Abstract

In general, this study aims to analyze the accountability of SIM renewal at the Gowa Police. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative type in which the research is phenomenological in nature, namely to develop or explain the reality of the events under study. Accountability in Public Services is the obligation to convey accountability and information related to the needs of people who wish to extend their SIM. The results of the study show that accountability for the implementation of SIM extension services in the city of Gowa carried out by the Gowa City Police has not been said to be fully accountable in providing services

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine Reductive Strategies and Persuasive Strategies in improving the welfare of fishermen in Pasimarannu District. The method used in this study is qualitative research, data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Pasimarannu District government's efforts to improve the welfare of fishermen are by implementing a Reductive Strategy which is carried out in community empowerment activities through socialization counseling machine repair training Furthermore, the Persuasive Strategy is a form of government effort to persuade the community to make the desired changes, this strategy involves counseling activities, providing assistance, and building facilities and infrastructure. In implementing the strategy there are several supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors that influence the implementation of the Reductive Strategy, namely, the presence of trained personnel in the field of training and empowering fishing communities, the availability of infrastructure, and government cooperation with educational institutions,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Empowerment of Women in Lamanda Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research can be seen from the Access Aspect, by creating a forum or organization for Indonesian women and having outlined the forms of women's roles in development, the government thus hopes that the role of Indonesian women in development can increase, from the aspect of participation, community involvement at every stage development starts from planning, implementation, utilization and maintenance, will foster a sense of trust in the government so that people are motivated to support development programs carried out by the government. In terms of control, that women have the same opportunity to exercise control over the utilization of existing resources.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the implementation of the School Operational Assistance Fund policy at SD INP Bambamanurung based on Edward III's theory. The type of research used is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that of the four indicators, the steps taken by the Government in managing BOS funds have been going well, seen from communication that conveys information directly, adequate human resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure that are in accordance with established standards. , but there are still some deficiencies due to inhibiting factors in the form of a lack of adequate facilities obtained by traders and the community as those who are affected by this policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village government in dealing with domestic waste in Kembang Ragi Village, Selayar Islands Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction and conclusion. The results of the study show that the government's role as a regulator does not yet have village regulations made by the village government, so it still needs to be socialized with the community regarding waste management. The government's role as a dynamicator is that the government always provides appeals, invitations and directions. The government's role as a facilitator is the first, the government always socializes the problem of waste management. The government's role as an innovator is to provide ideas to the community by recycling waste into something that can be reused. The government's role as a catalyst is that in government socialization it is always emphasized to the community

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the good governance practices of the village government of Bonto Jai, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency and the inhibiting and supporting factors. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach to collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation. Research results Participation in the village of Bonto Jai was built through formulation, implementation and evaluation. Improving community and government services that work together to solve a problem related to public services in Bonto Jai Village. Transparency conveying policy or program information using direct media and social media. Accountability for implementing the accuracy and completeness of information data in the implementation of village policies or programs. Appropriateness of information data submitted to the public. Supporting factors are cooperation and communication while inhibiting factors are human resource competence, lack of discipline and apathy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Kodingareng Island Village Office, Sangkarrang District, Makassar City. The type of research used is qualitative research. The results showed that the quality of public services implemented in the Kodingareng Island Village Office, Sangkarrang District, Makassar City was seen from the dimensions of physical evidence (tangibles), such as office facilities which were still inadequate. 2) dimension (reliability) or employee reliability in providing services to the community has been achieved. 3) dimensions (responsiveness) or responsiveness of employees in providing services have been implemented. 4) dimensions (assurance) or service guarantees have not been maximally applied in the time frame. Also, 5) dimension (emphaty) or empathy in this case the concern of employees in providing services to the community has been achieved and implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Disdukcapil Village Girls Innovation Program in Bulukumba District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with interview observation methods. Interviews were conducted on 8 informants using purposive sampling. The analysis used is a data validation technique through data triangulation techniques. The results of the research on the 3 approach methods show that the Input approach is in accordance with the expected target and most people already have KTPs, but the facilities and infrastructure are lacking. Then the service process is good enough as seen from the administrative requirements that are clearly socialized to the public, and the output is assessed from human resources that are good enough because they have intellectual qualities both in terms of knowledge, abilities and skills, and have carried out technical guidance. There needs to be socialization to students first before implementing the program at school. In addition, it is necessary to improve facilities and infrastructure in implementing the program so that it can be implemented 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the free educational contribution program (SPP) for students in Pangkep district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 4 people. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of implementing the free SPP is seen from aspects 1) The accuracy of program targets, namely the extent to which program participants are right on target, 2) Program socialization is carried out by the education office by utilizing social media, correspondence, and direct outreach to prospective recipients free SPP scholarships 3) the aim of the program is to improve the quality of human resources who are disciplined and increase efficiency and effectiveness to meet the quality and productivity of superior human resources 4) program monitoring is carried out to identify and anticipate problems that arise so that action can be taken as early as possible

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze government policies in the form of the Family Hope Program and to determine the effectiveness of this program in efforts to reduce poverty in the Anrong Appaka sub-district. The research design used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Family Hope Program in efforts to reduce poverty in Anrong Appaka Village is less effective in terms of several aspects: Understanding Program, Right on Target, Timely, Goal Achievement and Real Change. 1) The PKH understanding program is carried out routinely every two times by the assistant by inviting KPM and related parties in the implementation of PKH. 2) The right target, there are community deviations that do not meet PKH criteria but are recorded as PKH assistance recipients. 3) Timely, the provision of assistance is not timely because the assistant's report to the center is sometimes delayed. 4) achieving the goal, PKH participants have received their rights in the form of cash assistance. 5) Real Change, PKH assistance has made a significant contribution to PKH participants and KPM feel helped by PKH assistance.
