Abstract

This information system for incoming and outgoing mail serves to help alleviate this the job of an employee where managing letters is the job of every agendaist The day is carried out in connection with official office activities. Mail Management Entry is carried out starting from receiving the incoming letter, checking it, recording it in the incoming letter book up to filing. Meanwhile, handling outgoing letters starts from concept creation to with delivery. The working system of this information system is divided into two parts, namely Incoming Letters and Letters go out. For incoming agenda letters, just note down the letter number, date of the letter, contents of the letter, attachments to the letterand the purpose of the letter. The computer will automatically save it. Meanwhile in the letter The concept of outgoing letters is the same as incoming letters, so an planner does not need to record them in a book outgoing mail. This system development uses neatbeans software. As is This system is expected to make the work of an agendaist more efficient and effective.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged various government agencies to transform in utilizing digital systems to provide services to the public. One of them is the East Kisaran City Subdistrict Office which needs a system to make it easier to manage guest data. This report proposes designing a digital guestbook application which aims to replace the manual guestbook system currently used. This application is designed to record visitor data in an efficient and structured manner, and allows for automatic recording of visit times, requirements and guest identities. By using this application, it is hoped that the guest administration process can be carried out more quickly, accurately and easily accessed. The design of this application involves needs analysis, interface design, and implementation of a web-based system that can be accessed by officers at the sub-district office. The results of this research show that the digital guestbook application can increase efficiency in managing visitor data and reduce the potential for errors in recording data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model proses antrian rawat jalan di Puskesmas menggunakan konsep Finite State Automata (FSA) dengan dua jenis layanan, yaitu faskes umum dan faskes BPJS, guna meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan. Model ini dirancang untuk meminimalkan waktu tunggu pasien, memudahkan pengelolaan alur pasien, serta meningkatkan transparansi layanan. Dengan pendekatan FSA, setiap tahapan dalam proses antrian diuraikan menjadi state yang mewakili kondisi tertentu, dan setiap transisi antar state diatur berdasarkan jenis layanan yang diterima pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan FSA dapat mengurangi ketidakteraturan antrian, mempercepat proses layanan, serta memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya medis dan administrasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Beasiswa merupakan salah satu bentuk bantuan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa untuk mendukung kelancaran studi mereka, dan proses seleksinya seringkali melibatkan berbagai parameter seperti nilai akademik, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan kebutuhan finansial. Metode Naive Bayes dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengklasifikasikan data secara probabilistik berdasarkan asumsi independensi antar fitur. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang digunakan terdiri dari berbagai atribut seperti indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK), keaktifan dalam organisasi, prestasi individu, dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga. Data ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes untuk memprediksi kemungkinan seorang pelamar diterima atau tidak. Proses analisis melibatkan tahap preprocessing data, pelatihan model, serta evaluasi performa model menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, dan recall. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan akurasi yang cukup baik dalam memprediksi keputusan penerimaan beasiswa, dengan beberapa faktor yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap proses seleksi, seperti IPK, aktivitas ekstrakurikuler, dan kondisi ekonomi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi lembaga pemberi beasiswa dalam menyusun kriteria seleksi yang lebih relevan, transparan, dan objektif, sehingga memberikan kesempatan yang lebih adil bagi seluruh pelamar. Selain itu, hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh lembaga pendidikan dan pihak pemberi beasiswa untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses seleksi, meminimalkan bias subjektif, serta memastikan bahwa beasiswa diberikan kepada kandidat yang benar-benar memenuhi kriteria.

Abstract

School performance assessment is a crucial aspect of improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This study aims to classify school performance using the Naive Bayes method, based on the student-to-teacher ratio and other supporting variables. The dataset used includes 400 schools in various locations with attributes such as school name, location, education level, number of students, number of teachers, and student-to-teacher ratio. School performance labels are categorized into three categories: Good, Adequate, and Poor. The Naive Bayes method is applied to predict performance categories based on the relationship patterns between variables in the dataset. Experimental results show that the Naive Bayes method achieves a classification accuracy of [insert accuracy value if available], with the student-to-teacher ratio being the most significant factor in predicting performance. This study demonstrates the potential of using probabilistic-based methods to support decision-making in school evaluation and management, and provides recommendations for education policy to maintain an ideal student-to-teacher ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Pancasila student profile dimensions of faith, piety to God Almighty, and noble character in grade 3 students of SDN Dumplengan 2. This type of research is qualitative research. The location of this research is at SDN Dumplengan 2 which is located in Dumplengan Village, Pitu District, Ngawi Regency. This research was conducted in May 2024. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses technical triangulation. The data analysis technique used to analyze the data in this study is qualitative data analysis using the interactive model of the Miles and Hubberman analysis model. The research results show that SDN Dumplengan 2 has implemented the Pancasila student profile, which encompasses the dimensions of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character. This is achieved through activities such as reciting the Asmaul Husana (the Beautiful Names of Allah), congregational Dhuha and Dhuhur prayers, Quranic reading and writing (BTA), and collaborative activities with parent associations, alumni, teachers, and students, such as the slaughter of sacrificial animals during Eid al-Adha and other religious activities

