Abstract

The story of Ashabul Kahfi contained in the Qur'an is a very clear and complete story, which aims to provide in-depth lessons and learning. This story includes themes that are in line with the main objectives of the Qur'an, known as Maqasid Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to explore the understanding of knowing how the interpretation of Ashabul Kahfi is integrated with scientific explanations in the Tafsir Ilmi by the Ministry of Religion and LPMQ. This study uses a library research method with the maudhu'i method. The results of this study indicate that the interpretation of the Tafsir Ilmi Kemenag team of the story of Ashabul Kahfi shows that scientific phenomena, such as ear closing, acupuncture points that suppress appetite, cave temperature regulation, and body rotation, are in accordance with modern knowledge. This explanation illustrates that science does not conflict with the Qur'an, but can be integrated with empirical reason and reality. The Tafsir Ilmi Kemenag aims to align the Qur'an with modern knowledge, creating harmony between the two. This approach emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive understanding of revelation and science. Finally, this interpretation becomes a symbol of civilization that is able to connect religious traditions with scientific progress.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of religiousness in building tolerance among students. Tolerance is an important aspect in creating social harmony, especially in a heterogeneous educational environment. Religiousness is believed to be one of the factors that play a role in fostering mutual respect among students with different belief backgrounds. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were obtained from religious tolerance books, relevant articles both printed and digital sources, scientific journals that discuss the relationship between religiosity and tolerance as well as policy documents related to religious education and tolerance in the school environment. The results show that the integration of religious values in school activities, such as interfaith discussions and learning based on religious moral values, contributes positively to improving tolerance attitudes among students. Students involved in these activities tend to be more open to differences and able to interact harmoniously with friends from different religious backgrounds. This finding indicates the important role of education in teaching tolerance values through diversity. The success of programs based on interfaith cooperation in schools can be used as a model to be applied more widely in the national education system. Further research is recommended to explore more deeply the role of family and community in supporting the formation of tolerance attitudes among students.

Abstract

Objective study This is analyze Behavior Life Clean and Healthy (PHBS) In Islamic perspective based on study literature . Methods study This is The methodology used involves a literature review or analysis of papers collected from 1980 to 2025 through the Google search engine. Furthermore, sources are collected, identified, and evaluated. This research report uses the phrases Behavior Life Clean and Healthy (PHBS) and Islam . The articles in this collection were published in English and Indonesian in national and international journals, then analyzed with Vosviewer. Research result This is with use network/ association features obtained results that phbs have a network/ association with knowledge, clean and healthy living behavior, health promotion and Islamic boarding school, using phbs overlay feature have a network/ association with knowledge, clean and healthy living behavior, health promotion and Islamic boarding school are carried out study between 2016 to"‹ by 2024, based on density feature obtained results that phbs , knowledge, clean and healthy living behavior, health promotion and Islamic boarding school have been Lots conducted . Research conclusion This is based on analysis study literature with use vosviewer obtained results that phbs have a network/ association with knowledge , clean and healthy living behavior, health promotion and Islamic boarding school. Abstract

This research examines the central role of Islamic law as an ethical framework in the modern economic world. Grounded in sharia, Islamic law offers a unique perspective that integrates moral values and economic principles. This study analyzes in depth how values such as perfection, flexibility, systematic, and dynamic in Islamic law can be applied in various aspects of economic activities. Through a literature review, this study seeks to demonstrate the relevance of Islamic law in the context of the evolving global economy, as well as its contribution to an economic system that can provide an alternative system that is fair and in accordance with Islamic teachings. Compared to conventional economic systems that tend to be rigid, the flexibility of Islamic law allows adaptation to dynamic social and economic changes. Overall, the characteristics of Islamic law in the economic field illustrate noble moral and ethical principles, as well as the determination to achieve social justice and the welfare of mankind. Faced with the challenges of the global economy, Shariah principles provide appropriate solutions not only for Muslims, but also for the world community as a whole. By studying and implementing the principles of Islamic law in economics, we can create a more just, open and sustainable economic system. Abstract

