The Effect of Easy Pawn Procedure to Customer Pawn Decision (Case Study of PT Pegadaian Batam Customer). To leave a valuable object in exchange for money and the object can be redeemed after a certain period of time is called mortgage. The study is aimed at determining the effect of easy pawn procedure to the customer's decision in pawning the goods. The framework of this study is, the influence of free variable to tied variable all together. The hypothesis proposed is easy pawn procedure has positive influence on the customer's decision in pawning goods. Collecting data process is conducted by using primary and secondary data through interview and questionnaire distribution. Data test is conducted by using validity test, reliability test, simple regression test and t test. Based on the results of the test the validity of research instruments, it can be concluded that of the 5 items of questions tested for the variable Procedure Ease (X), all items found to be valid. For reliability test, it is concluded that the question of the 5 items tested for customer decision variable (Y), all items declared valid. Based on multiple correlation significance test it is found that t_hitung> t_tabel, so there is a significant correlation between the ease of the procedure to the customer's pawning goods decision Keywords: Procedures Ease, and the Customer Decision

Dizaman globalisasi ini bank sangat berperan aktif didalam perekonomian suatu Negara, karena lembaga perbankan berperan sebagai agen pembangunan (Agent of Development) dalam pembangunan nasional, dimana bank menyalurkan dana nya kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit, guna meningkatkan kemampuan mobilitas dana, dengan sehat nya kondisi bank yang ada akan membuat pembangunan dan perekonomian akan baik oleh karena itu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh inflasi dan suku bunga BI-Rate terhadap Net Interest Margin bank konvensional yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Variabel independen atau variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah inflasi dan dan suku bunga BI-Rate, sedangkan variable dependen atau variabel terikat nya adalah Net Interest Margin Jenis penelitian ini adalah riset kausal, yaitu penelitian ini mencari hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan porpusive sampling dalam menentukan sampel yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, tetapi sebelum pengujian hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik. Yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi.Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Net Interest Margin. Suku bunga Bi-Rate juga berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Net Interest Margin. Inflasi dan Suku Bunga BI-Rate secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Net Interest Margin, sehingga kesimpulan yang dapat penulis berikan  adalah secara parsial inflasi dan suku bunga berpengaruh terhadap Net Interest Margin tetapi tidak signifikan sedangkan secara simultan inflasi dan suku bunga BI-Rate tidak memiliki pegaruh yang signifikan

This research aims to analyze if there is any influence from work motivation and discipline towards the performance of employees of PT Homasindo Sukses Abadi which engages in the field of currency exchange. The phenomenon of fluctuation of the performance of employees working for PT. Homasindo Sukses Abadi in Batam reflects the performance of employees has not been maximized. This research uses two independent variables which are discipline variable and work motivation variable. The technique used in collecting data used in this research is the distribution of questionnaire using purposive sampling method, whereby the population and sample used in this research are all the employees working for PT. Homasindo Sukses Abadi amounting to a total of 103 respondents. This research uses technical data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research show that work discipline variable does have positive influence and is significant towards the performance of employees, so is the work motivation variable does have positive influence and is significant towards the performance of employees. Furthermore, work discipline and motivation variable simultaneously does have positive influence and is significant towards the performance of employees of PT. Homasindo Sukses Batam Abadi. Variables in this research have an influence od 55,4% towards the performance of employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Tanjung Mutiara Perkasa, dengan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian untuk hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Bank sebagai lembaga keuangan yang bekerja dengan dana masyarakat yang dipercayakankepadanya, sangat berkepentingan dengan hasil analisis, agar kontrol terhadap optimalisasi sumberdan penempatan dana masyarakat (Asset and Liability Management/ALMA) dapat terusdipertahankan dan ditingkatkan.Jenis ratio keuangan yang diperlukan setiap perusahaan berbedatergantung aktivitas dan usaha pokok dari perusahaan tersebut. Return on assets(ROA) merupakansalah satu rasio profitabilitas yang dapat mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkanlaba dari aktiva yang digunakan. Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR) adalah rasio kecukupan modalyang berfungsi menampung risiko kerugian yang kemungkinan dihadapi oleh bank.LDR adalahrasio keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang berhubungan dengan aspek likuiditas.Non PerformingLoan(NPL) atau kredit bermasalah merupakan salah satu indikator kunci untuk menilai kinerjafungsi bank. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis yaitu PengaruhCapital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL)terhadapReturn on assets(ROA)pada sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hubungan variabel dalam penelitian adalahhubungan klausal, yaitu hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkanmaka, didapatkan jumlah perusahaan perbankan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel sebanyak23 perusahaan perbankan dengan 5 tahun pengamatan tahun 2010-2014.Metode pengumpulandata yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahobservasi non partisipanyaitu metodepengumpulan data dengan cara membaca, mengamati, mencatat, dan mempelajari uraian-uraiandari laporan keuangan tahunan. Analisis ini diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Teknik analisisregresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian secara partial seluruh variabel bebas CAR, LDR, dan NPLberpengaruh terhadap ROA.Hasil penelitian secara simultan variabel CAR, LDR, dan NPLberpengaruh terhadap ROA.

Along with the development of the times and the increasing level of society, the lifestyle is also growing. Appearance is one that is considered by both men and women. Because it opened a man only salon known as Barbershop. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the Batam City Starbox Barbershop. The sample of this study was 109 people with a population of all Starbox Barbershop customers in batam. Analysis of data techniques using regression analysis. With the result od testing, the Determination coefficien (R 2 ) is 56.6%. the result of the T test show the value of the t value of service quality variable is 3.780 from the customers statisfaction variable of 4.152 with the value of t table 1.982. both variables are greater than t table and can be stated – each variable has a significant influence on customer loyalty. a tourist spot that has a lot of appeal for tourists deciding to visit must have a large recreation area or playground so that tourists can spend their time on vacation or recreation with friends or family. This type of research is quantitative by using a causal relationship to determine how the effect of promotion, facilities and service quality on the decision to visit the Waterpark Top 100 Batu Aji. The population in this study were Waterpark visitors in the March 2020 period totaling 5,388 visitors, with a sample size of 373. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire and Google form with a Likert measurement scale. The data were analyzed using IMB SPSS 21. The results showed that there was an effect of promotion on the decision to visit with a value of t (7,121)> t table (1.9719), there was an effect of facilities on the decision to visit with a value of t count (5.989)> t. Table (1.9719), there is an effect of service quality on the decision to visit with the value of t count (6.753)> t table (1.9719), and there is an effect of promotion, tariff and service quality on the decision to visit with the value of F count (187.519)> F table (2.64).

At this time the competition in the retail business world is getting tougher with the increasing number of shopping centers. The retail business is a business that continues to experience development and is in great demand. Competition makes companies in the retail sector strive to become the retail choice for consumers and to retain their consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, satisfaction, and trust on consumer loyalty at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The method used is quantitative with the design of causality using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 135 consumers of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The data were processed using the SPSS version 23 program. Simultaneously service quality, satisfaction, and trust have a positive effect with F count 101.260 > 2.67 F table and a significant 0.000 < 0.05 on consumer loyalty PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The results of the determination test state that service quality, satisfaction, and trust have a correlation with consumer loyalty by 69.2%, while the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
