Abstract

The sale and purchase binding agreement in the pre project selling system, is implemented with the aim of protecting the interests of the parties from default or breach of contract. The sale and purchase binding agreements in the pre project selling system are often identical to the standard agreement model whose contents have been determined unilaterally. In its development development to meet the flexibility and economic value of a condition in this pre project selling system, the sale and purchase binding agreement in addiction to being in the form of authentic deed, are also often made privately in the form of privately made deed. This study aims to find out how the legal standing of the sale and purchase binding agreement on the pre project selling system and the legal force of the sale and purchase binding agreement in the event that the parties default on the pre project selling system. The type of research used is normative research method, with the study process to find the rule of law to answer the issues.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work discipline toward employee performance of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk by using saturated sample technique. The method used in this research is quantitative method and data collection technique using questionnaires with 112 respondents of sample sum. All available data were analyzed by SPSS version 25. The results showed the R Square value was 0,548 or 54,8% of the value. It can be seen that the work environment and work discipline variables influenced employee performance by 54,8%, while the remaining 45,2% influenced by other factors. The results of the study based on the t test for work environment has the value 4,541 > 1,98177 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05, which means the work environment variable has a significant effect toward employee performance. The work discipline has the value 3,210 > 1,98177 and significant value 0,002 < 0,05, which means the work discipline variable has a significant effect toward employee performance. The F test result has the value 66,088 > 3,08 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05, which means the work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect toward employee performance. Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT Martindo Fine Foods.The technique used in collecting data used in this research is the distribution of questionnaire using purposive sampling method, whereby the population and sample used in this research are all the employees working for PT Martindo Fine Foods amounting toa total of 120 respondents. This research uses two independent variables which are job satisfaction variable and organizational commitment variable.This research uses data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test,multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research show that job satisfaction variable does have influence and is significant towards the turnover intention of employees, so is the organization commitment variable does have influence and is significant towards the turnover intention of employees. Furthermore, job satiscation and organizational commitment variable simultaneously does haveinfluence and significant towards the turnover intention of employees of PT Martindo Fine Foods. Variables in this research have an influence 44,8% towards the turnover intention of employees. The rest 55,2% are influenced by other variables coming from outside of this research

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact on employee performance in PT Indo Batam Ekatama of workload, work environment and training. This method of analysis uses techniques of quantitative research. The knowledge collection approach is to distribute questionnaires to 107 respondents. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heterokedastisitas, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test were used to analyze the results. Coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square indicate that the workload, work environment and training variable have an effect of 0.00 percent influence on employee performance variable. The findings of this study show that partly workload has an effect on employee performance, considering significant value 0.001 lower than α value 0.05 and t value 3.417 higher than t table 1.982 (H1 accepted), work environment has impact on employee performance because its significant value 0.000 lower than α value 0.05 and t value 5.136 higher than t table 1.982 (H2 accepted), training affects employee performance because its significant value is 0.007 lower than α value 0.05 and t value 2.763 higher than t table 1.982 (H3 accepted), while the workload, work environment and training have a significant impact on employee performance at the same time because its significant value 0.000 lower than α value 0.05 and f value 62.217 higher than f table 3.08 (H4 accepted).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, company size and sales growth on firm value in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total population in this study were 10 manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This study the sampling technique used a purposive sampling method so that 7 companies that met the criteria desired by the researcher were selected. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and the Riau Islands representative IDX office in Batam City. The data used consists of documentation techniques. This study uses the SPSS version 25 program in processing data. The results of the t test are partially, profitability and firm size have a significant effect on firm value and sales growth has no significant effect on firm value. The results of the F test show that simultaneously profitability, company size and company sales growth have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine promotion and brand image that affect the purchase decision at PT Alva Niaga Banindo with the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using saturation sampling for the number of samples 115. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained are the promotion variables and the brand image that is approved 66.7% of the purchasing decisions at PT Alva Niaga Banindo. From the results of multiple linear regression shows that Y = 8,951 + 0.783 (X1) + -0.131 (X2). T test results indicate promotion has an influence on purchasing decisions Sig = 0,000 <0.05; t-count = 14.936), and brand image is not required to significantly influence the purchasing decisions (Sig = 0.071> 0.05; t-calculate = -1,821). The f test results show that promotion and simultaneous brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Alva Niaga Banindo (Sig = 0,000 <0.05; f-count = 112,408

