Abstract

Dual position is a condition in which a person holds more than one position or position at the same time. The incident of dual office of school principal is an interesting issue to pay attention to, because school principals have a strategic role in managing and advancing the quality of education in the school they lead. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause dual positions, the challenges faced, the impacts caused, and the strategies carried out on the dual position event. The method used in this study is qualitative through interviews with resource persons, namely the principal of SMPN SLAHUNG. The results of the study show that the dual position of principal at SMPN SLAHUNG occurs because there is a vacancy in the position of the principal and the education office appoints the principal who has become the Acting Principal (PLT). The challenges faced are double workload, lack of attention from teachers in carrying out their duties, mental and physical fatigue. The impact is supervision that cannot be direct, time management in dividing tasks must be good, and meetings that cannot be face-to-face in one school. The strategy carried out is good time management, management with related staff in carrying out the duties of the principal who is concurrent, there is a control function in carrying out the duties of the principal and maintaining commitment.

Abstract

The implementation of education involves many roles in it, one of which is the teacher as an active figure who guides and educates students directly. The role of teachers is very important to educate the nation's generation towards a better civilization. teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education, and secondary education. A teacher in addition to conveying knowledge, also forms good character and equips skills that are useful for students in the future. Teachers must have clear goals to achieve the mission of education so that it can be said that the teacher is competent in his field. But still in its application there are many mistakes that often arise which have an impact on the continuity of the learning process or perhaps the results of the learning process what are the causes of errors that often arise in the application of pedagogical competence. Errors in the application of pedagogical competence have several factors both internal and external, environmental factors, policy factors. The purpose of this study is to focus on teacher perceptions of common mistakes experienced in the application of pedagogical skills at Ma'arif 2 Ponorogo Junior High School, the strategic role of teachers in shaping students' learning experiences needs to be analyzed, besides that perceptions will provide descriptions of the extent to which teachers can know their shortcomings as well as become material for reflection to improve teacher quality.

Abstract

Prediksi hasil kompetisi olahraga menjadi salah satu fokus penelitian yang menarik, khususnya dengan penerapan teknologi pembelajaran mesin. Studi ini bertujuan mengaplikasikan metode klasifikasi Naïve Bayes untuk memprediksi jumlah kemenangan klub-klub Bundesliga pada pekan ke 15 musim 2024-2025 dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi RapidMiner. Data yang dianalisis mencakup tabel klasemen Bundesliga musim berjalan serta data hasil pertandingan pekan ke 13 dan 14. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan utama, seperti pengolahan data, ekstraksi fitur, dan pelatihan model melalui RapidMiner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu mengidentifikasi pola performa tim secara efektif dan memberikan hasil prediksi dengan akurasi yang baik. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem prediksi berbasis data untuk mendukung analisis di bidang olahraga.

Abstract

Proses seleksi perserta didik baru di Institusi Anak Bangsa, Kabupaten Keerom, sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan objektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu model prediksi yang dapat membantu Institusi dalam memilih perserta didik baru yang memiliki potensi yang baik. Dengan memanfaatkan data historis penerimaan didik baru serta menerapkan teknik analisis data yang relevan, penelitian ini berupaya untuk membangun model prediksi yang akurat. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses seleksi, meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Institusi.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of risk-based management control systems in public institutions, designed to address internal and external dynamics affecting operations. The aim of this research is to evaluate how these systems assist in identifying and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks. The method employed involves a descriptive analysis approach by observing the implementation of these systems in several public institutions. The findings reveal that implementing such systems supports increased work efficiency, accountability, and public trust. Key success factors include leadership commitment, the development of human resource competencies, and the optimization of information technology. However, several challenges hinder implementation, such as limited resources, inadequate information technology, and regulatory complexities. This study concludes that continuous evaluation and improvement are crucial to strengthening risk control systems, making them more adaptive to support organizational goals and enhance public trust.

