Abstract

Teacher performance can be interpreted as the level of success of teachers in carrying out tasks in accordance with their responsibilities and authority based on performance standards that have been set during a certain period within the framework of achieving educational goals. This research has the objectives, (1) To find out whether there is an influence of human resource quality management on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 6 Jombang, (2) To find out whether there is an influence of organizational culture on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 6 Jombang dan (3) To find out whether there is a simultaneous influence of human resource quality management and organizational culture on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 6 Jombang. The results of this research show that, (1) Human Resource Quality Management has a significant effect on teacher performance. This can be proven based on the results of the hypothesis test (in the form of a T test significance value with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T count result of 14,238 (14,238 > 2.019), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) It also states that organizational culture has a significant effect on performance. teacher. This can be proven based on the results of the hypothesis test (in the form of a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T count of 15.176 (15.176> 2.019) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted dan (3) Human Resource Quality Management and Organizational Culture have a significant simultaneous effect on Teacher Performance at MTs Negeri 6 Jombang. This can be proven based on the calculated F value (in the form of a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated F result is 120.044 (120.044 > 2.84) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan beretika. Perguruan Mathali’ul Falah Pati sebagai lembaga besar mempunyai konsep dasar tersendiri sebagai pedoman dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang dikenal dengan istilah Nilai Dasar Shalih Akram. Nilai dasar Shalih Akram yang mencakup sembilan nilai etika plus satu menjadi landasan dalam pembentukan karakter sivitas akademika di perguruan Mathali’ul Falah. Pada sisi lain Undang-Undang Pendidikan Tinggi memberi regulasi tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi yang harus berlandaskan pada sembilan asas. Antara konsep Nilai Dasar Shalih Akram dan asas-asas Pendidikan Tinggi terdapat korelasi yang saling berpengaruh dan saling melengkapi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi korelasi antara konsep Nilai Dasar Shalih Akram dengan asas-asas Pendidikan Tinggi yang termaktub dalam Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwasannya terdapat korelasi antara asas-asas Pendidikan Tinggi terhadap konsep Nilai Dasar Shalih Akram perguruan Mathali’ul Falah Pati yang saling melengkapi dan saling bersinergi dalam pembentukan sivitas akademika yang cerdas, terampil, dan berbudi pekerti luhur

Abstract

Overseas students tend to study far from their place of residence. This makes students not in the environment of the closest people such as family, closest relatives, friends and friends at home. Living overseas is not easy to adjust to the new environment. Students who cannot adjust overseas tend to feel sad because they need to adjust to the culture in their new environment. This will certainly have an impact on the psychological well-being of overseas students, because not all of them are able to face these demands. Not a few of them feel lonely and alone. This research was conducted to find out how to optimize the psychological well-being of overseas students with self-determination-based community counseling. This research uses the literature review method which is carried out by finding several sources related to variables. The results showed that Self-Determination-based community counseling proved to have several effective efforts to support the psychological well-being of overseas students. The Self-Determination counseling approach model focuses on fulfilling three needs, namely competence, autonomy and connectedness. Implementation of Self-Determination-based community counseling includes identification of needs, formation of support groups, social activities, social skills training, autonomy facilities, mentoring, evaluation and feedback.

Abstract

Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) didirikan pada tanggal 11 September 1945. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh work life balance dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 45 responden dari karyawan bagian tata usaha, dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh bersamaan : Y = 0,557 + 0,190 X1 + 0,852 X2 + e. Uji T pertama diperoleh nilai thitung 1,641 < ttabel 2,018 dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) sebesar thitung 9,371 > ttabel 2,018. Hasil uji F didapatkan nilai fhitung sebesar 155,984 > ftabel 4,073. Uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,881 atau 88,1% yang mana menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara variabel Work Life Balance dan variabel Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This research examines the trends in strategies implemented by guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in preventing bullying during the 2019-2023 period. This research uses a literature study method by analyzing various sources of literature which aims to identify the development of approaches implemented by guidance and counseling teachers to overcome bullying. The results of the analysis show that there is consistency in the utilization of basic services, responsive interventions, and collaboration with various parties carried out by guidance and counseling teachers. There is a significant improvement with the presence of the Merdeka Curriculum which provides more opportunities for students to explore anti-bullying values. This study also identified an increase in the role of technology in efforts to prevent bullying, the need and importance of the role of parents, and comprehensive and sustainable school policies. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics shows a change in bullying cases occurring in Central Java with the age range of 0-18 years, with a significant increase occurring in 2023 to 1,327 cases. This study aims to provide a foundation for the development of a more effective bullying prevention program for the future, focusing on establishing a safe and supportive school environment for all students.

Abstract

This research purposse to determine and analyze (1) Description of Situational Leadership Style, Work Environment and Performance of Production Operator Employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya. (2) The Influence of Situational Leadership Style on the Performance of Production Operator Employees at PT. Range Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya. (3) The Influence of Situational Leadership Style on the Work Environment of Production Operator Employees at PT. Range Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya. (4) The Influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of Production Operator Employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalay and (5) The Influence of Situational Leadership Style Through the Work Environment on the Performance of Production Operator Employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya.. The method used in this research is a survey. With a research sample of 45 production operator employees as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is path regression analysis using the SPSS version.25 support application and the Sobel Test. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Situational Leadership Style at PT Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya has been carried out well. The work environment at PT Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya is also in the good category and employee performance at PT Rentang Buana Niaga Makmur Tasikmalaya is in the high category. Situational Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance variables. Situational Leadership Style has a significant effect on work environment variables. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. There is an indirect influence between Situational Leadership Style on employee performance through the work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk prinsip kerja sama yang terdapat pada dialog antartokoh dalam novel Laut Bercerita karya Leila S. Chudori. masalah yang diidentifikasi pada penelitian ini yakni (1) jenis prinsip kerja sama apa saja yang terdapat pada dialog antartokoh dalam novel Laut Bercerita karya Leila S. Chudori dan (2) pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama apa sajakah yang terjadi pada dialog antartokoh dalam novel Laut Bercerita. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan jenis prinsip kerja sama pada dialog antartokoh dan mengetahui jenis PKS yang dilanggar serta faktor penyebabnya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pragmatik. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode simak dan teknik catat. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode padan dan metode agih. Hasil analisis disajikan dengan metode informal dengan teknik deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan pada dialog antartokoh dalam novel Laut Bercerita karya Leila S. Chudori didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut (1) ditemukan semua bentuk maksim prinsip kerja sama yaitu maksim kuantitas, maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, dan maksim cara dan (2) ditemukan tuturan pelanggaran PKS dengan bentuk pelanggaran PKS yang paling mendominasi yaitu maksim kualitas dan maksim relevansi.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Deviation of the Principle of Cooperation in the Creation of Humor in Ali Akbar's Stand-Up Comedy Oral Discourse: A Pragmatic Study”. There are two problems in this research, namely what deviations of the principle of cooperation are contained in the oral discourse of Ali Akbar's stand-up comedy, and what kind of humor is contained in the oral discourse of Ali Akbar's stand-up comedy. This study aims to classify the form of deviation of the principle of cooperation used as a means of creating humor contained in the oral discourse of Ali Akbar's stand-up comedy. The theory used in this study is the theory of the principle of cooperation Grice in Wijana (1996). The data collection method used is the listening method equipped with the tapping technique and the advanced technique of free listening and speaking and the note-taking technique. The data analysis method is the matching method and the distribution method. The method of presenting the results of the data analysis used in this study is the informal method. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the form of deviation of the principle of cooperation is found to include, deviation of single maxims and deviation of double maxims. The humor contained is joking, insulting, complaining, and satirizing.
