Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik SIAkad adalah sebuah sistem yang dibangun untuk seluruh kegiatan akademis di lingkungan Kampus Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia (UPMI). Penggunaan Sistem SIAkad UPMI dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, dari kompleksitas antarmuka sampai dengan masalah kegunaan dari sistem tersebut. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi kegunaan sistem akademik menjadi suatu hal yang sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa sistem tersebut dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan efektif oleh penggunanya. Salah satu evaluasi kegunaan sistem yang bisa dilakukan adalah evaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna SIAkad dengan menggunakan Metode System Usability Scale (SUS) yang ditinjau dari 10 pertanyaan System Usability. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kueisoner atau survei, dengan responden dari mahasiswa Program S1 di lingkungan UPMI. Dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS), penelitian ini menghasilkan Skor SUS dengan Rata-rata 81.  Sistem SIAkad UPMI berada pada Acceptability Ranges ‘Acceptable, Grade Scale yang diperoleh yaitu ‘A’ dan adjective ratings termasuk ke dalam ‘Excellent’.   Kata kunci— Sistem Informasi Akademik, Kepuasan Pengguna, Usability Testing, System Usability Scale

Abstract

Recording student attendance at higher education is an important aspect in managing the learning process. The paper-based attendance system at the Malang State Polytechnic Information Technology Department faces serious challenges, including potential damage, risk of data corruption, and efficiency failures. A survey in November 2023 revealed absenteeism by some students, highlighting weaknesses in the system. This research aims to improve the accuracy of the attendance system, strengthen trust in attendance data, and provide technology-based solutions. The methods used are quantitative and qualitative, with questionnaires and observations of students. The research results are expected to provide a basis for improving policies and implementation of the attendance system, minimizing conditions, increasing efficiency, and strengthening student attendance management in the Information Technology Department.

Abstract

Scheduling subjects is a component found in educational institutions. In the creation of school subject schedules, it is not only the school subjects that must be considered; The availability of teachers, the classes, and the appropriate time slots must all be taken into account to prevent conflicting schedules. To address scheduling issues, a high level of precision is required, especially when schedules are created manually. Based on these issues, a system is needed to accurately solve problems, ensuring that no scheduling conflicts occur. This school subject scheduling system is built at MTs. Khaulafaur Rasyidin. The system built is a web-based scheduling application using constraint programming. The number of scheduling slots used from Monday to Saturday is 7 slots, with only 6 slots available on Fridays. Each class is scheduled for learning activities for 6 days per week from Monday to Saturday. Therefore, each class has 41 scheduling slots per week. Testing is conducted five times to assess the accuracy of the system. The five tests involve the system processing the scheduling using five different types of soft constraints. After conducting these five tests, the system successfully resolves scheduling issues with 164 slots without generating conflicting schedules, with an average accuracy of the system against all constraints of 85.81%

Abstract

The growth of the agricultural sector, especially in shallot production, has become the main focus in supporting food security in Musi Rawas Utara Regency which has been faced with the challenge of how to create smarter and more focused agricultural strategies. The agriculture and fisheries department has so far used a computerized system but not yet. decision support system, one of which is the distribution of seed aid to farmers to increase production yields, so it is felt that there is a need to develop and implement a decision support system for recipients of shallot seed aid because shallots are one of the mainstay commodities focused on by the Musi Rawas Utara Agriculture and Fisheries Service in Karang Dapo sub-district, this research uses the weighted product method which uses 6 criteria, namely harvest scale, land area, number of members of the farmer group, requirements for prospective locations and requirements for prospective farmer groups whose requirements have been determined by the agriculture and fisheries service which resulted in the Danau Gede farmer group being The preference with the largest value from the other 11 alternatives is with a vector value V = 0.07978270931306.

Abstract

T his study aims to categorize online boarding search App/Webstore users based on factors that influence their online repurchase intention. The eight factors analyzed include perceived value, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, firm's reputation, privacy, trust, reliability, and functionality. Data obtained from 160 respondents who use the application/webstore kost finder. The analysis method used is K-Means clustering. The results show the formation of 2 clusters, namely cluster 1 of 100 respondents with high factor influence and cluster 2 of 60 respondents with low factor influence. The difference in the average score on each factor between the two clusters indicates that cluster 1 is more satisfied and trusting of the service than cluster 2. These results can be a reference for companies in improving service quality and marketing strategies.

