Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: (1) assess the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction; and (2) determine the impact of product quality on consumer satisfaction.(2) Assess the impact of brand image on customer satisfaction.(3) assess the impact of product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction. This study is based on a connection.The Slovin formula was used to calculate the sample size, yielding a sample size of 178 persons.In this study, the hypothesis test is a multiple linear regression test.Based on the findings of the data analysis, a significance value of 0.0000.05 was achieved, indicating that product quality has a substantial impact on customer satisfaction.The significance value of the brand image variable was 0.002 0.05, indicating that brand image had a substantial influence on customer satisfaction with Surya Makmur Batam Center goods, according to the findings of data analysis.With a 0.0000.05 significant value, it can be inferred that product quality and brand image factors have an impact on customer satisfaction with Surya Makmur Batam Center items.Keywords: Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction, Product Quality

Abstract

One of the most important factors to consider when the competition is getting tougher is the quality of services and facilities. Competitive hotels offer various facilities that attract customers' attention and provide quality services to increase guest satisfaction and comfort. In addition to the inadequate quality of service and facilities, customers move to different hotels. The purpose of this research is to use accidental sampling technique to analyze how the quality of service and equipment affects customer satisfaction at Aston Hotel Batam City. That is, data were collected from 192 respondents who were distributed in the form of a questionnaire. In this study, testing data quality using reliability and validity tests, classical assumption tests, and classical hypothesis testing. Multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) were used in this study. Then the research hypothesis was tested by F-test and t-test with SSPS version 25. The results obtained by the decision coefficient (R2) is the difference between service quality and installation effectiveness for customer satisfaction 57.1%. From the F test and T test it can be concluded that the quality of service and facilities has a positive correlation on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The level of tax revenue is very important as an indicator of the independence of a nation's development. Tax is one of the primary assets of state revenue from within the country to fund the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Tax revenue is often not achieved due to tax avoidance practices. The phenomenon of tax avoidance in Indonesiamay be seen from the ratio of country taxes. This study ambitions to decide the impact of GCG, Fiscal Loss Compensation, Sales Growth, Capital Intensity on Tax Avoidance of Manufacturing Companies on the IDX. The population used consisted of 59 companies with purposive sampling technique, the sample consisted of 40 data from 8 companies. The data is taken using secondary data taken from the official website www.idx.co.id and processed using the SPSS version 25 application. Based totally on those outcomes, it is stated that the independent board of commissioners has no partial effect on tax avoidance, institutional ownership has a partial effect on tax avoidance , fiscal loss compensation has no partial effect on tax avoidance, sales growth does not partially affect tax avoidance, capital intensity does not partially affect tax avoidance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Internal communication can be done in various ways by relying on telephone media, internet, whatsapp and so on, the need for communication between fellow employees even with the leadership. Good leadership and smooth internal communication are factors that affect employee performance. Assessing employee performance is important to know how far the organization's goals have been successfully realized. In this study sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques and sample sizes in taking researchers' samples using the formula slovin. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis test with the help of spss. The results of data analysis are positive and significant communication on the performance of karyawan PT Enesis Group Batam with a result of t calculated value of 5,982 > t table 1,655. Leadership has a positive and significant influence on the karyawan of pt enesis group batam, with a t calculated value of 4,582 > t table 1,655. The results of the analysis of the influence of communication and leadership of pt enesis group batam prove that there is a positive influence between communication and leadership on employee performance. Communication and leadership simultaneously have a significant and close influence on employee performance.

Abstract

To approve the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Solvency to Stock Price in banking companies and has been listed on the IDX. ROA, LDR, dan DAR as independent variables and Stock Price as dependen. tvariable to periode 2016-2020. This study used a purposive sampling sample with data collection techniques using documentation techniques. 39 companies that meet these criteria. The testing in the form of classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The result show that ROA has a positive effect on stock price with tcount > ttable that is 5,912 > 1,992 with significant level is 0,000 < 0,05, LDR has a positive effect not significant on stock price with tcount > ttable that is 406 < 1,992 with significant level of 0,685 < 0,05, DAR has a negative effect on stock price with tcount > ttable that is -3,803 > -1,992 and the significant level is 0,000 < 0,05. The result of F test show that ROA, LDR and DAR simultaneously influence to stock price with Fcount > Ftable that is 14,762 > 2,65 and the significant level is 0,000 < 0,05.. Abstract

Companies that are able to face competition in the industrial world prioritize growth. This study aims to determine the effect of fixed asset turnover and receivables turnover on the return on assets of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The research sample consisted of 9 food and beverage companies obtained using a purposive sampling method. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used is documentation. The technique of multiple linear regression analysis in analyzing the data used SPSS version 25 software. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded partially that the fixed asset turnover variable has no significant effect on return on assets, while accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on return on assets. Simultaneously, fixed asset turnover and accounts receivable turnover have a significant effect. With a contribution value of 7.1% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Abstract

The low of good corporate administration control in an organization will build profit the board conduct which brings on some issues and makes misfortunes the organization. Populace taken from on the Indonesian Stocks Trades in the 2016-2021. Tests that meet the rules are 8 information. In view of the aftereffects of the t test Firm (SIZE) a huge worth of 0.003 < 0.05 and a t-count worth of - 3.134 < - 2.028 to some extent firms (SIZE) has a negative and huge impact on profit the board. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, and profitability on profit growth in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The financial ratios used in the study included Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling contained from 13 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange only 8 were used as samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the tests in this study partially showed that the current ratio had no significant effect on profit growth, the debt to equity ratio had a significant effect on profit growth, and net profit margin had no significant effect on profit growth. Simultaneously current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and net profit margin have a significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

The capital structure of real estate and property companies experienced fluctuating increases in different ways but the overall average decreased by -117%, the decline in the capital structure could be influenced by various factors such as liquidity and profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine whether liquidity and profitability affect the capital structure of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative. The data source of this research is secondary data. The technique of collecting data is by observation, literature study and documentation study. The analytical method is by testing classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The sample in this study was 27 companies listed on the IDX for the last 5 years, 2016-2020. Partial results of liquidity and profitability have no effect on capital structure. Simultaneously liquidity, profitability and affect the capital structure. In conclusion, H1 is rejected, H2 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Rental business is a very profitable business nowadays. By paying attention to service quality and price can create customer satisfaction to the company and their loyalty will also increase. These aims of these studies were for determining the effected of service quality and price on loyalty through customer satisfaction at Pasar Botania 2 Batam used simple random sampling with 104 respondents which collected by distributing questionnaires. These studies use validities and reliabilities tests, classical assumption tests and influence tests also used path analysis and coefficient of determination analysis, while hypothesis testing on these studies uses t test, f test and Sobel test which is processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the t test show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, the price has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. While Sobel test results show that service quality has an indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction and the price has an indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.
