Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan kajian literatur tentang kekuasaan dan politik dalam perilaku organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur atau dengan berbasis kajian pustaka melalui bedah buku dan jurnal-jurnal. Langkah-langkah penelitian dimulai dari pengumpulan artikel, reduksi artikel, pembahasan dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya hubungan Kekuasaan politik merujuk pada kemampuan atau otoritas seseorang atau suatu kelompok untuk mempengaruhi dan mengendalikan kebijakan, keputusan, dan tindakan dalam konteks politik. Ini melibatkan penggunaan pengaruh, kontrol atas institusi-institusi politik, dan seringkali didasarkan pada legitimasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat atau lembaga-lembaga formal. Dalam konteks kekuasaan politik, terdapat elemen-elemen seperti pemilihan umum, lembaga pemerintah, proses pembuatan kebijakan, dan interaksi antara penguasa dan warganegara. Otoritas politik dapat berasal dari berbagai sumber, termasuk konstitusi, dukungan rakyat, atau sistem politik tertentu. Penting untuk dicatat bahwa kekuasaan politik tidak hanya terbatas pada pemerintahan formal. Kekuasaan politik juga dapat ditemukan dalam berbagai tingkatan masyarakat, termasuk kelompok politik, kelompok kepentingan, dan bentuk-bentuk organisasi sosial yang berpartisipasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan politik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe or explain the literature review of work stress in organizational behavior. The method of this research uses qualitative research method using a literature study approach or with a lifestyle-based study through the surgical book and journals. Research steps start from the collection of articles, reduction articles, discussions and conclusions. The results showed that the work of stress work in organizational behavior, stress-type, the factors cause the stress of work, the impact of work stress on performance, the way to cope with stress. This is the one of the relationships of work stress in organizational behavior. The factors that cause stress are seen from the work environment and a person's personal environmental factors. Several factors that cause work stress include: Work that requires excessive demands.

Abstract

This research aims to describe or explain the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is basically analysis-based research. The theoretical basis becomes a guide to ensure the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. Data collection in research is carried out using various research methods such as observation, interviews, literature and documentation, all that is needed are tools. For this reason, for quality education, strategies are needed to improve it, such as efforts to attend upgrading courses, take educational courses, increase reading opportunities, make visits to other schools, and establish relationships with student parents. This is one form of creating quality education. In running an educational institution, we need to know in advance what factors must be considered, namely the vision and mission must be clear and in line with educational goals to help develop the right strategy.

Abstract

In order to identify and solve regional investment problems and synergize them with national strategies, it is necessary to develop a policy framework to create conducive conditions for investment in the NTB Province. The aim of this research is to determine the potential, opportunities and investment factors in West Nusa Tenggara Province as well as the government's efforts in developing investment in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The population in this study was 39 people with a sample of 17 respondents consisting of parties directly related to investment issues in NTB Province consisting of Government Apparatus (BAPPEDA for Economic Sector, Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service, and Regional Secretariat. Economy) as well as from the Employers' Association (KADIN and Investors/Entrepreneurs). Sample determination was carried out using the purposive quota sampling method. These research variables are in accordance with those used by KPPOD in its research regarding regional investment attractiveness in 2019, namely including institutional, social political, regional economic, labor and physical infrastructure variables. The analytical tool used is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Based on research results, investment potential and opportunities in NTB Province are in the agricultural sector, trade, hotel and restaurant sector, processing industry sector, and services sector. Meanwhile, the determinant of investment attractiveness that has the greatest weight is institutional factors with a weight of 34.1%, followed by socio-political factors at 17.3%. In third place is the labor factor with a weight of 16.6% and in fourth place is the physical infrastructure factor at 16.2%. Lastly is the regional economic factor with a weight of 15.8%.

Abstract

School development is a planned process to improve the quality of education and efficiency of educational institutions. By focusing on various aspects, such as curriculum, teaching methods, physical facilities, and staff development. School development is very important for the District/City Education Office in preparing education plans in their regions, with a focus on innovation and continuous evaluation. The aim of this research is to find out more about what is meant by strategic management in school development and what is involved in school development and remember that quality is very important in educational units. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the research determine that strategies in school development are urgently needed to make it easier for educators and teaching staff to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengoperasian dan pengelolaan Toko Qiswah Hijab yang berada di Plaza Borobudur Ciledug dari persfektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif jenis studi kasus. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa owner Toko Qiswah Hijab menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi islam dalam usahanya, seperti tauhid, akhlak, keadilan, keseimbangan, dan kebebasan individu. Toko Qiswah Hijab memiliki 3 aspek utama, yaitu sisi pemasaran, sisi produksi dan sisi keuangan.

