Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee performance at the Kebayakan Health Center and the factors that influence it, as well as what efforts are made to improve employee performance. This research uses qualitative methods, with a total sample of 100 people consisting of 10 health center employees, 10 patients, and 80 people from the Kebayakan sub-district community. The results showed that the performance of Kebayakan Health Center employees based on productivity aspects and aspects of employee service quality was very good, responsiveness aspects still needed improvement to improve employee responsiveness, and responsibility aspects found that the community was satisfied with the performance of employees who were by applicable regulations, and accountability aspects were also considered to have provided satisfaction to the community. Factors that are very influential in improving employee performance are ability factors, where the work experience of employees who have handled patients for years and the placement of employees following their abilities and education can significantly improve performance. Meanwhile, the motivation factor was found to have less influence on improving employee performance. Furthermore, the efforts made to improve employee performance are examined from three factors: the providing expectations factor by providing medical service incentives that depend on the number of patient visits, the development factor by getting a promotion, and the communication factor through the supervisor. This study aims to analyze employee performance at the Kebayakan Health Center and the factors that influence it, as well as what efforts are made to improve employee performance. Abstract

This study explores the influence of perceived organizational culture and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, with additional multiple linear regression analysis. Involving 150 employees, the study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach with questionnaires as the main survey instrument. Although quantitative methods provide a measurable analytical framework, it is important to be mindful of some potential weaknesses, including bias in the measurement of complex constructs and the limitations of statistical analysis. The addition of multiple linear regression analysis allowed the researcher to evaluate the extent of the influence of perceived organizational culture and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior of PT. sumber cipta multiniaga (dso jombang) jointly, while controlling for other factors that might influence the results. However, interpretation of multiple linear regression requires caution, due to assumptions about linearity and independence between variables. The statistical analysis tool SPSS version 25 is also worth noting, especially in the context of this complex study. Multiple linear regression analysis may provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationships between variables, but a qualitative or mixed methods approach may be needed to capture deeper context and nuance. The results of this study highlight the importance of an innovation-supportive organizational culture, employee perceptions of the work environment, and the role of transformational leadership in driving innovative work behaviours. The practical implications include the potential development of more effective management strategies, but keep in mind that further research is needed to deepen the understanding of these complex dynamics. By combining holistic quantitative and qualitative approaches, future studies may make more substantial contributions to sustainable and innovative management practices.

Abstract

Drugs and juvenile delinquency are two serious problems that exist in society. Juvenile delinquency such as brawls, smoking, drinking alcohol, and promiscuity are negative behaviors that violate social norms. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze human resource development in the Procurement of Goods and Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Tengah Regency. The problem identified in this study is the low performance of employees, which is evident from their abilities and levels of discipline within the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Aceh Tengah Regency Secretariat. The research method is descriptive qualitative, utilizing documentation and interviews as research instruments. The results indicate that human resource development in the procurement of goods and services has yet to be consistently implemented. This is evidenced by the fact that only employees meeting government-mandated education and training requirements for goods and services procurement are afforded development opportunities. While efforts have been made in this regard, they have yet to be uniformly applied. One contributing factor is the restriction of human resource development efforts to employees possessing the requisite goods and services procurement certification, as stipulated by government policies. Consequently, despite some progress, the distribution of developmental opportunities remains unequal. In light of these findings, it is recommended that the Goods and Services Procurement Department provide uniform training to all employees, thereby eliminating discrepancies in skill levels. Additionally, there is a need to enhance the competence of each employee through both formal and informal education and training initiatives, to enhance overall employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this research is the insufficient provision of supportive infrastructure for digital transformation. Similarly, the human resources aspect, both in terms of quantity and quality regarding the mastery of information technology, will impact the quality of services provided to the public. The research conducted at the Central Aceh Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) has three objectives: 1) Analyzing the quality of service in digital transformation from the aspects of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. 2) Analyzing digital transformation in public services from the aspects of cataloging, transactions, horizontal, and vertical integration. 3) Analyzing obstacles and efforts made to accelerate digital transformation. The research method is qualitative, with informant selection through purposive sampling. The results show that public services, except for the tangibles aspect, are considered good in terms of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. However, the facilities and infrastructure at DPMPTSP still need attention because most of them are inadequate for use in online licensing services. Furthermore, the digital transformation process, in terms of horizontal integration, has not been implemented at all, as local applications still stand alone and are not integrated with the Online Single Submission (OSS) application. Meanwhile, the obstacle encountered in implementing digital transformation is the inadequate budget for the digital transformation process. Efforts to accelerate the digital transformation process include preparing resources proficient in technology, preparing facilities and infrastructure, and conducting public awareness campaigns.
