Ekonomika : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan disseminating thoughts in the field of economics and development from the results of research and scientific writing, original ideas that are critical and actual. Economics, Published twice a year, namely in March and September. Editors invite lecturers and practitioners to fill out this journal. Presentations can be in the form of scientific work, research results, original ideas that are fresh, objective and responsible. Editors can abbreviate and correct writing to be published without changing its content and intent. Manuscripts are written in Indonesian or English, accompanied by an abstract, no more than 200 words each, typed on 12 arial letter quarto paper, double spaced in the following order: title, author name, abstract, contents, bibliography and and includes affiliate and author contact email & WA/HP number. ====== Ekonomika : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan, menyebarkan pemikiran dalam bidang ekonomi dan pembangunan dari hasil penelitian, dan tulisan ilmiah, gagasan orisinil kritis serta aktual. ekonomika, Terbit setahun dua kali, yakni bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para dosen, dan praktisi untuk mengisi jurnal ini. Penyajian dapat berupa tulisan ilmiah, hasil penelitian, gagasan orisinil yang segar, objektif dan ber tanggung jawab. Redaksi dapat menyingkat dan memperbaiki tulisan yang akan dimuat tanpa mengubah isi dan maksudnya. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris, dengan dilengkapi abstrak, masing-masing tidak lebih dari 200 kata, huruf arial 12 diketik pada kertas kuarto, jarak dua spasi disusun dengan urutan : judul, nama penulis, abstrak, isi tulisan, daftar pustaka dan dilengkapi afiliasi dan email & nomor WA/HP kontak penulis.

<![CDATA[The role of village-owned enterprisesis an institution managed by the government and the village community which aims to strengthen the village economy. This research was conducted for see the impact of village-owned enterprises in overcoming poverty in Peunaga Pasi village, Meureubo sub-district, West Aceh district year 2020. <![CDATA[Destitution is a fundamental problem faced by all countries, particularly developing countries like Indonesia. Destitution is a complex problem, so special attention is needed to overcome it. One of the poverty reduction efforts undertaken by the Government of Indonesia is through the Family Hope Program (PKH), which began to emerge in 2007.This research aim to find out and analyze the effect of the Family Hope Program on poverty alleviation in Woyla District, which is one of the areas that received assistance from the Family Hope Program. In this study using quantitative descriptive research methods. The object of this research is the Family Hope Program KPM in Woyla District. The data used are sourced from primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires, observations and secondary data from the government’s official website and the secretariat archives of Woyla District. Methods of data analysis carried out in the form of normality test and simple linear regression. The results of the analysis with the help of the SPSS 20 program indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the poverty alleviation variable with a correlation coefficient of 0.601 and a determinant coefficient of 0.361. This means that the Family Hope Program (PKH) has a positive and significant effect on destitution reduction in Woyla District, this means that if the Family Hope Program increases, poverty reduction will also increase.]]>

The research method uses quantitative descriptive. The analysis model used is a regression analysis model. The research results show that organizational culture influences employee performance. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine Service Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction of the Asahan Regency Loise service bureau. The method used in this research is descriptive method, this type of research is quantitative data, primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study was all 73 employees in the company. The sample used is a saturated sampling technique where the entire population will be used as a sample. <![CDATA[This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the influence of fixed assets intensity, leverage, liquidity, cash flow from operations, and firm size on fixed asset revaluation decisions. The population used in this research is state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2017. The number of samples obtained using several criteria was 100 data. This research uses the logistic regression analysis method with the help of the E-Views (Statistical Product and Service Solution) data processing program version 10. The results of this research show that the fixed asset intensity variable has no effect on the decision to revaluate fixed assets, the liquidity variable and the cash flow from variable. operation has a significant negative effect on fixed asset revaluation decisions. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the trend of unemployment and work in Aceh Province after the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a higher unemployment rate. This study uses secondary data, namely time series data using the least squares analysis method or forecasting method. The results of this study indicate that unemployment in Aceh Province for the next three years will decrease, while for work there has been an increase in workers. This has a positive effect on unemployment and employment rates in Aceh Province. With this forecasting method, the government should make it to the appropriate investment policies to reduce unemployment. ]]>