Abstract

Bengkayang Regency is one of the regencies located in the West Kalimantan Province. Bengkayang Regency boasts numerous tourist destinations that can be visited. However, many people are still unaware of the tourist spots in Bengkayang. The purpose of the tourist package booking information system in Bengkayang Regency is to provide a platform that facilitates tourists in obtaining information and booking tour packages in the region. This system is built based on a website. The development stages of this system utilize a linear sequential model(waterfall). The system is accessible to both administrators and regular users. User accessible sections include information about tourist destinations, tour package selection, booking and confirmation, booking management, payment, and payment notifications. The tourist package booking information system in Bengkayang Regency can simplify the process for tourists to choose and book packages that meet their needs. System testing, conducted through black-box testing with predefined test cases, yielded results indicating that the system operates in accordance with requirements.

Abstract

Tourism in Banyumas Regency holds significant potential with a variety of attractive destinations, and to support tourist access, Trans Banyumas Bus serves as a public transportation mode. Accurate and easily accessible information is key to enhancing the tourist experience. Therefore, this research develops the Android application "TraBas Access," focusing on providing information about routes, stops, operational schedules, and tourist destinations in Banyumas. The application development applies the Scrum method, a part of the Agile framework chosen for its agility in responding to changes and providing transparency in the development process. Scrum's advantage, with its Sprints, enables the team to focus on specific features in each sprint phase, enhancing adaptability to changing needs. The developed system has undergone a series of Sprint Planning and testing using Black-Box testing, with results indicating the proper functionality of all application features.

Abstract

The focus of this research is implementing the waterfall method in designing a reading room digitalization system. The system development method uses the waterfall method, which consists of software requirements analysis, design, program code creation, testing, and maintenance, while system modeling uses data flow diagrams. This system is tested using black box testing with the type of Balance Equivalence Partitioning and Sample Testing, which is used to ensure that the selected values can produce good data and match the data entered by the user. The results of this research show that applying the waterfall method to building a reading room digitalization system can be done well because this method is unidirectional, meaning that each phase must be completed before the next phase begins, and the system is built where the requirements have been clearly defined from the start and are not possible to change randomly. significant during development

Abstract

Air bersih menjadi kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan masyarakat, namun aktivitas manusia yang tidak bijak menimbulkan pencemaran air pada sumber-sumber air, mengakibatkan krisis air bersih. Saat ini, metode penyaringan manual masih dominan, memakan waktu dan tenaga. Oleh karena itu, seiring perkembangan teknologi, diperlukan solusi yang lebih efisien. Dalam konteks ini, dikembangkan sistem penyaringan air bersih otomatis dengan pemantauan real-time berbasis website. Sistem ini menggunakan media penyaring seperti pasir silika, pasir aktif, pasir karbon aktif, dan pasir zeolit, serta NodeMCU ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan sensor turbidity untuk mendeteksi kekeruhan air dan sensor pH untuk mengukur tingkat keasaman pada setiap tahapan proses penyaringan air. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan sampel utama dari air sumur bor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyaring air sumur bor dengan baik, dengan hasil nilai kekeruhan dari 12,5 NTU menjadi 4,6 NTU, dan nilai keasaman dari 6,82 menjadi 6,79.

Abstract

Lighting from lamps plays an important role, but manually controlling lamps often makes users forget to turn off the lights when leaving home. This research introduces smartlamp, which is a lamp integrated with IoT system. In this research, smartlamp is designed to provide automatic control by recognizing the habit data of home occupants using the C5.0 Algorithm method. This system focuses on recognizing data on the habits of home residents using the C5.0 Algorithm method with the use of 864 training data conducted for 20 days and 48 testing data for 2 days resulting in system implementation with an accuracy of 98.61%, recall 98.47%, precision 98.47%, and an error rate of 1.39%. The results of this study show the ability of the C5.0 Algorithm method to recognize user habit data. Suggestions for further research are to build a system that uses a bluetooth connection so that it can be used when there is no internet network and add several sensors to measure the level of efficiency of power usage at home
