<![CDATA[This research aims 1). To determine the partial influence of Customer Service on the decision to save at Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Branch savings. 2). To determine the partial effect of promotions in increasing the number of customers in Bank Nagari savings products, Pasar Raya Branch 3). To determine the influence of Customer Service and simultaneous promotions on customers' decisions to deposit at Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Branch. This research uses a quantitative research method, where the sampling technique uses a total sampling technique, with a sample size of 97.The analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that based on the statistical t-test, it proves that the customer service variable has a significant influence on the decision to use savings products as indicated by a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the statistical t-test, it also proves that the promotional variable has a partially significant effect on the decision to use savings products as indicated by a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Based on the f test, customer service and promotion simultaneously influence the decision to use savings products for Bank Nagari, Pasar Raya Branch, Padang customers, which is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square test results show that overall the variables have an influence of 75.7% on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to test how and how much to test and analyze the effect of motivation on innovative behavior, to find out how much influence competence has on innovative behavior and to find out how much influence motivation and competence have on innovative behavior. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation and questionnaire collection. The population of this study were employees of the Industrial Human Resources Development Agency, the Apparatus Human Resources Education and Training division, and the Industrial Vocational Education Development Center with a total of 52 employees. The sample used was 52 employees of the Industrial Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, the sample consisted of 25 employees from the Apparatus Human Resources Education and Training division, and 27 employees from the Industrial Vocational Education Development Center division. In this study, because the population was less than 100, the researchers used total sampling. Total sampling is a sampling method equal to the total population. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a positive and significant influence between extrinsic motivation variables on innovative behavior. This result is evidenced by the calculated t value of 3.913 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and the coefficient value has a positive value of 0.427. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable partially has a significant influence on innovative behavior. This result is evidenced by the t test statistical test t value of 4.119 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient value has a positive value of 0.450. The results of the study simultaneously have a significant effect on Extrinsic Motivation and Competence on Innovative Behavior. This is evidenced by the calculated F statistic of 36.992 with a significance of 0.000. Because the significance value <0.05. <![CDATA[This study aims to assess the influence of transformational leadership and job meaningfulness on the innovative behavior of employees at the Human Resources Development Agency for Industry (BPSDMI) under the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. A quantitative research method with total sampling was used, involving all 69 BPSDMI employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using T-tests and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that transformational leadership and job meaningfulness have a positive but not significant effect on employees' innovative behavior. This indicates that although transformational leadership and job meaningfulness can enhance innovative behavior, their influence is not significant enough. Recommendations are given to BPSDMI leaders to increase engagement and provide clear direction to employees to foster workplace innovation.]]>

<![CDATA[According to this study, companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the property and real estate industry from 2018 to 2022 will be influenced by the Dividend Policy (DPR) and Price Earnings Ratio (PER) on their stock returns. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Price Earning Ratio on stock returns in Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research data comes from various sources, including company financial records and annual reports. The official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange was consulted to obtain financial information and annual reports. The population of this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the property and real estate sector from 2018 to 2022. Six different organizations were selected for this study using purposive sampling. Sample data was obtained as many as 30 points for 5 years. the method used in this study is to use descriptive quantitative method research using multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) from the SPSS 22 program. The results in this study are that dividend policy as measured using the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) does not affect the stock returns of companies in the property and real estate sector during the 2018-2022 period.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to collect empirical data on the relative and simultaneous effects of money supply, interest rates, and exchange rates on inflation in Indonesia. The websites www.bps.go.id and www.bi.go.id, which provide access to Bank Indonesia, provide the data used in this study. Data on Indonesia's money supply, interest rates, and exchange rates for 2019-2023 were also used, along with data on Indonesia's inflation rate. The data collection methods used were observation and literature study. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is the data analysis approach used in this study, which utilizes descriptive statistics with the IBM SPPS Statistics 25 tool. The findings of this study indicate that there is no positive significant effect on inflation caused by money supply and a positive significant effect of interest rates and currency exchange rates on Indonesian inflation. These findings can be used as a consideration in monetary policy in Indonesia. The government and Bank Indonesia should consider interest rates and exchange rates when formulating monetary policy to balance inflation and economic growth]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the influence of exports, imports and exchange rates on economic growth in the Riau Islands in 2010-2023. This research uses a quantitative research method. This research uses secondary data in the form of a time series from 2010-2023 which includes the variables of economic growth, exports, imports and exchange rates. This data was obtained from the Badan Pusat Statistik and Bank Indonesia. Using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the Classic Assumption Test, then testing the model using the T Statistical Test and the F Statistica Test which were estimated using the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the research results, exports have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the Riau Islands Province, imports do not have a significant effect on economic growth in the Riau Islands Province, and the exchange rates has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in the Riau Islands Province.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyse the effect of Capital Structure and Time Interest Earned (TIE) Ratio on Profitability, a case study of the five largest banks in Indonesia during the 2020-2023 period. The research method used is quantitative research with a multiple linear regression approach. The data used in this study are secondary data from the bank's annual financial statements through the website www.idx.co.id. The independent variable in this study is Capital Structure measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Time Interest Earned (TIE) Ratio, while the dependent variable is Profitability measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The results showed that Capital Structure has no positive influence on Profitability and Time Interest Earned Ratio has a positive influence on bank Profitability. Higher capital structure tends to have less effect with lower profitability, while higher Time Interest Earned Ratio is associated with increased profitability. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-wallet and financial literacy on the consumptive behaviour of students of the Faculty of Economics and Maritime Business at Maritime Raja Ali Haji University (UMRAH). The population that is the focus of research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Maritime Business at UMRAH from class 2020 to 2023. The sampling method used is the Hair et al. method with the number of research indicators as many as 13 and the range used is 10, so the number of respondents is 132 people. Data collection was carried out through the use of questionnaires. This study is quantitative with data analysis using simple and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) The use of e-wallets significantly affects the consumptive behaviour of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Maritime. (2) Financial literacy does not have a significant impact on the consumptive behaviour of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Maritime UMRAH. (3) Together, e-wallet and financial literacy have a significant impact on the consumptive behaviour of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Maritime UMRAH The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that e-wallet and financial literacy can explain 21.5% of the variation in consumptive behaviour, while the remaining 78.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.]]>
