This study explains the significant effect of corporate governance which is a proxy for managerial ownership and financial leverage either partially or simultaneously on the value of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector recorded on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Purposive sampling is used as the method of determining the sample in this study to obtain 10 sample companies from 61 companies with the criteria of companies listed on the IDX, which have published their financial reports consistently throughout the 2015-2019 period that have been audited and companies that have complete data on managerial ownership. , Debt to Equity Ratio and Price to Book Value in 2015-2019 in consumer goods industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The data source used in this study is secondary data. The test results of this study were carried out partially governance proxied by managerial ownership which has a significant effect on firm value and financial leverage has no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously (simultaneously) corporate governance proxied by managerial ownership and financial leverage has a significant effect on firm value.

E-filing, e-billing and e-spt are part of the online-based tax service system issued by the Directorate General of Taxes as a modernization step in fulfilling tax obligations and to improve taxpayer compliance. The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence e-filing, e-billing and e-like on the compliance of individual taxpayers in KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. This data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The total respondents of this study were 100 respondents who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the e-filing and e-spt variables have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatam. While the e-billing variable does not have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan

This study aims to examine the effect of production quality on employee performance and employee discipline at PT Siix Electronics Indonesia.The number of respondents used in this study was 180 respondents. All respondents are employees at PTSiix Electronic Indonesia.Data from the questionnaires were then analyzed using Partial Least Square technique with the help of the Smartpls program. Based on the analytical results in this study,it was found that the quality of production had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees,this show that the better the quality of the company's production,the better the performance of employees.The results of the second analysis showed that the quality of production was also influentialon employee discipline.Improved company products encourage employees to work more disciplined.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online service facilities and product quality on customer satisfaction. A Case Study of the Batam City Tiban Buying and Selling Forum using simple random sampling technique. Test the quality of research data using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, effect test using multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing using research (t test) and (f test) using the SPSS 25 software program. determination (R2) shows that the variable of online service facilities and product quality is 60.4% of customer satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression tests show that online service facilities (X1) have an effect of 34.1% on customer satisfaction (Y) and product quality (X2) have an effect of 36.0% on customer satisfaction (Y). From the results of testing and testing the output that online service facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while online service facilities and product quality together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

The Purpose of this research is to identify the effect of product quality and promotion to customer satisfaction at PT Rexvin Putra Mandiri. The research was using simple random sampling to obtain the sample from the total consumers of the Prasetya Residence project. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 104 consumer respondents in the Prasetya Residence project. Using descriptive analysis to analyze the collected data from sample. The research method used is quantitative causality. Test data quality using validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption tests are using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple linear regresion analysis and coefficient of determination for influence test. Hypothesis testing using the t test (partially) and F test (simultaneously). The results showed that t count of product quality variables and t count of promotional variables was more than than t table and the significance was under 0.05. And F value is more than than the F table and the significance is under 0.05. So it can be stated that partially, the customer satisfaction is affected significant and positive by variable product quality and promotion. Customer satisfaction was simultaneously affected significant and positive by the variables of product quality and promotion together.

The development of tourism in the city of Batam has increased very rapidly. There is more competition in service companies so that certain strategies are needed to survive in the market. Companies must maximize customer satisfaction in order to maintain the survival of the company. In achieving customer satisfaction, the company must pay attention to two variables, that is facilities and service quality. In this reserch to determine and analyze the effect of facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction at Evitel Hotel Batam. Because the facilites provided always not in accordance with customer satisfication, it makes customers think twice about visiting to stay again. In service quality, the lack of provided such as unfriendly staff aand lack of communicative between customers and the customer servce. In this reserch has a population of 14.580 customers. The sample used was a convenience sampling technique, in calculating the number of samples using the slovin formula with a sample of 100 Data collection technique in this study using a questionnaire. In this data processing method in this study uses SPSS 21. Based on the test result, the facilities and quality of service simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to to analyze and determine the effect of tax awareness and ease of use of e-filing on WPOP reporting compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. This research consists of three variables, namely tax awareness and ease of use of e-filing as an independent variable and compliance with individual taxpayer reporting as the dependent variable. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan via google form. The population of this study was 319.154 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling using the Slovin formula, so that the sample obtained was 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and T test, F test and determination analysis.This study uses the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that tax awareness has a positive and significant effect on reporting compliance of individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan, the ease of using e-filing has a positive and significant effect on reporting compliance of individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan.

This research aims to analyze if there is any influence from promotion and product quality towards the customer satisfaction of PT Indoland Batam which engages in the online shop. The phenomenon of fluctuation of the customer satisfaction level for PT Indoland Batam reflects the customer satisfaction has not been maximized. This research uses two independent variables which are promotion variable and product quality variable. The technique used in collecting data used in this research is the distribution of questionnaire using accidental sampling method, whereby the sample used in this research are amounting to 148 respondents. This research uses technical data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research show that promotion and product quality variable partially does have positive influence and is significant towards the consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, promotion and product quality variable simultaneously does have positive influence and is significant towards the customer satisfaction of PT Indoland Batam. Variables in this research have an influence od 29,7% towards the customer satisfaction. The rest 70,3% are influenced by other variables coming from outside of this research.

The main objective of the study was to analyze the Effect of Service Quality and Facility on Customer Satisfaction on Customer at PT BPW Indoprima Eka Cakrawala. In this study there were 120 respondents who were used to be analyzed. Multiple regression analysis was used in this test. The independent variable used is service quality and facility and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. There are three results in this research that were obtained and it resulted that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. this means the first hypotesis is accepted. Facility has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, this means that the second hypothesis is accepted. While simultaneously service quality and facility have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 this means the third hypothesis is accepted.

The purposing of this research is to know between promotion and product quality can effect to purchase decision either partially (T test) or simultaneously (F test) of Daisy Organic. Using three variable which consisting two variable independent which promotion as X1 and product quality as X2 and variable dependent which purchase decision as variable Y. In this research, technique data collection done by distributing questionnaire to the sample to be used is as many as 136 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach and using SPSS software version 25 for data analysis. From the result showed that value of R square is 0,717 atau 71,7%, can be known from value the promotion and product quality affect to the purchase decision while 28,3% is the rest influenced by other variable that not included in this research model. based on result of T test for promotion equal to 4,403>1,65613 and significant 0.000 > 0.05 which mean promotion (X1) have significant effect to purchase decision and product quality (X2) has value 9,925>1,66023 is the sign that product quality have significant effect to purchase decision.
