Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how teachers make efforts to learn characterbased writing, the application of character-based writing learning both face-to-face and offline, as well as the strengths and weaknesses during implementation at Madrasah IbtidaiyahThis research is a type of qualitative research, using data collection, techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. We use data analysis techniques from miles and huberman. The resultsn of this study,variations of teacher in learning make hand notes. Then use of visual media to play inspiring story videos that make interested learning better reading activities in student book only. Online learning cannot be followed by all students because there are some student guardians who don’t have smartphone. Suggestions for teacher in character-learning writing-learning that have been running well are maintained and their creations are improved. So that student remain interested in writing. For school, it becomes a material for consideration in developing better character-education writing learning for students in the future. For future researchers who carry out research with a similar theme to be able to find and develop better character-education learning to write.

Abstract

This research wasbased on the problem of how to instill social caring aharacters in schools and how teachers implement social values based on hadith. From the problems that arise, the aim is to familiarize students with implementing the value of social care in their living environment. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, namely research that contains information about student character education in instilling social care based on hadiththe data sources in this research include primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes guru and students at RA Aisyiyah Tanjungsari. The result of the research carried out ae character education implemented by guru to instill a spirit of social care for others with the habit of praying. Then, implementing social care character education is by filling the donation can every day after the dhuha prayer. Student are instilled with the values of howimportant and beneficial giving is. Furthermore, in instilling the value of hadiths about Sedekah, the teacher provides routine habits for students recite hadithsincluding Sedekah hadiths every day accompanied by reciting short letters and daily prayers. Apart from that, the homeroom teacher and accompanying teachers always provide motivation to continue learning to become people who like to pray and continue to spread kindness to others.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the implementation of the STAD Type Cooperative Learning strategy in improving the social intelligence of Class VII students. A at SMP Negeri 4 Simbang, Pamboang District, Majene Regency. The main problems studied focused on how to apply cooperative learning strategies, social intelligence, strengths and weaknesses that aim to find out the process of implementing the cooperative learning learning model from beginning to end and describe students' social intelligence after its implementation. As a complement to this thesis, the author uses the type of Classroom Action research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research on disclosing problems as they exist is data analysis using field research, observation, interviews, and documentation using data analysis, namely, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions (verification). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of PAI learning on the STAD Type Cooperative Learning strategy in SMP Negeri 4 Simbang class VII A. Well implemented, effective and efficient, fun and exciting. Have a positive impact on students in learning. There are several advantages in the application of Cooperative Learning learning strategies including fun, confident, responsible, interest in learning and creative thinking. Some of these factors are interrelated or have a relationship and need and complement each other. Then the shortcomings that occur in the application of cooperative learning strategies include excessive pleasure, lack of skills and limited learning resources.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam PTK yakni Apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik mencari pasangan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV SDN N0 44 Leba-leba.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan prestasi belajar IPS siswa dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran mencari pasangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian berlangsung selama dua siklus. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pembelajaran mencari pasangan. Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah prestasi belajar IPS siswa materi menunjukan jenis dan persebaran sumber daya alam serta pemanfaatanya untuk kegiatan ekonomi di lingkungan setempat.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes dan non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan ketuntasan prestasi belajar IPS siswa yang cukup signifikan antara hasil prasiklus (22,27%), hasil siklus I (40%) dan hasil siklus II (60%), dan prestasi belajar rata – rata siswa dari prasiklus 56,36 (cukup) menjadi 60,09 (Cukup) di siklus I dan 70,64% (Baik) di siklus II. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penerapan teknik mencari pasangan pada pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didiik kelas IV SD N N0 44 Leba-leba Kecamatan Tammerodo

Abstract

The advancement of technology and science that has developed thoroughly has made an era of globalization full of sophistication in various sectors. The impact is immediately felt in various fields of human life not only in the material aspects of life, but continues in non-material aspects such as morals. The urgency of implementing moral development is carried out in the family, community and education environment. This research uses qualitative research methods using literature review techniques. The purpose of literature research is to gain a deep understanding of the material being explored. The result of the literature review is that character is an order that is firmly embedded in the soul from which various actions emerge easily and lightly, without requiring thought and consideration needed in the era of globalization. Learners, especially the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level, need a strong moral foundation. and good morals. Like the opinion of AlGhazali and KH Mustofa Bisri.

