Consumer comes from the word consumer (English-American), or consument (Dutch). The meaning of a consumer or consumer depends on the position in which it is located. Literally the meaning of the word consumer is the opposite of the producer, where all the people who use the goods. Over time, aspects of human life have developed due to increasingly rapid technology. The internet is a technology that is familiar to people's lives. The advantages and ease of buying and selling have led to many consumers buying and selling activities online. One of the many items that are bought and sold online is medicine. Many medicine that should require a doctor's prescription before being bought and sold, are now sold freely in the market. In the written medicine packaging must be prescribed by a doctor but consumers can freely buy it online without a doctor's prescription. Therefore the need for consumer protection law.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of product diversity, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions at PT Seraya Makmur Perdana. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 140 respondents and using a Full screen feature. The research data used is statistical data in the form of multiple comparison line tests. The t test results show the value of product diversity 239> 3.204 with sig 0.002 <0.05 means that product diversity has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the promotional value of 0.249> 3.066 with sig 0.002 <0.05 means that promotion Decisions and prices have a major influence on purchases product quality is 0.266> 3.175 with sig 0.002 <0.05 This means that high-quality products have a negative impact on purchasing decisions. While the F test results show the value of 125,663> 9,978 with sig 0,000 <0.05, so that simultaneously the variables of product diversity, promotion and product quality significant influence on purchasing decisions.

The direction of this study is to ensure the results of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires. Testing data quality in the study used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and test the effects of a study using multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination, to test the study hypothesis using the t and F tests, the test using the software version of SPSS 25. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the variable product quality and service quality have an effect on 78.2% of customer satisfaction. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that product quality has an effect of 74.3% on customer satisfaction and service quality has an effect of 31.1% on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test and F test, it can be concluded that product quality and service quality partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Gojek application users.

The case is about aims to known the influence of promotion and brand image on the decision to purchase Daia detergent in Batam City. The analysis in this study used independent variables as promotion, and brand image and dependent variables were purchasing decisions. The research samples are some of the consumers who bought daia detergent in Batam City. Samples using is accidental sampling method, which is a sampling technique by chance that everyone who accidentally met with researchers can be used as a sample, if it is felt that the person who happened to be encountered has certain characteristics needed by the researcher. The test results proved that the promotion result a significan and positiv effection on the purchase decision at a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, and the brand image had a significant and positive effect on the purchase decision, where there is a significance of 0.004 < 0.05 and simultaneousl the promotion and brand image had a significan influenc on the purchase decision with a significance value of 0.000

The main objective of the study was to analyze the Effect of Brand Awareness and Promotion on Media Sosial Instagram on Consumer Buying Interest at Batam City. In this study there were 100 respondents who were used to be analyzed. Multiple regression analysis was used in this test. The independent variable used is brand awareness and the dependent variable is consumer buying interest. There are three results in this research that were obtained and it resulted that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. this means the first hypotesis isaccepted. Promotion on media sosial has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, this means that the second hypothesis is accepted. While simultaneously brand awareness and promotion on media sosial have a significant effect on buying interest with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 this means the third hypothesis is accepted.

The number of motorized vehicles in Batam City has always increased every year. The increase in the number of motorized vehicles was not accompanied by an increase in taxpayer compliance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect ofthe application e-SAMSAT, tax sanctions and taxation services on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Batam City either partially or simultaneously. Where the application of e-SAMSAT, tax sanctions and taxation services are independent variables and motor vehicle taxpayer compliance as the dependent variable. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The primary data collection method used was a survey method using a questionnaire. The results of the T test and F test data analysis techniques are used to answer the hypothesis that: (1) The application of e-SAMSAT has a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. (2) Tax sanctions have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. (3) Taxation services do not have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance (4) Simultaneous application of e-SAMSAT, tax sanctions and taxation services have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Competitive advantage will be achieved if company management can manage company activities by promoting human resources or better known as effective and efficient employees. One of the factors that determine good employee performance is Work Motivation and Discipline because Human Resources are an important element in determining good or bad for the company.PT Sri Indah Mandiri Focuses on providing hardware for architectural and building needs. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and discipline on the performance of PT Sri Indah Mandiri employees either partially or simultaneously. In this study the population used 120 samples with variables are motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) and employee performance (Y). In this study, the analytical method used is linear regression analysis, to test the truth of the final hypothesis that has been done by the researcher. Hypothesis testing is done by using the F andT test. The results of the study show that partial motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT Sri Indah Mandiri.

Customer loyalty is become a very important role in a company. Customer loyalty can be effect by various aspects towards a company. PT Elang Dwi Mitra has a lot of issue due to their lack of latest offers, late on delivery, customer is not satisfied with what they are receive and etc. This research has the purpose to find out how the effect of sales promotion, service qualtiy and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Elang Dwi Mitra. The sample to be used is saturated sampling of 112 respondents. This study is used SPSS version 25 to processing the data and also used distributing questionnaires as the data collection technique. Based on the result that sales promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty toward PT Elang Dwi Mitra. While service quality and customer satisfaction both have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty toward PT Elang Dwi Mitra. Simultaneously that sales promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty toward PT Elang Dwi Mitra.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability (ROA), liquidity (LDR) and company growth on the value of the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this research have 45 banking companies and the sample selected according to the criteria was 24 banking companies with using purposive sampling method. The data source used is secondary data and the type of data is quantitative data. Banking company financial report data used in the period 2015-2019. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test, f test and analysis coefficient of determinant (R2) by using SPSS version 25. The results of the research showed that profitability (ROA) and liquidity (LDR) have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, company growth has a positive and insignificant effect. And simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (LDR) and company growth have a positive and significant effect on the value of the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand and product quality on consumer preferences in purchasing frozen food in Batam City. The simple random sampling method was used and with slovin formula, 152 samples were needed for this study. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to the Taman Kota Mas Housing citizens which 202 respondents gathered. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. This study used SPSS software version 21 for testing. The validity and reliability tests was used as data quality test, whichthe classic assumption tests in this study used the normality test, the multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and the effect test used multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study using the t test and the F test. The results showed that brand had a significant effect on consumer preferences and product quality also had a significant effect on consumer preferences. As of brand and product quality simultaneously had an effect on consumer preferences in purchasing frozen food in Batam City.
