Abstract

Abstract: The Application of CIRC Model Using Pictures of Event Media in Improving Poem Writing Skills for the Fifth Grade Students of SDN 1 Candiwulan in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objectives of this research is to improve poem writing skills on the application of CIRC model using pictures of event. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of this research showed that the learning outcomes of poem writing skills increased. Techniques of collecting data were learning outcomes test, observation, and interview. Percentage of learning mastery in the first cycle was 46.66%, in the second cycle 70%, and in the third cycle 90%. The conclusion of this research is the application of CIRC model using pictures of event can improve poem writing skills for the fifth grade students SDN 1 Candiwulan in the academic year of 2015/2016.Keywords: CIRC, pictures of event, poem writing skillsAbstrak: Penerapan Model CIRC dengan Media Gambar Peristiwa dalam Peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Puisi pada Siswa Kelas V SDN Candiwulan. Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi dengan model CIRC dengan media gambar peristiwa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif, tahapannya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan keterampilan menulis puisi dengan menerapkan model CIRC dengan media gambar peristiwa. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi,wawancara, dan tes. Persentase ketuntasan pada siklus I mencapai 46,66%, pada siklus II 70% dan siklus III 90%. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu penerapan model CIRC dengan media gambar peristiwa dapat meningkatjan keterampilan menulis puisi pada siswa kelas V SDN Candiwulan tahun ajaran 2015/2016 Kata kunci: CIRC, Gambar Peristiwa, Keterampilan Menulis Puisi

Abstract

Abstract: The Use of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) in Improving Learning about Integers for the Fourth Grade Students of SD Negeri 2 Tamanwinangun in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objectives of this collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) is to improve Mathematics learning about integers. This research was conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of this research showed that: (1) the use of TAI using model has been implemented appropriately through steps as follows: (a) placement test, (b) teams, (c) teaching group, (d) team study, (e) student creative, (f) team score and recognitation, (g) fact test, (g) whole unit class, (2) The use of TAI using model can improve Mathematics learning about integers for the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Tamanwinangun in the academic year of 2015/2016. It was proved by the increase of learning outcomes in the first cycle 86.48%, in the second cycle 88.80%, and in the third cycle 91.65%. (3) There are some problem sencountered in the learning and it can be solved.  Keywords:Team Assisted Individualization, model, integers Abstrak: Penggunaan Model TAI dengan Media Model dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Bilangan Bulat Sisswa Kelas IV SDN 2 Tamanwinangun Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran bilangan bulat kelas IV SDN 2 Tamanwinangun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, masing-masing siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penggunaan langkah-langkah pembelajaran model TAI dengan media model sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan langkah-langkah: (a) placement test, (b) teams, (c) teaching group, (d) team study, (e) student creative, (f) team score and recognitation, (g) fact test, (g) whole unit class, (2) pengggunaan model TAI dengan media model dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran bilangan  bulat siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Tamanwinangun yang dibuktikan pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan siswa mencapai 86,48%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 88,80%, dan siklus III meningkat kembali menjadi 91,65%, (3) menemukan kendala dan solusi dalam penggunaan model TAI dengan media model. Kata kunci: model TAI, media model, bilangan bulat

The objectives of this research to improve Mathematics learning for the fifth grade students. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings including planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the research were 29 students. Abstract

Abstract: The Application of Mind Mapping Learning Model Using Serial Pictures in Improving Social Science Learning Outcomes for the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 5 Kebumen in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objectives of this research are to describe the application of mind mapping learning model using serial pictures and to improve social science learning outcomes. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles in five meetings. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Source of data were derived from students, teachers, and documents. Techniques of collecting data were learning outcomes test, observation, and interview. The results of this research showed that there are nine stages of mind mapping learning model using serial pictures, namely: (1) the delivery of learning objectives; (2) the delivery of learning material by using pictures and notes; (3) group division; (4) the determination of the central ideas with pictures; (5) the determination of ideas related to the central idea of the pictures; (6) connecting the central idea with the idea of each image in the form of a curved line; (7) presentation of results of group discussions; (8) reinforcement and conclusions; and (9) closing. In addition, the social science learning outcomes improved significantly.Keywords: mind mapping, serial pictures, learning outcomes, social science Abstrak: Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping dengan Gambar Seri untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 5 Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran mind mapping dengan gambar seri dan meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS. Penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan lima kali pertemuan. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sembilan langkah model pembelajaran mind mapping dengan gambar seri yaitu: 1) penyampaian tujuan; 2) penyampaian materi dengan gambar dan pencatatan; 3) pembentukan kelompok; 4) penentuan ide sentral dengan gambar; 5) penentuan gagasan sebagai ide sentral dengan gambar; 6) penghubungan ide sentral dengan gagasan setiap gambar menggunakan garis lengkung; 7) presentasi hasil diskusi; 8) penguatan dan kesimpulan; dan 9) penutup, dan hasil belajar IPS meningkat.Kata kunci: mind mapping, gambar seri, hasil belajar, IPS

