Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness level of culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Oebobo District, Kupang City, to adopt Cloud Accounting as part of digital accounting transformation. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving 13 culinary MSMEs. The analysis was based on four main indicators: technology, human resources, finance, and environment. The findings show that MSMEs’ readiness in terms of technology and finance is relatively adequate, as indicated by the use of digital devices, cashier applications, QRIS, and the ability to finance certain digital systems. However, the human resources and environmental aspects still need to be strengthened due to low digital accounting literacy, uneven understanding of Cloud Accounting, the perception of cost as an additional burden, and limited socialization and assistance from the government or related institutions. This study concludes that the adoption of Cloud Accounting among culinary MSMEs requires continuous training, user-friendly systems, affordable costs, and a stronger digital ecosystem.

Abstract

The manual management of PKK activity funds in Tempel Jaya Village leads to reporting delays, lack of transparency, and difficulty in real-time cash flow evaluation. This study aims to develop a web-based information system for monitoring and evaluating PKK activity funds using the cash flow monitoring method. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Prototyping model, including stages of problem identification, data collection, product design, validation, revision, black-box testing, and trial use. The result is a PHP and MySQL-based information system capable of recording income and expenditure transactions, providing a real-time dashboard with cash flow trend graphs, and generating financial reports (cash flow, balance position, transaction recap) in PDF/Excel formats. The application of the cash flow monitoring method successfully calculates net cash flow, closing balance, and fund efficiency ratio based on the 2025 PKK budget data with a total budget of more than Rp142 million. In conclusion, this system improves transparency, accountability, and efficiency of PKK fund management. Future development suggestions include integration with mobile applications and automatic notification features.

Abstract

The evolution of wireless communication networks from 4G to 7G reflects significant transformations in architecture, capacity, and system adaptability to modern digital demands. 4G LTE provides stable mobile broadband with speeds up to 100 Mbps and moderate latency, supporting video streaming, voice communication, data transfer, and reliable digital services. The transition to 5G introduces substantial increases in network capacity, ultra-low latency, and the ability to connect thousands of devices simultaneously through mmWave technology, massive MIMO, and network slicing, enabling real-time applications, autonomous vehicles, and large-scale IoT deployment. 6G emphasizes adaptive networks leveraging artificial intelligence, edge computing, and terahertz communication, projecting speeds up to 1 Tbps with latency below 0.1 ms, alongside improved energy efficiency and security. The 7G concept integrates terrestrial, satellite, and quantum communication networks, utilizing AI and machine learning for automated spectrum management and latency optimization, supporting global services, smart cities, industrial automation, and remote healthcare. This study highlights the need for aligned infrastructure, security, and regulatory strategies to ensure future networks operate efficiently, reliably, and responsively to continuously growing user demands.