Abstract

Client satisfaction is very important for the sustainability and success of a business. The two main factors influencing client satisfaction are the quality of service and employee performance provided by the service provider. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and employee performance on client satisfaction at Notary and PPAT offices Purwanto, S.H., M.Kn. This type of research is quantitative, using the Purposive Sampling Technique. The sample in the study was 70 respondents—data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis tests. The results of the T-test show that service quality has a positive effect with a Tcount value (4.362>1.996) and a significant value of 0.000<0.05 on client satisfaction, employee performance has a positive and significant effect with a Tcount value (5.333>1.996) and a significant value of 0.000<0, 05 towards client satisfaction. The results of the simultaneous F test obtained Fcount 39,813> Ftable 3.13 with a significant value of 0.000<0.05. The research results show that service quality and employee performance partially or simultaneously significantly affect client satisfaction at the Brebes Regency's Purwanto, S.H., M.Kn Notary, and PPAT offices. There is a need to improve staff service when providing services to clients so that clients feel satisfied and can add more clients.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in shaping students' character, particularly in instilling noble morals. However, many students struggle to understand and apply moral values such as honesty, discipline, patience, and mutual assistance in their daily lives. This challenge arises due to a lack of student engagement in learning, monotonous teaching methods, and approaches that do not align with students' needs. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of interactive learning methods in enhancing the understanding and application of noble morals among sixth-grade elementary school students. Interactive methods, such as group discussions, simulations, educational games, and case studies, are implemented to increase student engagement and help them internalize moral values. This research employs a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and document analysis for data collection. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more innovative and relevant PAI learning strategies, ultimately improving students' comprehension and practice of noble morals in their daily lives.

Abstract

Religious awareness is a crucial aspect of character development among students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). However, religious understanding is often limited to cognitive aspects and lacks emphasis on reflective and applicative dimensions in daily life. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of self-reflection and spiritual journaling as learning methods to enhance students' religious awareness in MI. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and student journal analysis. The findings reveal that self-reflection helps students gain a deeper understanding of their religious experiences, while spiritual journaling serves as a tool for documenting the development of religious values and fostering a habit of critical and introspective thinking about daily behaviors. Additionally, the combination of these methods encourages a stronger connection between religious teachings and students' social lives. Therefore, self-reflection and spiritual journaling can be effective strategies for instilling Islamic values in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum requires learning strategies tailored to students' levels of understanding, particularly in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, which emphasizes preserving Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah MIS Al-Ikhlas Aloripit in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used in this research. The findings indicate that the learning strategy applied by teachers involves a project-based learning model. In practice, students are assigned projects relevant to the taught material and reflective of Islamic values. To enhance motivation, students who successfully complete the projects are rewarded. This approach not only fosters students' understanding of the learning materials but also reinforces the internalization of Islamic values within the educational process. These findings contribute to the development of effective learning strategies in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum, harmonizing academic achievement with religious values.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the formulation of the problem of how the organizational communication pattern of The Jakmania supporter group in North Jakarta with the community and its influence on social relations in the environment. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and symbolic social interaction theory, this study explores the horizontal communication pattern applied in this community. The inclusive and equal communication pattern between the leader and members allows for the creation of various positive activities, such as social services, fundraising, and education for the community. This open communication not only strengthens the internal solidarity of the community but also strengthens external relations with the surrounding community. However, the study also found that excessive fanaticism among members can be a challenge, especially when it triggers conflict with other supporter groups. The results of the study confirm that effective organizational communication is the main key to maintaining harmony between the supporter community and the community. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of organizational communication in the supporter community and its role in building productive, peaceful, and inclusive social interactions