Abstract

Abstract: The Application of Problem Solving Learning Model in Improving Solving Problem Ability about Fraction for the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 1 Krakalin the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objective of this research is to improve solving problem ability about fraction. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles.Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection.Subjects of the research were 32 students of the fifth grade of SD Negeri 1 Karakal.The results of this research show that:the application of Problem Solving learning model conducted appropriately can improve solving problem ability about fraction for the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Krakal in the academic year of 2015/2016. Keywords: problem solving, essay problem, fraction

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) describe the steps on the application of Kumon method with graphics media, (2) improve Mathematics learning about fraction. This research is conducted within three cycles are as follows: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the research were 45 students. The conclusions of this research are as follows: (1) the appropriate steps of Kumon method with graphic media, namely (a) deliver the homework, (b) providing the graphic media, (c) complete students? worksheet, (d) scoring students? worksheet, (e) input the score, (f) correction of students? worksheet, (g) asking students? problem, (h) have practices. (2) The research show that the application of Kumon method with graphics media conducted appropriately can improve Mathematics learning about fraction for the fourth grade students of SDN 2 Kutosari in the academic year of 2015/2016. It was proven by the increase of learning outcomes in the first cycle 60%, in the second cycle 76.67%, and in the third cycle 86.67%.Keywords: Kumon method, graphic, students? learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak. Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning dengan Media Konkret Dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Pecahan pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 01 Bojongsari Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika tentang pecahan melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan media konkret pada siswa kelas IV SDN 01 Bojongsari. Penelitian ini merupakan PTK kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 26 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model PBL dengan media konkret dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika tentang pecahan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model PBL dengan media konkret yang dilaksanakan sesuai langkah yang tepat dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika tentang pecahan pada siswa kelas V SDN 01 Bojongsari tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Kata kunci: PBL, media konkret, pecahan

Abstract

Abstract: The Use of Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) in Improving Reading Comprehension for the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 3 Tamanwinangun in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objectives of this research is to improve reading comprehension for the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Tamanwinangun in the academic year of 2015/2016. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). Procedures of this research are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The treatment was conducted within three cycles in two meetings. Subjects of the research were 37 second semester students of the fifth grade in SD Negeri 3 Tamanwinangun. The result of this research showed that the use of SQ3R method can improve students? reading comprehension skills. It was proved by the increase of reading comprehension score in every cycles. In the first cycle 62.83%, in the second cycle 79.11%, and in the third cycle 91.71%.Keywords: reading comprehension skills, SQ3R Abstrak: Penggunaan Metode Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Pemahaman bagi Siswa Kelas V SD N 3 Tamanwinangun Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman bagi siswa kelas V SD N 3 Tamanwinangun tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dengan teknik kolaboratif. Prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan tindakan dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, masing-masing siklus dua pertemuan. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas V SD N 3 Tamanwinangun semester 2 sejumlah 37 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penggunaan metode Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa. Berdasarkan nilai tes tertulis siswa diketahui persentase siswa yang tuntas mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari  kondisi awal 40,54% menjadi 62,83% pada siklus I, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 79,11%, dan pada siklus III menjadi 91,71%.Kata Kunci: keterampilan membaca pemahaman, SQ3R.

Abstract

Abstract: The Application of Explicit Instruction Model Using Natural Resources Media in Improving SBK Learning about Embossed Printing for the Second Grade Students of Elementary Schools. The objectives of this research is to improve SBK learning about embossed printing. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The result of this research shows that the application of Explicit Instruction model using natural resources media can improve SBK learning about embossed printing. It was proven by the increase of learning process and outcomes respectively in the first cycle 60% and 45.72%, in the second cycle 88.89% and 86.11%, and in the third cycle 100% and 100%. The conclusion of this research is the application of Explicit Instruction model using natural resources media can improve SBK learning about embossed printing for the second grade students of SD Negeri 2 Karangsari in the academic year of 2015/2016.Keywords: Explicit Instruction, natural resources media, SBK Abstrak: Kata kunci: Explicit Instruction, Media Bahan Alam, SBK Penerapan Model Explicit Instruction dengan Media Bahan Alam dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran SBK tentang Mencetak Timbul pada Siswa Kelas II SD. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran SBK tentang mencetak timbul. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model Explicit Instruction dengan media bahan alam dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran SBK tentang mencetak timbul. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I persentase siswa yang memenuhi capaian target penilaian proses yaitu 60%,  siklus II 88,89%, dan siklus III 100%. Sedangkan persentase hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I = 45,71%, siklus II = 86,11% dan siklus III = 100%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model Explicit Instruction dengan media bahan alam dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran SBK tentang mencetak timbul pada siswa kelas II  SD N 2 Karangsari tahun ajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract: The Application of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Model in Improving Reading Comprehension Learning for the Fourth Grade Students. The objectives of this research are to improve Reading Comprehension through the application of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) for the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jatisari in the academic year of 2015/2016. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Sources of data were derived from students and teachers of fourth grade class in SD Negeri 2 Jatisari. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Jatisari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan tes.
