Abstract

Using marine resources sustainably to boost the economy and improve the well-being and health of marine ecosystems is known as the blue economy. With 59% of its coastline in use alone, it is now one of the countries with the longest coastline in the world, Indonesia. Therefore, its marine potential is very much worthy of attention and development. The potential of Indonesia's blue economy is immense to drive economic recovery and growth. Harnessing this potential is especially important at a time when growth in other sectors can no longer meet growing needs. Since the 1972 Stockholm Environment Conference, many countries have been paying attention to the potential of the blue economy to achieve sustainable development. One of Jokowi's goals in implementing Blue Economy is to support the achievement of Maintaining the sustainability of Indonesia's marine ecosystems until 2030 through the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In contrast, Joko Widodo combines the ideas of a "Blue Economy" and a "Green Economy". This research aims to find out how the blue economy can be an economic recovery and sustainable development in Indonesia. This research was conducted using the literature study method. The blue economy can improve the welfare of people in small islands and coastal areas and increase employment in Indonesia.

Abstract

Previous and related studies are very important for research and scientific articles. Previous or related studies strengthen theories and phenomena of relationships or influences between variables. In this work, factors that influence employee performance such as job stress and workload in the employee performance literature. The results of the research are significant and significant stress and burden on employee performance. Thus, the higher the stress and burden felt, the lower the employee's performance will be. This research can provide useful input to help companies take appropriate steps to improve employee performance by dealing with stress and problems that occur within the company.

Abstract

This research discusses Compensation as Social Capital in Building a Productive Organization. The Compensation Policy has been listed in the Perpu in Lieu of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation in Chapter IV of Manpower Part Two of Article 61A. The research used by the author uses a descriptive qualitative method with theoretical data collection techniques, in the sense of a method based on descriptions in the form of sentences that are orderly, coherent, logical and effective. The results of this study show that compensation has a significant effect as capital in improving employee performance and organizational commitment.

Abstract

The requirements of a dynamic business environment necessitate modification to organizational structure. Operational efficacy and efficiency are significantly influenced by the dtnamics of organizational structure, which include centrelisation, formalization, and flexibility. The factors that influence both aspects are analtsed using a qualitative method that incorporates a literature rewiew and library research approach. The fidings indicate that the organizations responsiveness to chage is enhanced by a flexible structure, and digital technology and adaptive leadership are critical in facilitiatung decision-making and coordination. The organizations success influences operational efficiency. The significance of meticulous planning and comprehensive implementation in the management of organizational structure dynamics is underscored in this study to achive optimal performance.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of balance between work life and personal life (Work Life Balance) on employee performance in companies. This research aims to investigate the effect of implementing work-life balance on employee performance in a company.  This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods using theoretical data collection. The research results show that the implementation of work-life balance has a significant influence on employee performance. Employees who have a balance between work life and personal life have better performance compared to employees who do not have this balance. This research also found that factors such as work time flexibility, family support, and company policies that support work-life balance have an important role in improving employee performance

The data collection technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a predecessor journal as a reference. based on the results of the study it is known that motivation has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, The results of this study indicate that motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and ease of use on the decision to use QRIS digital payment among Gen Z in Bandung City. The population in this study is the people of Bandung City who belong to Generation Z. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using the SPSS ver. 25 data analysis tool. 25. Sampling as many as 100 respondents who belong to generation Z in Bandung City. The results showed that knowledge has a positive and significant effect on usage decisions, ease of use has a positive and significant effect on usage decisions, knowledge and ease of use have a positive and significant effect on usage decisions simultaneously.

Abstract

The research method used is descriptive statistical analysis using secondary data in the form of financial statements for the period 2020 – 2023 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The research population is 50 companies and the sample used is 13 companies in IDX Quality 30. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study partially showed that the Debt Equity Ratio had a positive effect on the Return On Equity variable, Total Asset Turn Over had no significant effect on  the Return On Equity variable  and the measure had a significant effect on  the Return On Equity variable  while the results of the simultaneous study showed that  the Debt Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over variables and Size have a significant effect on the Return On Equity variable.

Abstract

The success of business is the main goal for companies, especially in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the global market. The dynamics of market changes, technological developments, and changing consumer preferences force companies to continue to innovate and adapt. This research aims to understand the role of innovation in business planning and how creative strategies based on innovation can be used to create competitive advantage. Using a literature study approach, this research highlights how innovation is not only important in developing new products but also in creating more effective and efficient business strategies. Innovation-based creative strategies enable companies to respond to market challenges in a more flexible way, introduce solutions that differentiate the company from its competitors, and create significant added value for customers. The results of this study show that the integration of innovation in business planning and innovation-based creative strategies is a major factor in creating sustainable competitive advantage. The findings provide useful practical and theoretical insights for companies, academics, and policy makers in formulating more adaptive and future-oriented business strategies.