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a condition in which the wishes, needs and expectations of a customer for a service or product, in the hotel industry, one of the determining factors for customer satisfaction is the quality of service and facilities. Good quality service will make customers happy and comfortable, of course it will encourage customers to always use the service again, then good and adequate facilities will give pleasure to customers who use these facilities. The research objective was to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction staying at Hotel Sahid Batam Center, either partially or simultaneously. Population for this study were guests who stayed at Hotel Sahid Batam Center. The variables used in this study are service quality (X1), facilities (X2) and customer satisfaction (Y). Sampling used nonprobability sampling technique, which usedmethod incidental sampling, so that sample obtained was 149 samples. The method of analyzing data usesmultiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS25. The results of this studyindicate that service quality partially has a significant positive effect oncustomer satisfaction, then facilities partially have a significant positiv eeffect on customer satisfaction. Well as service quality and facilities simultaneously have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important aspects in a company. The company will seek to maximize employees to the interests and values of the company in order to improve the well-being of owners and employees. There are several factors that affect human resources, namely motivation and job opportunities, work discipline and performance. The objectives of this study areAnalysis of the impact of work discipline on employee performance (4) Simultaneous analysis of the influence of motivation, employment opportunities and work discipline on employee performance by PT Panasonic Industrial Device Batam. The population of this study are employees of PT Panasonic Industrial Device Batam in Inductor Operator-PCS. The number of samples in this study was 135 using a non-probability sample. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, c Lexical Acceptance Test, and Statistical Test. The results showed, among other things: (1) Motivation affects employee performance with the t count> t table (14.324> 1.656); (2) Work facilities affect the performance of employees by the number of t> table (9,599> 1,656); (3) Work discipline does not affect employee performance by counting <t table (0.152 <1.656); (4) Motivation, employment opportunities, and work discipline all affect the performance of employees with a value of Fcount> Ftable (552.730> 2.673). Multiple linear equation Y = -0.683 + 0.496X1 + 0.403X2 + 0.003X3.

Abstract

The ease of starting a business makes competition in the same field tighter so that each company has its own characteristics. Each company usually has their own differences which are the determining factors in purchasing decisions. consumers' selective attitude in buying encourages companies to provide something that is best in accordance with consumer desires. Each person's purchasing decision is different, depending on each person. it depends on what they care about buying the product. There are some people who prefer a brand image that they consider good and the quality of the service provided by the company is satisfactory. A purchase decision also depends on the lifestyle of the consumer itself because it represents the attitude of consumers in determining their wants and needs. Therefore, the aim of this research is to prove whether there is an effect of lifestyle, brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions at SRC ALIANG. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. With the results obtained, it is stated that the lifestyle, brand image and service quality have partially and simultaneously influences purchasing decisions at SRC ALIANG.

Abstract

One part of the labor which is often used in the perpetration of a contract between the company and its employees are Employment Agreement Specific Time still apply to employees who work temporary nature. However the particular company do not tell clearly about Employment Agreement Specific Time and so there are various and misconceptions between the two sides. This study attempts to analyze the obstacles implementation of Employment Agreement Specific Time . This study using methods empirical normative with library research. The method of analysis of the data used namely the qualitative analysis. This study was research in PT. Fanindo Cipta Propertindo in Batam city. The obstacles that occur are on the term of the employment agreement. Workers who have worked for 2 years cannot continue the Employment Agreement Specific Time. The solution is that the labor has ended its work agreement can wait for a period of 30 days and will be re-recruited by the company.
