Abstract

Perumahan dan permukiman merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia dan merupakan faktor penting dalam peningkatan harkat dan martabat manusia serta mutu kehidupan yang sejahtera dalam masyarakat yang adil dan makmur. Perumahan dan permukiman juga merupakan bagian dari pembangunan nasional yang perlu terus ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan secara terpadu, terarah, terencana, dan berkesinambungan. Permasalahan  yang muncul dari adanya  permukiman kumuh dari segi pemerintahan adalah pemerintah dianggap dan dipandang tidak cakap dan tidak peduli dalam  menangani pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Sementara dampak sosialnya , dimana sebagian masyarakat kumuh adalah masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dengan kemampuan ekonomi menengah ke bawah dianggap sebagai sumber ketidakteraturan dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap norma-norma sosial. Dengan  ditentukan nya permukiman kumuh dapat membantu peran masyarakat maupun pemerintah untuk lebih berperan aktif dalam pemulihan pemukiman sekitar, sehingga masyarakat tidak terjangkit penyakit ataupun agar terhindar dari bahaya. Dengan demikian penulis menggunakan decision support system (dss) atau  sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mengetahui pemukiman kumuh  menggunakan Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan permukiman kumuh di wilayah Pringsewu. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif yang paling kumuh dari alternatif yang sudah ada. Alternaftif yang dimaksud merupakan desa dari berbagai wilayah pringsewu agar yang dinilai berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot dari setiap atribut. Kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif yang paling rendahnya sehingga didapat nilai terkecil ada pada V2 sehingga alternatif A2  adalah alternatif yang terpilih sebagai desa yang paling kumuh, dengan kata lain pada desa A2 merupaka desa dengan tingkat permukiman yang paling kumuh diantara alternatif yang lainnya Kata Kunci : DSS, Permukiman Kumuh, FMADM, SAW,Kriteria

Abstract

World agriculture still faces challenges quite fundamental, it is about the quality issues and the increasing of competitiveness through productivity and the eficiency. This research focused on the criteria of best tomato types and how to apply the Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) into a Decision Support System (DSS) for election best quality tomato that can assist farmers in determining the best type of tomato for renewable energy and supply chain strategy, based on the criteria that have been chosen, such as: tomato size, tomato color, tomato shape and tomato disease. By using the application of Simple Additive weighting method into Decision Support Systems value, it can be concluded that V5 is the best quality tomato and has a predicate value of 83.75 with the fragile values, as follows: 50-69 = Enough, 70-82 = Good, 83-100 = Best.

Abstract

Research on the design of fuel measuring device for vendors using Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller and positive displacement flow meter sensor was conducted. It aimed to design and create a prototype of fuel measuring device for retail traders, and to find error values on the device. The research began with searching for reference books, making hardware and programming, and finally testing the device. The components used were Arduino Mega 2560, positive displacement flow meter sensor, keypad, selenoid valve and 4x20 LCD. The test was performed by comparing the results of the measuring cup to the number displayed on the LCD, followed by reproducibility. Data collection was carried out every volume of 500ml, 1000ml, 1500ml, and 2000ml. The results of the research showed that the error value was 2.24% with the comparison of 1.91%. Several factors affecting the highness of error value were human factor, sensor and device factor, as well as the comparison device being used. Referring to the error value that smaller than 5%, this device is worthy for mass production

Abstract

X-Ray viewer is a tool for observing the results of X-Ray films using ray lighting. It aims to get clearer readings of X-Ray films by radiographers and doctors. X-Ray viewers in hospitals generally cannot be carried anywhere because they use fluorescent lamps as a source of radiation and use 220 Volt AC voltage directly. So that its use is less effective and efficient because it must be connected directly to a 220 Volt AC power source and requires large power. In this regard the author wants to design an X-Ray viewer tool that can be used to read the results of X-Ray films clearly and is portable so that the device can be used anywhere because it uses a battery as a voltage source and is equipped with a presence detection sensor film in order to save energy so that the use of tools is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

