Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan kajian literatur tentang kekuasaan dan politik dalam perilaku organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur atau dengan berbasis kajian pustaka melalui bedah buku dan jurnal-jurnal. Langkah-langkah penelitian dimulai dari pengumpulan artikel, reduksi artikel, pembahasan dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya hubungan Kekuasaan politik merujuk pada kemampuan atau otoritas seseorang atau suatu kelompok untuk mempengaruhi dan mengendalikan kebijakan, keputusan, dan tindakan dalam konteks politik. Ini melibatkan penggunaan pengaruh, kontrol atas institusi-institusi politik, dan seringkali didasarkan pada legitimasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat atau lembaga-lembaga formal. Dalam konteks kekuasaan politik, terdapat elemen-elemen seperti pemilihan umum, lembaga pemerintah, proses pembuatan kebijakan, dan interaksi antara penguasa dan warganegara. Otoritas politik dapat berasal dari berbagai sumber, termasuk konstitusi, dukungan rakyat, atau sistem politik tertentu. Penting untuk dicatat bahwa kekuasaan politik tidak hanya terbatas pada pemerintahan formal. Kekuasaan politik juga dapat ditemukan dalam berbagai tingkatan masyarakat, termasuk kelompok politik, kelompok kepentingan, dan bentuk-bentuk organisasi sosial yang berpartisipasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan politik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe or explain the literature review of work stress in organizational behavior. The method of this research uses qualitative research method using a literature study approach or with a lifestyle-based study through the surgical book and journals. Research steps start from the collection of articles, reduction articles, discussions and conclusions. The results showed that the work of stress work in organizational behavior, stress-type, the factors cause the stress of work, the impact of work stress on performance, the way to cope with stress. This is the one of the relationships of work stress in organizational behavior. The factors that cause stress are seen from the work environment and a person's personal environmental factors. Several factors that cause work stress include: Work that requires excessive demands.

Abstract

This research aims to describe or explain the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is basically analysis-based research. The theoretical basis becomes a guide to ensure the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. Data collection in research is carried out using various research methods such as observation, interviews, literature and documentation, all that is needed are tools. For this reason, for quality education, strategies are needed to improve it, such as efforts to attend upgrading courses, take educational courses, increase reading opportunities, make visits to other schools, and establish relationships with student parents. This is one form of creating quality education. In running an educational institution, we need to know in advance what factors must be considered, namely the vision and mission must be clear and in line with educational goals to help develop the right strategy.

Abstract

In order to identify and solve regional investment problems and synergize them with national strategies, it is necessary to develop a policy framework to create conducive conditions for investment in the NTB Province. The aim of this research is to determine the potential, opportunities and investment factors in West Nusa Tenggara Province as well as the government's efforts in developing investment in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The population in this study was 39 people with a sample of 17 respondents consisting of parties directly related to investment issues in NTB Province consisting of Government Apparatus (BAPPEDA for Economic Sector, Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service, and Regional Secretariat. Economy) as well as from the Employers' Association (KADIN and Investors/Entrepreneurs). Sample determination was carried out using the purposive quota sampling method. These research variables are in accordance with those used by KPPOD in its research regarding regional investment attractiveness in 2019, namely including institutional, social political, regional economic, labor and physical infrastructure variables. The analytical tool used is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Based on research results, investment potential and opportunities in NTB Province are in the agricultural sector, trade, hotel and restaurant sector, processing industry sector, and services sector. Meanwhile, the determinant of investment attractiveness that has the greatest weight is institutional factors with a weight of 34.1%, followed by socio-political factors at 17.3%. In third place is the labor factor with a weight of 16.6% and in fourth place is the physical infrastructure factor at 16.2%. Lastly is the regional economic factor with a weight of 15.8%.

Abstract

School development is a planned process to improve the quality of education and efficiency of educational institutions. By focusing on various aspects, such as curriculum, teaching methods, physical facilities, and staff development. School development is very important for the District/City Education Office in preparing education plans in their regions, with a focus on innovation and continuous evaluation. The aim of this research is to find out more about what is meant by strategic management in school development and what is involved in school development and remember that quality is very important in educational units. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the research determine that strategies in school development are urgently needed to make it easier for educators and teaching staff to improve the quality of education.