Abstract

Currently the business world is facing major changes in industry, changes that make all kinds of businesses face difficult challenges. The change in question is the presence of the digitalization phenomenon and changes in consumer interest in consumption or shopping. Various types of businesses are having difficulty dealing with this phenomenon, especially retail businesses that focus on bookstores. Many bookstores, both independent and part of large chains, have to compete with online-based digital bookstores. Many consumers appreciate Gramedia, because of its complete book collection. This is what makes Gramedia a leading retail company and book publisher in Indonesia. Currently, no business can survive without adapting to technological developments. Therefore, this research aims to understand how the Marketing Public Relations strategy of the Gramedia Matraman bookstore is able to adapt to changes in consumer behavior amidst the dynamic digitalization phenomenon. They have not only succeeded in maintaining relationships with their loyal consumers both through physical stores and digital platforms. This research uses a qualitative approach, which describes each information obtained with a clear explanation. The type of approach used is descriptive, where descriptive research aims to explain solutions to existing problems based on the data collected. The data collection techniques used by researchers in research are interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The research results show how Gramedia Matraman's Marketing Public Relations (MPR) strategy is implemented in maintaining its existence

Abstract

His study aims to analyze the marketing public relations strategy implemented by Genio in maintaining brand awareness through influencer endorsement. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that Genio's marketing public relations strategy focuses on the Three Ways Strategy, consisting of Pull, Push, and Pass Strategies. In the Pull Strategy, Genio utilizes influencer endorsement to convey product information through storytelling content. In the Push Strategy, Genio provides exclusive discount codes through influencers to encourage audience purchases. Lastly, in the Pass Strategy, Genio builds relationships with the audience through a content- based campaign called "Genio Spreads Cleanliness." This campaign aims to raise audience awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness while strengthening Genio's brand awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how social media contributes to building the popularity of Japanese pop culture among the younger generation, particularly within the cosplay community of Yagaro Japanese Club. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, this research explores strategies for utilizing social media, its impact on community identity, and its contribution to the popularity of Japanese pop culture. The findings reveal that social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, play a significant role as promotional and interaction tools for the cosplay community. Through features such as short videos, stories, and collaborations with influencers, this community has successfully expanded the reach of Japanese pop culture both nationally and internationally. Additionally, social media not only facilitates promotion but also strengthens social bonds among community members and supports individual creative expression.

Abstract

This family genre film tells the story of the old age of a mother named Siti (Christine Hakim), who feels lonely, because her children are busy with their own affairs. Plus, Siti's body was weakening because she was suffering from cancer. In the midst of longing for her children, Siti takes care of a homeless person named Murni (Ayu Shita) who suffers from ODGJ and is heavily pregnant. His presence made Siti's days more colorful. The film Just Mom shows that work born from the heart will be conveyed to the heart by the unrequited love a mother has for her children. And from humanizing a mother comes her love and affection throughout the masses. Using qualitative methods, this research involves observing films to identify the soul of a mother in her love for humans, both for her children and the people she cares about. This research is very, very important in upholding a mother's love which is not reciprocated by money, in fact mother's love conquers everything and cannot be replaced if mother's love in humanizing humans if one day is gone.

Abstract

Film is a type of work of art that has extraordinary appeal to people throughout the world. Apart from being entertainment, films also function to convey stories, messages and emotions to the audience. This research examines the film YOLO (2024) which raises the issue of body shaming, especially towards individuals with larger body sizes. Body shaming is a social phenomenon that often gives rise to stigma and discrimination and creates a deep negative impact on the mental and emotional health of the individual who is the victim. This research aims to analyze scenes that contain symbolic meaning that reflect negative attitudes and behavior towards the individual, which often causes discomfort and decreased self-confidence in the victim. Using qualitative methods and using a critical paradigm with John Fiske's semiotic analysis, this research involves rare – systematic steps such as film observation, identification of body shaming issues through coding data scenes, and data reduction to focus on related aspects. The research results showed that body shaming behavior depicted in the film caused feelings of discomfort and low self-confidence, thus affecting the victim's ability to socialize and interact with other people around them. This research emphasizes the importance of rejecting such behavior and encouraging inclusive attitudes towards body diversity.