Abstract

E-commerce, atau perdagangan elektronik, telah menjadi fenomena yang mengubah cara bisnis dilakukan di era digital ini. Didefinisikan sebagai kegiatan jual beli barang atau jasa melalui jaringan internet, e-commerce melibatkan transaksi bisnis antara perusahaan, konsumen, dan komunitas melalui platform elektronik. Penelitian ini mengulas berbagai aspek e-commerce, mulai dari definisi hingga dampak positif dan negatifnya. Faktor-faktor krusial dalam e-commerce termasuk harga kompetitif, respons cepat, informasi produk yang lengkap, bonus, ulasan pelanggan, dan pembuatan rasa komunitas. Jenis-jenis e-commerce seperti business to consumer (B2C) menempati peran penting, dengan desain situs yang memperhatikan kebutuhan konsumen individual. Keuntungan e-commerce mencakup kemudahan berbelanja, efisiensi biaya, dan globalisasi, sementara persaingan sengit dan kekhawatiran keamanan menjadi tantangan. Perkembangan e-commerce memberikan dampak positif makro pada perekonomian, memicu perubahan perilaku sosial, dan memberikan peluang bisnis bagi kaum milenial. Studi kasus Shopee menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan e-commerce juga tergantung pada inovasi layanan, seperti garansi, gratis biaya pengiriman, dan garansi harga termurah. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kekurangan dalam sistem pembayaran terpisah dan tampilan deskripsi produk yang kurang menarik. Dengan pertumbuhan e-commerce yang terus berkembang, perubahan dalam perilaku konsumtif masyarakat menjadi nyata. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyajikan pandangan holistik terhadap dinamika e-commerce dan implikasinya terhadap bisnis, konsumen, dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This article discusses human resource management strategies to improve the quality and performance of sharia banking. Employees are a very important element in the operational activities of a company. Because sharia banking is still relatively new, one of the problems that arises is the shortage of experts in the field of sharia finance, both from academics and sharia banking practitioners. The approach used in writing this article is qualitative analysis using the literature review or literature study method. The sources that the author uses as references in writing this article come from several journals, articles and official websites. In this way, the author obtained relevant information from previous research discussing human resource management, and was able to compile several of these sources into an article and develop this research. The task of human resource management is to organize the human element well in order to obtain workers who are able to carry out their duties effectively in achieving company goals. Human resources are the driving force and assets of a bank. Without human resources, the bank will not progress and develop as planned in order to create high-quality and high-achieving employees.

Abstract

pada kenyataan nya globalisasi adalah jalan terbaik bagi penganut agama islam untuk memperlihatkan dan menunjukan budaya dan edukasi islam kepada eksistensi tempat di dunia. Bagaimana pengaruh ajaran islam dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman di indoneia yang semakin maju dan penuh akan inovasi sehingga membuat persaingan dalam perekonomian semakin variative dan aktif. Masalah yang harus dihadapi ekonomi syariah diantara nya ada mayoritas negara yang notebene berpenduduk islam lebih memilih mengedepankan sistem kapitalis dan sosialis, secara ekonomi dan politik Negara Islam di anggap tidak memiliki pengaruh karenanya sulit untuk membuktikan bahwa Sistem ekonomi Islam memiliki lebih gagasan terdepan dibandingkan kapitalis dan sosialis, dalam menghadapi perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia ekonomi syariah perlu memfokuskan beberapa unsur, yaitu kemajuan teknologi, pemberdayaan UKM berbasis syariah, mengekalkan keutamaan ekonomi syariah yaitu sistematik kemajuan transaksi syariah dan juga meniadakan riba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi dari pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang terus mengalir mengikuti waktu dengan inovasi yang semakin maju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif-deskriptif, serta penelitian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan membaca, memahami dan menulis berbagai sumber informasi, kemudian dievaluasi dan disajikan kedalam pemahaman secara konsepsional, hasil literatur memperlihatkan bahwa ekonomi syariah memiliki dampak dalam perkembangan kegiatan ekonomi di Indonesia yaitu dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan ekonomi Masyarakat secara menyeluruh. Memadukan bagaimana ekonomi islam mengatur operasional perusahaan agar tercipta nya sebuah tujuan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip islam merupakan tantangan bagi perekonomian syari’ah di era globalisasi, bagaimana islam mengatur perubahan ekonomi sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman yang mengarah kepada kesenjangan sosial, dibutuhkan sebuah manajemen operasional yang cakap agar bisa mengarahkan perekonomian pada kesejahteraan umat, menggapai tekad yang sama dan mewujudkan tujuan sama, guna mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang selalu mengalami perubahan agar masa depan islam tetap terjaga dari hingar bingar dunia yang penuh akan tipu daya, merupakan tujuan bagi perekonomian islam bisa mendeklarasikan eksistensi nya untuk membawa pengaruh bagi perekonomian yang transparan dan stabil di tengah gempuran sistem kapitalis yang mengedepankan kekayaan individual tanpa ada nya jiwa sosial, kewajiban dalam kehidupan agar kesejahteraan bisa direalisasikan tanpa adanya kesenjangan.