Abstract

Penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) merupakan proses penting dalam sistem pendidikan yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan di setiap sekolah. Di SDN Inpres 1 Arso III, proses seleksi penerimaan siswa baru masih dilakukan secara manual, yang berpotensi menyebabkan ketidakakuratan data dan memperlambat proses seleksi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan algoritma Naive Bayes untuk memprediksi penerimaan siswa baru secara lebih efisien dan akurat. Algoritma Naive Bayes, yang berbasis pada teori probabilitas, dapat digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi data dengan memperhitungkan kemungkinan suatu siswa memenuhi kriteria penerimaan berdasarkan variabel seperti usia, nilai ujian, dan faktor sosial ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan objektivitas dalam proses seleksi PPDB di SDN Inpres 1 Arso III. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi yang mengurangi kesalahan manusia dalam pengelolaan data dan membantu sekolah dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam menerima siswa baru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze cellphone sales predictions using the Naive Bayes algorithm which is implemented through the RapidMiner application. The dataset used consists of sales data with various relevant features, such as product descriptions, categories, and sales labels (sold or not sold). The research process involves several main stages, namely data retrieval (Retrieve), dividing data into train and test (Split Data), applying the Naive Bayes model, and evaluating performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall. The test results show that the Naive Bayes model succeeded in achieving accuracy, precision and recall levels of 100%. This indicates that the model has very good performance in classifying test data. However, to ensure the validity of the model, an analysis was carried out on the possibility of overfitting and suggestions for improvements such as using a larger dataset and testing using cross-validation. This research proves that the Naive Bayes method can be an effective and efficient solution for analyzing sales data patterns, especially in cases with structured and clear data patterns. The implementation of the results of this research can be applied as a basis for decision making in marketing strategy and inventory management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi Shopee Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Data ulasan pengguna yang diperoleh kemudian diproses menggunakan RapidMiner untuk membangun model klasifikasi sentimen. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan confusion matrix, model yang dihasilkan memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 74.67%. Dalam analisis sentimen positif, model mencatatkan nilai recall sebesar 25.19% dan precision sebesar 82.93%, menunjukkan bahwa meskipun model memiliki ketepatan yang tinggi dalam memprediksi sentimen positif, kemampuannya dalam mendeteksi sentimen positif secara keseluruhan masih rendah. Sebaliknya, untuk sentimen negatif, model memperoleh recall sebesar 94.21% dan precision sebesar 53.02%, yang menunjukkan bahwa model lebih efektif dalam mendeteksi sentimen negatif, meskipun ketepatannya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan sentimen positif. Hasil ini menggambarkan bahwa meskipun model memiliki kelebihan dalam mengidentifikasi sentimen negatif, masih terdapat kelemahan dalam memprediksi sebagian besar data sentimen positif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting terkait potensi dan tantangan dalam menerapkan metode Naive Bayes untuk analisis sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi e-commerce.

Abstract

This simultaneous election marks a new chapter in the history of Indonesian democracy. The core of the election process is the group of polling organizers known as the KPPS. One of the problems in the growth of Indonesian democracy is the implementation of fair and honest elections. Election organizers are one of the key players in the election process. In order for elections to be of high quality, organizers must be responsible, impartial, and professional. The election results have always been marred by allegations of fraud and organizers accused of not being independent in the latest legislative and executive elections (presidential and regional head elections). The problem is that the requirements set by the KPPS do not match. Recruitment of KPPS Election members requires a decision support system, especially a decision support system for KPPS Election recruitment, in order to solve this problem. The system development model used in building the system is the waterfall model. By building a decision support system for KPPS Election member recruitment, it can help PPS in making decisions to determine qualified KPPS members.
