Abstract

One of the hospital needs is the availability of blood stock. Information on blood stocks in hospitals and supporting agencies is very necessary as demand continues to increase. This research aims to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) using the K-Medoids method for mapping blood transfusions in North Sumatra. The results of Clustering Calculations using K-Medoids obtained the following results: The first group consists of RSUD dr. RM Djoelham Binjai, H. Adam Malik Regional Hospital Medan, Pringadi Regional Hospital Medan City, Deli Serdang Regional Hospital, Sultan Sulaiman Syarif Regional Hospital, Dr. Hardianus Sinaga, Batu Bara Regional Hospital, Haji Abdul Manan Simatupang Regional Hospital, Salak Regional Hospital. consisting of UDD: PMI Medan City, PMI Deli Serdang Regency, PMI Batu Bara Regency, UDD PMI Labuhan Batu. The second group consists of Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital, Dr. H. Pane Group, Sidikalang Regional Hospital, Porsea Regional Hospital, Dolok Sanggul Regional Hospital, dr.FL Regional Hospital. Tobing Sibolga, Pandan Regional Hospital, South Tapanuli Regency Regional Hospital, Pasambungan Regional Hospital. consisting of UDD: PMI Pematang Siantar City, PMI Tebing Tinggi City, PMI Asahan, PMI Labuhan Batu Utara, PMI South Tapanuli Regency, PMI Mandailing Natal. Abstract

Artificial intelligence is part of the development of computer science that allows machines to function the same as humans. The use of artificial intelligence occurs in various fields, including the medical field, such as the animal hospital in Lampung City. Currently, there is only one animal hospital in Bandar Lampung. Therefore, it is very difficult for pet owners who live far from Bandar Lampung City to have their sick pets checked at a veterinary hospital. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to develop software to diagnose animal diseases, especially cat diseases, including the application of a forward chain to maximize the diagnostic process. For optimal results, our cat disease diagnosis software tests all software features using black box methods. Test results using the black box method found no errors in the diagnostic software functionality.

Abstract

Pets, including dogs, play a crucial role in human life and have become an integral part of modern households. The intelligence and loyalty of dogs are some of the reasons why they are kept as pets and valued as excellent protectors of homes. With the increasing population of dogs, there is a significant need for suitable living spaces and proper care for the. Although many pet owners seek help form veterinarians when their pets experience health issues, limitations in time and expenses often become hindrances. As technology advances, expert systems have emerged as promising solutions for diagnosing diseases ini pet animals. This research implements the Forward Chaining method for reasoning and the Certainty Factor for measuring the certainty value in the diagnosis process. The system is expected to assit all pet owners, especially those with dogs, ini identifying potential health issues that may arise in their pets. Additionally, the system can aid experts in providing preliminary diagnoses. Through testing conducted, it was found that 30 data showed consistent agreement between the expert’s assessments dan the system’s results.

Abstract

One of the health issues that often arise in Indonesia is stunting. Stunting is a nutritional condition assessed based on the PB/U or TB/U index, with measurement results in the range of -2 SD to -3 SD (short/stunted) and less than -3 SD (very short/very stunted) in anthropometric-based child nutritional status assessment. The purpose of this research is to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) using the K-Means method to identify the distribution of stunting cases in Sitiotio Sub-district. K-Means is a data clustering method that divides data into groups based on similarity, with each group being in a different location. The results of the analysis using the K-Means method to map the distribution of stunting cases in the region are as follows: Cluster 1 (Green Zone) includes the Sabulan, Buntuh Mauli, Janjimaria areas. Cluster 2 (Yellow Zone) includes the areas of Parsaoran vg, Holbung. Cluster 3 (Red Zone) includes the areas of Cinta Maju, Janjiraja, Tamba Dolok. The creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) to map stunting cases in Sitiotio Sub-district aims to provide more efficient information in mapping, monitoring, and decision-making related to handling stunting cases.

