<![CDATA[Economic competition in the business sector is getting fiercer. For a business to be successful, companies must sell their products using company-defined strategies and high-quality products. There are several ways to achieve marketing targets, one of which is to have a strong strategy. This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher met the informant directly with the aim of obtaining detailed results about the communication strategy of PT. JMTO Pondok Ranji through Instagram media in informing the policy for the preparation of the MLFF plan. Based on the results of the research obtained through in-depth interviews with four interviewees, the researcher wanted to find out how to communicate in the company being studied. The results of the interview obtained are then processed from communication strategies, delivery and produce answers to the problem formulation that has been made before. The activity of sharing stories or Instagram feeds is very helpful for PT JMTO in conveying information about mlff or other information about activities and promotions about products owned by PT JMTO. The communication strategy that has been explained earlier has also been interacted with directly, through Instagram. Direct interaction is carried out by PT JMTO with followers on the account. Direct interaction on Instagram is by replying to messages sent via direct message, replying to comments in the comment column of Instagram feed posts and other things that are active on Instagram. The strategy in this way will be easier for PT JMTO to convey information and more effective with followers on its Instagram account.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berisikan tentang analisis Iklan Pocari Sweat Edisi Ramadhan 1445 H . Metode penelitian dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis Iklan Pocari Sweat Edisi Ramadhan 1445 H adalah metode observasi dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti mengambil 7 scene dan mendapat beberapa kesimpulan. Iklan tersebut berisi pesan agar meminum Pocari Sweat saat sahur agar menambah cairan dalam tubuh dan tidak dehidrasi saat menjalankan ibadah puasa. Dalam iklan Pocari Sweat tersebut mengandung makna mengingatkan agar meminum Pocari Sweat saat sahur. Iklan Pocari Sweat Sahur 2024 menggunakan berbagai simbol dan tanda untuk menyampaikan pesan tentang pentingnya rehidrasi selama bulan Ramadhan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to optimize the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning at SDN 013817 Sei Pasir through an information technology project management approach. A descriptive qualitative method is used to illustrate the role of information systems in supporting data management at the school. Data was collected through observation and interviews. The results indicate that ICT utilization by teachers remains low. Supporting factors include an adequate number of teaching staff, while inhibiting factors involve limited ICT facilities and a lack of teacher skills in information technology.]]>

<![CDATA[This study developed an information technology-based college major recommendation system to assist high school students in selecting majors that align with their interests and aptitudes. Using an Agile project management methodology, the development process included needs analysis, system design, software development, testing, and system implementation. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with students, resulting in a system capable of providing accurate major recommendations. User trials demonstrated that this system improves efficiency and student satisfaction in the major selection process. The project's success highlights the importance of effective IT project management, with further recommendations for integration and additional personalization features.]]>

<![CDATA[This information system for incoming and outgoing mail serves to help alleviate this the job of an employee where managing letters is the job of every agendaist The day is carried out in connection with official office activities. Mail Management Entry is carried out starting from receiving the incoming letter, checking it, recording it in the incoming letter book up to filing. Meanwhile, handling outgoing letters starts from concept creation to with delivery. The working system of this information system is divided into two parts, namely Incoming Letters and Letters go out. For incoming agenda letters, just note down the letter number, date of the letter, contents of the letter, attachments to the letterand the purpose of the letter. The computer will automatically save it. Meanwhile in the letter The concept of outgoing letters is the same as incoming letters, so an planner does not need to record them in a book outgoing mail. This system development uses neatbeans software. As is This system is expected to make the work of an agendaist more efficient and effective.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of information technology has encouraged various government agencies to transform in utilizing digital systems to provide services to the public. One of them is the East Kisaran City Subdistrict Office which needs a system to make it easier to manage guest data. This report proposes designing a digital guestbook application which aims to replace the manual guestbook system currently used. This application is designed to record visitor data in an efficient and structured manner, and allows for automatic recording of visit times, requirements and guest identities. By using this application, it is hoped that the guest administration process can be carried out more quickly, accurately and easily accessed. The design of this application involves needs analysis, interface design, and implementation of a web-based system that can be accessed by officers at the sub-district office. The results of this research show that the digital guestbook application can increase efficiency in managing visitor data and reduce the potential for errors in recording data.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model proses antrian rawat jalan di Puskesmas menggunakan konsep Finite State Automata (FSA) dengan dua jenis layanan, yaitu faskes umum dan faskes BPJS, guna meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan. Model ini dirancang untuk meminimalkan waktu tunggu pasien, memudahkan pengelolaan alur pasien, serta meningkatkan transparansi layanan. Dengan pendekatan FSA, setiap tahapan dalam proses antrian diuraikan menjadi state yang mewakili kondisi tertentu, dan setiap transisi antar state diatur berdasarkan jenis layanan yang diterima pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan FSA dapat mengurangi ketidakteraturan antrian, mempercepat proses layanan, serta memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya medis dan administrasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemsayarakatan adalah bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem peradilan pidana yang terintegrasi dan diorganisir oleh pemerintah sebagai bagian dari proses penegakan hukum untuk memberikan pelayanan serta pembinaan dan bimbingan dalam rangka reintegrasi sosial, dengan alasan ini, sangat penting bahwa program pembinaan dan pembimbingan bagi narapidana dan tahanan harus dilaksanakan secara tepat dan efektif. Program- program ini harus didasarkan pada kebutuhan kriminogenik narapidana dan tingkat risiko pengulangan tindak pidana. Tujuannya studi guna memahami Penilaiannya RRI serta Kebutuhannya Kriminogenik dipakai dalam penentapan program pembinaannya narapidana di Lapas Kelas III Namlea. Studi ini merupakan bagian dari studi hukum empiris. Sumber data studi ini ialah sumber primer yang diperkuat dengan sumber sekunder. Metodologi penghimpunan datanya, yakni data primer yang dihimpun lewat observasi serta wawancara lalu data sekunder yang dihimpun lewat studi kepustakaan. Data yang didapat dianalisa dengan memakai model analisis interaktif dan pendekatan analisis data kualitatif. Simpulam studi yakni Pertama, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas III Namlea dapat memberikan arahan dengan menerapkan Asesmen Risiko serta Asesmen Kebutuhan Narapidana yang bisa membantuu dalam memenuhi haknya narapidana. Kedua, terdapat hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak-hak narapidana melalui penggunaan Asesmen Risiko dan Asesmen Kebutuhan. Hambatan tersebut antara lain rangkap jabatan asesor yang menyebabkan pelaksanaan asesmen menjadi kurang optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of initial observations at MI Ma’arif NU Kalisalak it is known that some students have not reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) that has been determined by the school, namely 69. This study aims to find out how teacher activities, student activities and student learning outcomes are in the learning process using the model mind mapping and flash card media in thematic learning in class V MI Ma’arif NU Kalisalak. The research method used is classroom action research. Collecting data in this study used teacher activity observation sheets, student activity sheets and test questions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained showed that teacher activity in cycle I was 78.44 (good) and increased in cycle II to 91.37 (very good). Student activity in cycle I obtained a score of 73.27 (good) and increased in cycle II to 88.79 (very good). Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 65.21% (enough) and there was an increase in cycle II to 82.60% (very good). The results of this study indicate that the use of mind mapping models and flash card media can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning.]]>
