Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Marketing and Personal Selling on increasing sales at PT Amoeba Biosintesa. Research using quantitative methods. Data collection using a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire, data analyzed using SPSS software. The sample consisted of 100 respondents determined through the Lemeshow formula. The results show that simultaneously and partially Customer Relationship Marketing and personal selling simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on increasing product sales at PT Amoeba Biosintesa. The coefficient of determination shows that Customer Relationship Marketing and Personal Selling contribute 59.6% to the increase in sales. Customer Relationship Marketing and Personal Selling play an important role in marketing strategy and have a significant influence on product sales at PT Amoeba Biosintesa. It is expected that the company optimizes Customer Relationship Marketing with advanced technology and service personalization, and increases the effectiveness of Personal Selling through training and direct interaction with customers.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengenai mahasiswa yang di dalam dirinya kurang mempunyai motivasi terkait belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari lingkungan teman sebaya dan self-regulation terhadap motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2022 dan 2023 secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis survey dengan desain yaitu survey eksplanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan angkatan 2022 dan 2023. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Probability Sampling dengan jenis Simple Random Sampling yang berjumlah 163 orang mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan t hitung 4,471. 2). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari self-regulation terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan t hitung 7,065. 3). Terdapat pengaruh dari lingkungan teman sebaya dan self-regulation secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar dengan perolehan hasil uji simultan (uji f) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan f hitung 53,224 > 3,05. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa diepngaruhi oleh lingkungan teman sebaya dan self-regulation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), on work productivity (Y). This research used a sampling technique using a saturated sampling method with a sample of 32 respondents. This research method uses quantitative research methods with the help of the SPSS 26.0 application as a tool for calculating the data that has been obtained. This research uses 3 variables. The independent variables are work motivation, work discipline, while the dependent variable is work productivity. The results of this research show that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a calculated F value (7.821) which is greater than F table (3.29). Partially, work motivation has no significant effect on work productivity, while work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how financial management strategies include planning, recording, reporting and controlling. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained or collected directly in the field through interviews with related information showing that the results of the financial management strategy for craft businesses in Kesu' sub-district, North Toraja district do not implement financial management consisting of planning, recording, reporting and control.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of credit procedures, interest rates and quality of credit services on credit decisions at BCA Bank, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. The location of this research is BCA Bank, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. The research sample consisted of 90 people. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the research data. The conclusions of this study include: 1. The credit procedure variable partially has a positive and significant effect on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 2. The interest rate variable has a significant and positive effect partially on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 3. The credit service quality variable has a positive and significant impact on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 4. The credit procedure variable, interest rate level, and quality of credit services simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the factors of benefits, ease of use, privacy, and improving one's performance can significantly influence the adoption of cloud computing among MSME players. The population of this study were MSME players in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi areas in 2024. The sample selection was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique, namely convenience sampling with the snowball method. This research is quantitative research conducted by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents as entrepreneurs or workers of Jabodetabek MSMEs. Based on the results of this study, it can be found that the perceived ease-of-use factor has a significant influence on the adoption of clous computing among MSME players. However, the perceived usefulness, privacy, and performance expectancy factors do not have a significant influence on the adoption of cloud computing among Jabodetabek MSMEs. The results of this study are expected to provide knowledge regarding what factors influence the adoption of cloud computing to increase attention, especially for MSME.

Abstract

This study used a questionnaire distributed to the public who registered their certificates for the first time. Sampling using the Krecjie and Morgan sample table, namely 33 samples. The data analysis technique used was processing public satisfaction survey data using a weighted average value. From the test results, it is known that the index value in the Public Satisfaction Survey at the Tana Toraja Regency Land Office is 77.73, which indicates a B-level service quality and a good level of service unit performance. The results of the study shot that the public is satisfied with the services received

Abstract

The research is intended to analyze financial performance at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, based on the Economic Value Added method at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. Processing PT financial reports. Mayora Indah, Tbk uses quantitative analysis techniques with data analysis methods in the form of numbers which include financial reports at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. The data used is secondary data in the form of PT's financial reports. Mayora Indah.Tbk for the 2019-2023 period is secondary data used and obtained via the website www.idx.co.id. The research results show that the financial performance of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk based on the 2019-2023 EVA method produces a positive EVA value.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk menganalisis penyaluran piutang dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas (Return On Asset) pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Balo’ta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dari sumber data primer dengan sekunder. Prosedur pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan studi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaandalam melakukan pengendalian piutangnya kurang baik terlihat dari perputaran piutang yang sangat rendah sehingga periode koleksi pengumpulan piutangnya juga sangat tinggi. ROA perusahaan dalam pengelolaan sudah maksimal karena kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba cukup baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand how Brand Image, Price, and Product Quality affect Customer Loyalty of Megasari Chips in Cipongkor District. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection through a Google Form questionnaire and uses a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 27 with the normality test method, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, correlation coefficient and determination. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents in Cipongkor who had purchased Megasari Chips at least twice. Simultaneously, Brand Image, Price, and Product Quality have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty of Megasari Chips. Partially, Brand Image and Price do not show a significant effect, while Product Quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of Megasari Chips. These findings emphasize the importance of improving Product Quality as the main strategy to increase customer loyalty. This research makes an important contribution in designing more effective marketing strategies for Megasari Chips products.