Abstract

Sistem administrasi surat menyurat di Kantor Desa Parit Baru sudah menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam sistem informasi surat menyurat yang saat ini diterapkan. Salah satu kekurangan utama adalah kurangnya fasilitas tanda tangan digital, dengan proses penandatanganan surat masih mengandalkan tanda tangan konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan menerapkan fasilitas tanda tangan digital dalam administrasi surat menyurat dan mendukung penerapan keamanan dalam proses administratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma RSA untuk implementasi tanda tangan digital. Meskipun algoritma RSA memiliki keamanan yang tinggi, namun menghasilkan kode tanda tangan yang panjang. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian juga menggunakan skema QR Code sebagai metode untuk menampung kode tanda tanda tangan digital yang panjang sehingga dapat disisipkan pada dokumen surat. Hasil dari penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk menyederhanakan proses tanda tangan pada dokumen surat dengan menggunakan tanda tangan digital. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat menjaga keaslian dokumen surat. Dalam hasil pengujian, pemindaian QR Code terenkripsi terhadap 15 data QR Code berhasil, sehingga dapat mengenali seluruh data. Kata kunci— Kriptografi, Algoritma RSA, Tanda Tangan Digital, QR Code, Surat.

Abstract

The conversion of transfer student courses aims to make the education program that has previously been taken can be applied to continuing education programs, so that there is no repetition of the same education program. The problem that occurs in the Information Systems study program, Bina Darma University is that the caprodi must input one by one from the student transcript data for each conversion process, which takes a long time. Efforts to deal with these problems designed a course conversion system with a development method (System Development Life Cycle) with a waterfall model. After analyzing, it produces a design to build a course conversion system that is more effective and efficient for transfer students. This system design has a page display consisting of a dashboard page or main page, a page for processing student data, transcript data, course data starting from adding, editing, and deleting data. As well as the display that is the core of this system design, namely the conversion process page and course conversion results.

Abstract

Oranjee Petshop is a shop in the city of Palembang that sells pet care products and provides open adoptions for various types of pets. Currently, Oranjee Petshop is not well known to the wider community, the majority of customers are people who live not far from the shop location. This resulted in the store's sales turnover not increasing. The E-Pet Solution Information System is a solution developed to improve operational efficiency and customer service in the pet shop business. Website-based, this system provides easy access for customers to shop, as well as making it easier for employees and owners to manage the business. This research aims to identify the problems faced by pet shops, evaluate the performance of existing systems, and develop better solutions. The method used is the Prototype Method, the aim of this research is to produce a sales website that is more efficient, competitive and customer-oriented.

The various technological inventions and computing techniques that facilitate human work in the era of globalization are a sign of technological growth. One example is the Decision Support System (DSS), which helps decision makers use models and data to solve unstructured problems. With the need for decision making that produces consistent and fast decisions, this DSS must be chosen to meet current business needs quickly and measurably Universities or colleges still use intuition, analysis, calculations, and rules to choose the best graduates. Using the AHP decision support system is expected to help the college determine its best graduates accurately and effectively.

Abstract

Lubuklinggau is known as a transit city which is located directly on the border with 2 provinces, namely Bengkulu and Jambi. The city of Lubuklinggau has a tourism program known as "Let's ngelong Lubuklinggau, where the number of tourist attractions, both natural and artificial, continues to increase. Currently, visiting tourists continue to increase, where in 2010 it was 8,449 people and in 2022 it was 17,932 people. As tourist attractions increase, it is necessary to increase adequate accommodation facilities. The increase in the number of tourists, which is not accompanied by an increase in accommodation facilities, has resulted in a decrease in the number of tourists visiting. So it is necessary to analyze the number of tourists visiting to improve service facilities for tourists, especially the provision of accommodation. By predicting the number of tourists, it will help the Lubuklinggau City government to carry out strategies in an effort to fulfill the accommodation needed by tourists in an effort to increase the number of tourists. The multiple linear regression method can be used to predict the number of tourists. This is proven by the predicted results of the number of tourists in 2025 being 25,495 people, which is influenced by the determination value of the availability of rooms and hotel guests of 82.6% and the positive influence variable is very strong with a value of 0.908 on the number of tourists