This research emphasizes the importance of Wasathiyah Islam as a basis for creating a just, peaceful and harmonious society. Wasathiyah Islam, which prioritizes the principles of moderation, justice, balance and tolerance, plays an important role in building a tolerant and peaceful national life. This principle is in line with the high diversity of Indonesian society and is supported by the Pancasila ideology. By examining the concept of Wasathiyah in Islam, its role in national life, as well as the challenges and solutions to its implementation. A descriptive qualitative research method based on literature study was used to analyze relevant theory and data. The research results show that Wasathiyah's values "‹"‹are reflected in large Islamic organizations such as Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah, which promote moderation through education, Islamic boarding school traditions, and social programs. Indonesian history and culture, such as the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and the culture of mutual cooperation, also support the implementation of Wasathiyah Islam. However, the implementation of this principle faces challenges in the form of extremism and social tensions, which require an inclusive approach, education and inter-religious dialogue as a solution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi hadis al-Ifki dalam menjaga kehormatan wanita di era digital, khususnya dalam konteks kekerasan verbal dan siber. Hadis al-Ifki yang mengisahkan tentang fitnah terhadap ‘Aisyah, istri Nabi Muhammad, menjadi dasar penting untuk memahami perlindungan kehormatan dan martabat wanita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghubungkan prinsip-prinsip perlindungan kehormatan wanita dalam hadis al-Ifki dengan praktik kekerasan digital yang terjadi saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis al-Ifki mengajarkan pentingnya menjaga kehormatan dan integritas wanita serta berpesan kepada umat Islam untuk melawan fitnah dengan pendekatan yang bijak dan penuh rasa hormat. Dalam konteks kekerasan verbal dan siber, hadis ini relevan sebagai dasar moral dan etika untuk menjaga kehormatan wanita di dunia maya. Kesimpulannya, hadis al-Ifki memberikan pedoman penting dalam menghadapi persoalan kekerasan verbal dan siber terhadap wanita, sekaligus menjadi dasar untuk menjaga kehormatan wanita di era digital yang semakin berkembang.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the history of the Renaissance occurred in Indonesia, especially in the field of Islamic education. The renaissance of Islamic education in Indonesia marks a new era of holistic and integrative scientific development. The Renaissance here is the transformation of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) into the State Islamic University (UIN). UIN strives to produce graduates who are competent in the field of science and technology. This research is studied through a library research method that uses literature as a data collection technique, such as scientific articles, books, and sources from the internet. The results of the study show that UIN can produce competent graduates in the field of science and technology based on religious knowledge, and are ready to face the modern era. The concept of scientific integration of UIN is to be able to stand at the forefront of the revival of Islamic education in Indonesia, as well as to produce ready and qualified human resources in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of Merdeka.com on Muslim society's perceptions of fashion, using a qualitative research approach with a survey method. Mass media like Merdeka.com plays a significant role in disseminating fashion information as part of global popular culture. In Muslim communities, fashion is often influenced by religious norms; however, trends presented by the media can shape their perceptions and attitudes. This research was conducted by surveying active readers of Merdeka.com and analyzing published fashion content. The findings indicate that Merdeka.com influences the openness of Muslim society toward fashion trends, although there are efforts to align these trends with Islamic values. This study reveals the interaction between fashion and religious values in Muslim society, which continues to evolve with media exposure.

Abstract

This article examines the integration of diyat as a restorative system in Islamic criminal law into the handling of negligent homicide as an innovative alternative to the retributive approach in Indonesian positive criminal law. This study uses a normative and comparative approach with a doctrinal method to analyze the principles of qishash and diyat derived from the Qur'an, hadith, and classical fiqh books, and compares them with the provisions contained in the Criminal Code (KUHP). Data were collected through literature study and analysis of relevant primary and secondary legal documents. The results show that the diyat mechanism not only serves as financial compensation to the victim's family, but also as a means of restoring social relations and reconciliation between the perpetrator and the victim. While positive criminal law emphasizes detention as a form of deterrence, the implementation of a restorative system through diyat offers a more humanist and rehabilitative approach. This integration has the potential to reduce social conflict, support the moral responsibility of perpetrators, and strengthen community cohesion. This article concludes that judicial reform that combines the values of Islamic justice with the national legal system can create more balanced, sustainable and contextualized justice solutions. The implications of these findings are expected to encourage the development of judicial policies that accommodate restorative approaches as an alternative to criminal sanctions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the phenomenon of the existence of Fujoshi and Fundashi, which may impact changes in mindset or perceptions regarding gender and sexuality itself. This discussion remains a subject of debate, as the permissibility of being Fujoshi and Fundashi will be examined from an Islamic perspective. It is library research study, the researcher utilizes three primary sources: books authored by Mark McLelland, Kazumi Nagaike, Katsuhiko Suganuma, and James Welker, as well as books written by Mizuko Ito, Daisuke Okabe, and Izumi Tsuji, both of which discuss Fujoshi/Fundashi in relation to gender and sexuality issues. Additionally, the works of Adis Duderija, Alina Isac Alak, and Kristin Hissong serve as references for exploring Islamic perspectives on the LGBTQ phenomenon. The method of analysis used in this research is content analysis. The study finds that there is indeed a possibility of differing perspectives among Fujoshi/Fundashi regarding gender identity and sexuality itself. Seven gender and sexuality perceptions have been identified from the viewpoints of Fujoshi and Fundashi. From an Islamic standpoint, any matters related to LGBTQ are strictly prohibited, including activities that merely support or consume related content for entertainment purposes. Islam firmly emphasizes that gender and sexual identity are inherently determined by nature (fitrah) and cannot be altered or further developed.
