Monitoring is a monitoring process in the Medicare system to prevent participant eligibility letters from not being formed. The aim of this research is to analyze the monitoring system for outpatient Participant Eligibility Letters to support the effectiveness of services for BPJS patients. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection uses observation and interviews, data validation uses source and technique triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the interviews, researchers still found several obstacles that prevented the formation of Participant Eligibility Letters, analyzed using 6M+1I, namely in (1) man, namely copying and pasting the SEP number in the wrong column, copying and pasting someone else's SEP number to Medicare, the patient has not been fingerprinted, the card number is inactive or the data on the BPJS and KTP do not match; (2) machine, the system is still unable to fully read the error when processing the SEP on Medicare. The analysis of the SEP monitoring process is in accordance with the SPO guidelines, the benchmark for outpatient clinics is that the SEP has been formed and new patients can be served until the end of the service.

Feature selection in medical records is necessary because the data usually contains many irrelevant features and noise. Electronic Health Record, abbreviated as EHR, makes it possible to analyze large amounts of medical data. A Genetic Algorithm is widely used for feature selection because it has the ability or potential for global optimization of the selected features. Genetic Algorithm-based methods include many iterations (generations) in the crossover process, and mutation can produce new individuals because the Genetic Algorithm adopts a fitness value to represent how ''good'' the resulting individual is. The problem with heuristic algorithms is those simple genetic algorithms are not for processing high-dimensional data. Genetic algorithms in solution search techniques always get local optimum solutions which can cause failure to obtain optimal solutions during random searches. From these limitations, developing and improving genetic algorithms for feature selection on clinical data is necessary. First, sort the features based on the feature evaluation criteria to exclude irrelevant features through the fitness process in the evaluation with the accuracy value of the Support Vector Machine calculation. This way reduces the number of features and results in optimal features. Then to get the optimal solution, it is necessary to optimize the subset features that have been selected using a machine learning algorithm that determines the best parameters using a genetic algorithm.

This study examines the multifaceted impact of dietary habits on the mental and physical health of young populations, highlighting the influence of socio-economic, cultural, and technological factors. Recent research indicates that poor dietary choices are linked to various health issues, including obesity, anxiety, and depression. The analysis reveals a lack of significant differences in health metrics among participants, emphasizing the need for targeted interventions and educational programs. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies and the role of technology in promoting healthy eating. The findings underscore the global importance of improving dietary habits among youth to combat rising rates of non-communicable diseases and enhance overall well-being.

This study aims to investigate the influence of constructive conflict resolution styles and perceived stress in marital satisfaction among dual-earner couples in DKI Jakarta. A quantitative method using incidental sampling is used to select respondents who meet specific criteria. Questionnaires were distributed to 117 married respondents who have been married for 1 to 5 years and are dual-earners; both of whom are employed in DKI Jakarta. The instruments used in this study include the Conflict Resolution Styles Inventory (CRSI), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), and ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale (EMS). Results showed constructive conflict resolution style indicated a p-value < 0,05 with R2 value of 8,3%. This means that Ha1 is accepted, indicating a significant influence of constructive conflict resolution style on marital satisfaction. The p-value for perceived stress < 0,05 with R2 value of 10,4%, meaning Ha2 is accepted. The results from the multiple linear regression analysis show that both constructive conflict resolution styles and perceived stress significantly influence marital satisfaction.

The desire to have children for married couples is something that is very desirable, but in fact, not all married couples can have children easily. There are some couples who find it easy to have children, and there are also couples who need hard work to have children. One of the reasons for not being able to have children is due to infertility problems. Women who experience infertility tend to have low self-acceptance which has an impact on their psychological condition, one of which is experiencing infertility stress. Infertility stress is pressure felt from the surrounding social environment, marital relationships, as well as physical and mental health due to the condition of infertility. Women who experience infertility related stress really need social support from family, partners and friends. This study aims to examine the influence of self-acceptance and social support on infertility stress in women experiencing infertility at RSAB Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with a population of women experiencing infertility, age range 20-39 years and a sample of 150 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of self-acceptance and social support on infertility related stress in women experiencing infertility (P<0.001 ; ????2 = 0.515). So it can be concluded that there is an influence of Self-Acceptance and Social Support on infertility stress in women experiencing infertility at RSAB Jakarta.

Women are afforded the same opportunities as men in the workplace; however, they are confronted with particular challenges, one of which is the conflict between work and family demands, which is commonly referred to as work-family conflict (WFC). WFC is regarded as a significant source of stress, particularly for women in long-distance marriages. The physical absence of a spouse, coupled with the emotional challenges of a physical and emotional distance, can precipitate an increase in stress levels. It is hypothesised that resilience is a supportive factor in the management of stress. This study examines the impact of resilience and work-family conflict (WFC) on stress levels among working mothers. The research employed purposive sampling technique with a non-probability sampling approach, involving 354 respondents who were working mothers residing in the Indonesian provinces of Sumatra and Java. The measurement tools employed were Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Work-Family Conflict Scale (WFCS), and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), with data analysis conducted using JASP 0.19.1.0 for Windows. The findings of this study indicate a significant influence of resilience and WFC on stress levels among working mothers in long-distance marriages. These results provide scientific evidence that resilience plays an essential role in mitigating the effects of WFC on stress.