DC electrical voltage - current measuring instrument and data logger is an instrument used to measure the current and voltage generated wind turbine and recording the measurement results. The fuction of this instrument is to activate the dummy load on the wind turbine control system to reduce the voltage that exceeds the safe limit when saving electrical energy. The purpose of this research is to manufacture and analyze DC electrical voltage - current measuring instrument with arduino uno based data logger which is capable to measure DC current and voltage generated by Hybrid Power Plants (PLTH) in Pantai Baru Pandansimo Bantul Yogyakarta, and using metrology method to analyze the degree of uncertainty of the measuring instrument. In this research, heuristic method is used to determine the characteristics of the sensor. Sensor characterization has been done, followed by calibration of measurement instrument to determine the magnitude of the uncertainty of the measurement instrument. The results of this research indicated that the characteristics of voltage sensor (CR5310-300) obtained equation of linear regression y=0.29253x + 0.662, while the current sensor characteristics (WCS1800) obtained equation of linear regression y=0.072978x - 37.2408. After the characterization procedure is done, the measuring instrument callibrated using a traced clampmeter. The calibration results indicated that the voltage sensor has accuracy of 99.99%. Whereas for the current measuring instrument has an uncertainty that is extended at standard current 0 -  9 amperes of 0.316 amperes and at the standard current of 9.7 amperes of 0.317 amperes with an accuracy of 99.98%. Based on the results of this research, can be obtained that current and voltage measuring instrument has good accuracy level.

Abstract

Earthquake is a vibration  that occur on the surface of the earth, earthquakes are usually caused by the movement of the earth's crust (earth's plates). Earthquakes are also used to indicate the area from which the earthquake occurred. Even though our earth is solid, it always moves and earthquakes occur when the pressure caused by that movement is too large to be able to withstand. One of the effects of the earthquake vibration itself that reaches the earth's surface and if the vibration is large enough can damage buildings and other infrastructure such as roads and bridges, railroad tracks, dams and others, causing casualties and property losses. So that we can avoid the danger caused by an earthquake, it is necessary to design an earthquake detection device with a pendulum swing method based on the ATMega328 Microcontroller. The ATMega328 microcontroller is the core of all the systems that exist in this design. In the design of earthquake measuring device using infrared sensors and photodiodes. Where the infrared beam construction is determined by the pendulum which detects the swing.

Abstract

Food self-sufficiency is a government program that has been being actively promoted so that Indonesia can reach food independence by the end of 2019. Indonesia is a maritime country and also an agricultural country with two seasons namely rainy season and dry season. In the rainy season, food plants usually do not need to be watered, while in the dry season, the plants must be watered regularly in accordance with soil moisture conditions. Farmers usually do not grow food plants in the dry season for fear that it will not grow well. The farmer’s dependence on the season causes the production to decline and becomes an obstacle in the success of the food self-sufficiency program. An information and communication technology-based agricultural device is needed to overcome the problem. The research aimed to design a programmed microcontroller chip to control watering automatically based on soil moisture detected using a domestic soil moisture sensor. This device detects whether the soil is dry or not. The farmers do not need to do watering manually. In addition to helping farmers, the device can also be installed on plantations, seedbed nurseries, urban parks, hotels, offices, and in homes that have parks or plants that need regular watering.

Abstract

Measuring the height of a liquid using analog is very difficult, and its accuracy is very low. It is more accurate to measure liquid level using digital technology. Measurements of the correct fuel level are needed to measure fuel purchases at fuel stations or fuel retailers. The study aimed to design laboratory-level fuel level measurements based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The method used was a direct comparison between the measuring instrument and a ruler as a measuring standard. This device used a gas gauging sensor on the vehicle and an Arduino Uno microcontroller to process data and display data on the LCD and LabView. The results of the fluid level measurement could be used to determine the height of fuel surface. The error rate of the measuring instrument was ± 3% in a calm and bumpy state. The results showed that the device is suitable for use in measurement.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas penelitian mengenai evaluasi pengelolaan proyek saluran air limbah domestik dengan aplikasi Primavera Project Planner. Untuk melakukan pengolahan data dan analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode PDM (Presedence Diagram Method) untuk menganalisis waktu. Metode untuk menganalisis anggaran biaya total proyek dan jumlah tenaga kerja menggunakan metode analisis BOW (Burgerlijke Openbare Werken). Dari hasil penelitian didapat pendekatan dengan metode PDM menghasilkan waktu penyelesaian yang sesuai dengan rencana awal proyek, jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan untuk beberapa jenis pekerjaan normalisasi saluran air limbah domestik Kec. Ngampilan, serta jumlah total biaya rencana proyek.Kata kunci: evaluasi proyek, primavera project planner, precedence diagram method, burgerlijke openbare werken

Sistem yang ada sekarang yaituInternet banking dirasa masih kurang dalam memenuhi keinginan nasabah karenaketerbatasan ruang dan tempat dimana harus selalu diakses melalui Internet baik dirumahmaupun di warnet. Dengan sistem mobile banking diharapkan dapat memberikan layanankepada nasabah setiap saat khususnya nasabah yang sering bergerak (mobile).Makalah ini membahas tentang pemanpaatan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogramanserver side scripting dan J2ME sebagai bahasa pemrograman untuk perangkat handheldyang diimplementasikan dalam mobile banking.
