Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the rules of al-'Urf as an Islamic solution in dealing with pluralism in the present and the future. This qualitative research is included in research that uses descriptive analytical methods, with normative and anthropological legal research approaches. Data was collected using literature study techniques that prioritized the principle of usability. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques through stages; studying, reducing, correcting, interpreting, and drawing conclusions that al'Urf has a long history which is used as evidence by the scholars in establishing law, relevant to the conditions of the era, time and place and does not contradict the Shari'ah. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for further research that is more comprehensive and more actual.

Abstract

The nation's conduct and culture have evolved as a result of the dialectic of life in this century. Because globalization has both beneficial and harmful effects. Because it can influence human life in terms of behavior, society, and even creed, this detrimental impact must be stopped. Through the development of components, such as cognitive, emotive, and psychomotor, character education must be able to prepare people to deal with the changing times. For Muslims, the Qur'an serves as a universal manual that balances the development of the mind, the heart, and the spirit. Morality is the term used in Islam to describe character education. Morality is split into two categories: morality toward Allah (the Creator) and morality toward other living things. Morality toward Allah is a form of obedience in carrying out all of HIS commands and avoiding His prohibitions, such as monotheism, obeying orders, being sincere in all of one's deeds, praying to Allah and being full of hope (raja'), atoning for one's mistakes, being pleased with all of Allah's decrees, being kind to Allah's provisions, and refraining from despicable traits against Allah like shirk and kufr, among others.Morality toward other people, morality toward other living things, and morality toward the environment and the cosmos are the three categories of morality toward organisms. Morals towards other people, like being patient, apologetic, honest, gentle, inferior, spreading compassion, being obedient to parents, and others. moral principles that prioritize safeguarding and providing for other living creatures, nature, and the environment.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ada di sekolah tinggi agama islam Darussalam kunir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber wawancara dengan mengumpulkan data di lapangan untuk menguraikan fenomena di lapangan yang berkaitan dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Jenis data yang digunakan di dalam artikel ini berupa data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada artikel ini adalah wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pihak Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Darussalam kunir dan studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan buku-buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di STAI Darussalam Kunir. Teknik analisis data dalam artikel ini berupa narasi. Menurut Handoko manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah penarikan, seleksi, pengembangan, pemeliharaan, dan penggunaan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai baik tujuan-tujuan individu maupun organisasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkaan mutu Pendidikan di STAI Darussalam Kunir sangat berperan penting dalam mengukur peningkatan hubungan dan peranan tenaga kerja agar efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia masih memiliki kendala diantaranya terkait keterbatasan dosen,pengelolaan masih baru dan keterbatasan pihak luar dan juga dari segi pembiayaan untuk peningkatan mutu.

Abstract

Grasping hadith in any methodology, including the humanistic angle, will empower new translations that adjust to the circumstances and circumstances of the times. This becomes critical when strict issues can't be settled absolutely literarily. Taking care of issues in a specific period expects that there be an adjustment of understanding of hadith texts in light of existing real factors. So the unbending nature of importance won't happen, and on second thought the normal adaptability, without setting to the side the current standards. With the goal that the significance of mahram in examining this hadith requires an adjustment of the importance contained in that. The job of ladies at the hour of the Prophet was not equivalent to that of ladies in the current period. The contribution of ladies in friendly, social and financial perspectives expects ladies to have a major offer in propelling world progress. Not just around the kitchen region, beddings and wells. So the significance of mahram isn't simply private yet coordinated to the security framework that is felt by ladies in their wellbeing

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the urgency of the wakalah bi al-istismar contract in increasing investment. Wakalah bi al-istismar is a representative agreement carried out to make investments in certain fields. This research method uses qualitative methods with literature study as the approach. The data source is in the form of literature publications related to wakalah bi al-istismar. The type of data is in the form of written narratives or documents contained in publication sources related to investment and wakalah bi al-istismar. The data collection technique was carried out by tracking sources of publications related to wakalah bi al-istismar. The data analysis technique is descriptive, namely explaining the wakalah bi al-istismar contract and then analyzing it regarding the urgency of the contract in investment. This article finds that the wakalah bi al-istismar agreement can be a solution for novice investors who do not yet have expertise in the field of company analysis or investment they are pursuing. Wakalah bi al-istimar is carried out by the investor giving authority to the investment manager to invest the amount of funds authorized by him. Thus, the investment manager has full control over the investment funds under his control.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Madrasah MTs Hidayatul Muta'allimin Wonoayu Sidoarjo is a Tsanawiyah Madrasah with two superior programs, namely the Entrepreneurship Program and Tahfidzul Quran. The Role and Methods of MTt Hidayatul Muta'allim Wonoayu Sidoarjo in Incorporating an Entrepreneurial Vision So that Students Understand the Importance of Entrepreneurship Knowledge. This research is qualitative research conducted at MTs Hidayatul Muta'allim Wonoayu Sidoarjo. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of this research are the role of MTt Hidayatul Muta'allim Wonoayu Sidoarjo in building entrepreneurial skills and their application in the proposed program. Making Instant Ginger products is always taught so that you can make a tutorial on making Instant Ginger MTs Hidayatul Mutaallimin. Apart from that, students will also receive product marketing training via WA status, online stores via Instagram. , Facebook. With the help of entrepreneurship, students are expected to gain knowledge and skills and develop entrepreneurial traits and personalities. Entrepreneurship development trains students to be independent and self-confident as well as a sense of responsibility and independence

Abstract

For several centuries, traditional exegesis has played a crucial role in understanding the Quran within Islamic heritage. However, the significance of traditional exegesis has emerged as a profound debate in the era of modern Quranic research. The aim of this research is to conduct a critical analysis of the importance of traditional exegesis in the context of modern Quranic sciences. The research findings indicate that traditional exegesis holds historical and intellectual value that cannot be disregarded in comprehending the Quran. Nevertheless, it also faces a number of criticisms that need to be addressed in a contemporary context. This research discusses various efforts aimed at addressing these criticisms, including adaptation, reexamination, and integration with modern scholarly methodologies, highlighting the significant role of Muslim scholars and intellectuals in preserving the importance of traditional exegeses while remaining open to innovation and necessary changes to confront the challenges of the modern era.
