Penggunaan sampel serum dan plasma menjadi dua pilihan utama yang sering digunakan untuk mengukur kadar glukosa darah seseorang. Pemeriksaan sampel dengan penundaan perlu ditambahkan bahan pengawet. Natrium Flourida (NaF) merupakan antikoagulan yang dapat mempertahankan konsentrasi glukosa dalam darah jika terjadi penundaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan plasma NaF terhadap kadar glukosa darah pada pasien diabetes melitus melalui mekanisme pemeriksaan segera dan ditunda 2 jam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling (SRS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai α = 0,000 (pemeriksaan segera serum dan plasma NaF) dan nilai α = 0,000 (pemeriksaan ditunda 2 jam serum dan plasma NaF). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemeriksaan glukosa pada serum dan plasma NaF segera dan ditunda 2 jam.

This study aims to determine the effect of Phet Simulation-Assisted Scientific Approach on Thematic Learning Outcomes. Theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 1 semester 2 Class IV SDN Pilangbango Madiun. This research uses quantitative research using quasi-experimental method, the design in this research is Non-Equivelent Control Design because this research involves two classes in the sample. The control class uses conventional learning, while the experimental class uses a scientific approach assisted by phet. This study uses documentation in the form of observation sheets, and test results as data collection instruments. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and work experience on work loyalty (census on employees of PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri). The method used in this study is causality through a census approach. With a research sample of 60 employees of PT. Independent Power of Grace. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the work environment has a very good rating classification, work experience has a very good rating classification, while work loyalty has a good classification for employees of PT. Independent Power of Grace. Together the Work Environment and Work Experience have a significant influence on Work Loyalty on Employees of PT. Independent Power of Grace. Partially, the work environment has no significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Independent Power of Grace. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price perception on customer satisfaction of Go-Ride service users in the Go-Jek application in the City of Tasikmalaya (Survey of Management Study Program students for the 2018 period, Perjuangan University). This type of research is quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. The sample that will be selected in this study is the Student of Management Study Program for the Period of 2018 Universitas Struggle Tasikmalaya, as many as 80 people. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Service Quality and Price Perception had a significant influence on customer satisfaction in Management Study Program students for the 2018 period. Partially, Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction in Management Study Program Students for the 2018 Period. This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and Price Perception on Brand Loyalty (Survey on Reseller Mukena Arrinda Collection). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 85 Reseller Mukena Arrinda Collection. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that E-Service Quality and Price Perception had a significant influence on Brand Loyalty at Reseller Mukena Arrinda Collection. Partially E-Service Quality has a significant influence on Brand Loyalty in Reseller Mukena Arrinda Collection. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the attractiveness of BB Cushion Pixy's advertisements on decisions, the effect of BB Cushion Pixy's brand image on purchasing decisions (Survey of Management students at Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). The research method used is the causal method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the attractiveness of advertising and brand image simultaneously significantly influence the purchasing decision of BB Cushion Pixy. The attractiveness of advertising has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions for BB Cushion Pixy. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Erha Skincare Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method, while the population in this study are all Erha Skincare consumers in the City of Tasikmalaya who have made a purchase. Data were obtained directly through questionnaires to 100 respondents and multiple regression analysis methods. This study aims to determine the positioning strategy and brand image of Pixy Lipcream Products in influencing purchase decisions (Survey of Management Study at Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). The research method used is the casual method with a Research sample of 100 respondents and the analytical tol used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the Study, it is known that positioning strategy and brand image have a significant simultaneous effect on Pixy Lipcream purchase decisions. Positioning strategy has a significant effect partially on the purchase decision of Pixy Lipcream. The objectives of this research were find out and analyse the innovation product, e-commerce and competitive advantage on product of B.O.T Store Tasikmalaya, and the influence of the innovation product and e-commerce to competitive advantage on product of B.O.T Store Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research are survey methods, data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The object of this research was consumers of product B.O.T Store Tasikmalaya, with using purposive sampling method. Analysis technique used Multiple Regression Analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi dan menganalisa tata kelola pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dan kendala yang menghambat tata kelola pemungutan PBB di Kelurahan Patokan. Jenis Penelitian ini Kualitatif Deskriptif. Tenik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola pemungutan PBB dilihat dari metode POAC prinsip – prinsip manajemen dalam hal perencanaan (planning) tata kelola sudah cukup tersistem dan terarah, untuk pengorganisasian (organizing) dalam jumlah pemungut pajak sudah mencukupi dengan area luas Kelurahan Patokan disertai dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai,namun pada pelaksanaan (actuating) belum terlaksana dengan baik. Kurang efektif dalam hal koordinasi ,komunikasi dan pemberian perintah. dan untuk pengawasan (controling) sudah cukup baik sehingga penyimpangan dalam penagihan PBB dapat diminimalisir. Namun yang terpenting yang sangat mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola PBB yang lebih baik untuk mengoptimalkan penerimaan PBB adalah motivasi petugas pemungut dengan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, insentif , pengembangan diri dan ketersediaan SDM yang masih jauh dari harapan. Kekurangan ini mengakibatkan pemetaan dan pendataan serta database yang berguna untuk mendapatkan penerimaan yang sesuai target tidak tercapai, kendala lainnya adalah minimnya anggaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat sebagai wajib pajak yang masih rendah
