Bengkel Maju Abadi Motor adalah suatu badan usaha yang bergerak di dalam bidang pelayanan service berkala pada kendaraan mobil. Yang beralamat di Jalan Jendral Bambang Utoyo No.110 Rt.020 Rw.004, Kel.3 Ilir Kec.Ilir Timur II (Simpang Empat Lemabang) Kota Palembang Sumatera Selatan 30116, Indonesia. Kegiatan pelayanan service berkala dibengkel maju abadi motor belum terdapat sistem informasi pelayanan service yang berbasis website. Ada beberapa masalah pada proses bisnis yang berjalan di bengkel maju abadi motor terutama dalam proses pelayanan service berkala masih dilakukan secara manual seperti melakukan pencatatan pelayanan service, dokumen tentang identitas pelanggan dan pemeriksaan service berkala. Proses yang disebutkan sebelumnya belum terkomputerisasi dalam arti masih berbentuk manual atau arsip dan menggunakan software microsoft excel. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototype. Metode pengembangan aplikasi program yang digunakan adalah metode web service controller. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan menggunakan database MYSQL. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Penulis berharap dengan adanya sistem ini seluruh informasi yang ada menjadi lebih akurat dan mampu membantu mengatasi masalah yang terjadi.

Abstract

Data yang disimpan tidak hanya bisa disimpan saja tetapi bisa dijadikan suatu repsentasi pengetahuan di kemudian hari. Oleh karena itu harus ada pengolahan data contoh nya dengan menggunakan data mining dalam data pasien yang terkena penyakit DBD digunakan untuk merepsentasikan pengetahuan dari gejala penyakit DBD sebelumnya, yang dimana di derita oleh pasien di unit kerja ruang aster. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya suatu klasifikasi penyakit DBD di unit kerja ruang aster. Klasifikasi pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan perawat dan penderita mengenli tipe penyakit DBD agar penanganan penyakit DBD semakin mudah dilakukan.

Abstract

The South Sumatra Regional People's Representative Council is a regional people's representative institution that is domiciled as an element of regional government administration in the province of South Sumatra. Currently, the process of hearing schedule information at the South Sumatra provincial DPRD office still uses conventional methods such as direct submission of the unit that provides requests for hearings or internal activities, after that the requests will be processed and invitations to session meetings are then distributed. Therefore, it can be overcome by proposing a system, namely the firebase push notification feature or firebase cloud messaging. Firebase cloud messaging is a form of service provided on Google to send a message or notification to customers through a browser or smartphone. The purpose of this study is to build a hearing schedule notification information system in the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD to make it easier for DPRD members to find out information about the trial and get notification of the session schedule on the members' cellphones. This app is designed and built by leveraging Firebase Cloud Messaging by narrating push notifications. This system is expected to be able to manage notifications every time there is a new news update regarding the time and agenda of the trial, as well as provide convenience to members of the DPRD to find out information about the trial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem pelayanan aplikasi MyIndiHome, yang merupakan salah satu layanan internet cepat di Indonesia. Meskipun aplikasi ini menawarkan kemudahan, terdapat beberapa kekurangan, seperti informasi tagihan yang terbatas pada jumlah total bulanan tanpa penjelasan pemakaian internet, serta penanganan keluhan pengguna yang tidak real-time. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah McCall Software Quality, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 97 responden pengguna aplikasi. Penghitungan kuesioner dilakukan menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa indikator kualitas aplikasi MyIndiHome sebagai berikut: Correctness sebesar 58%, Usability 37%, Integrity 76%, Reliability 43%, dan Efficiency 76%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ini, disarankan untuk melakukan perbaikan pada aplikasi MyIndiHome sesuai dengan indikator kualitas yang telah diidentifikasi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Abstract

Tourism is a strategic sector for the Indonesian government to increase domestic and regional income and create jobs. With the development of digital technology, transformation in the tourism industry is crucial to strengthen global competitiveness. This study focuses on the development of an Android-based tour guide service application as a solution to transform tourism services in Indonesia. Currently, the tour guide system in Indonesia is still manual and not standardized, which raises concerns about the quality and security of the service. This application aims to provide a list of licensed tour guides, allow the selection of tour packages according to preferences, and increase transparency through the rating feature. The Extreme Programming (XP) method is used in the development of this system to be responsive to changes in user needs. This research is expected to facilitate the search and rental of tour guide services, improve service quality, support the growth of more organized local tourism, and support the transformation of tourism services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to create an e-disposition letter information system application, improve the efficiency of letter management, facilitate access and tracking of letters, so as to improve the quality of public administration services. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), the results of which research developed a web-based letter e-disposition information system for the Tungkal Jaya Sub-District Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This system is designed to improve the efficiency of letter management by reducing the use of paper, accelerating the flow of disposition, and facilitating real-time monitoring of letter status, this system has been tested and proven to be able to help various actors involved, such as admins, employees, secretaries, and leaders in managing incoming and outgoing letters more effectively. The implementation of this system is expected to support the digitalisation of government administration and improve the quality of public services in the sub-district office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the website of PT Semen Baturaja by employing the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. As a digital representation of the company, the website plays a significant role in disseminating information, promoting products, and strengthening the overall corporate image. In today’s digital era, providing an optimal user experience is crucial to ensure that a website can effectively fulfill user expectations and needs. The UEQ method serves as a comprehensive tool for assessing user experience through six essential dimensions: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data were gathered by distributing structured questionnaires to a group of users who were randomly selected from visitors to the company’s website. The analysis revealed that the website excels in efficiency, indicating that users find it quick and responsive in performing tasks. Furthermore, the site received above-average scores in attractiveness, perspicuity, stimulation, and novelty, reflecting a visually appealing layout, ease of navigation, engaging elements, and creative features that enhance user interaction. However, the dependability dimension scored below average, highlighting concerns regarding the website’s consistency, reliability, and error management. These findings suggest that while the website performs well in several areas, enhancements in system stability and functional reliability are necessary. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of continuously evaluating and refining website performance. The insights gained are expected to provide meaningful input for PT Semen Baturaja in its efforts to improve website quality and ensure a more satisfying and dependable user experience in the future.
