Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of earnings per share (EPS) and dividend payout ratio (DPR) on stock prices of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange partially and simultaneously. The research method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test. The independent variables in this study are earnings per share (EPS) and dividend payout ratio (DPR), while the dependent variable is stock price. The population of this study were 34 food and beverage sub-sector companies for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and got 9 companies with a total sample of 45. The data used is secondary data from financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period through the website www.idx.co.id. Stock price data is obtained from the website www.yahoofinance.com using the annual closing price. Based on this study, earnings per share (EPS) partially have a significant effect on stock prices, while the dividend payout ratio (DPR) partially has no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, earnings per share and dividend payout ratio have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology and computer communication networks and become a medium to meet and make it easier for people to find their needs. The development of this technology is in the form of e-commerce. E-commerce refers to the processing of agreements in the sale and purchase of a commodity by utilizing computer networks or the internet. This makes e-commerce competition very tight, especially on the influence of the company's brand image, sales promotions and brand ambassadors will have an impact on consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study is to understand whether there is an influence between the variables of brand image, sales promotion, and brand ambassadors on the buying interest of Blibli e-commerce consumers in the Batam city community. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis using SPSS version 26 program tools, namely reliability testing, validity testing, classical assumption testing, multicollinear regression analysis. multiple linear, R2 test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that the brand image variable has a negative and significant effect on the buying interest variable, while the sales promotion variable and the brand ambassador variable positive and significant effect on the variable buying interest. Simultaneously, the brand image variable , sales promotion variable and brand ambassador variable have a positive and significant effect on the variable of consumer buying interest in the Batam city community.

studies aimz analyse the factor that influence the intrest of Accountings Students in Batam to choose carer a publik Accountat. Sample used inn thiis study are accounting students semesters 6 and 7 at a univerrsity that has A accreditaon with a total of 169 respodents. Sample selection by purposive sampling method. datta useed inn thiis sttudy iss priimary datta, namely data obtaind fram teh distributios of questionaires to students majoring in accountings. Tehe reseaarch was conduted based on latest phenomenoon, namly every is very small, while the number of accountings graduates is alway. Datta analissis usig ofof IBM SPSS. Abstract

Communication on today's modern era no longer has to be face-to-face. The sophistication of technology has brought major changes in the field of communication. One of them is the cellphone as an important need and is owned by everyone. The existence of mobile phones makes telecommunication providers compete to present the best cellular cards so that mobile phone users can take advantage of the sophistication technology. The research aims to determine the effect of promotion and product quality toward IM3 Ooredoo card customer satisfaction in Batam. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with various provisions. By distributing questionnaires according to total sample of 384 people, the data obtained were tested using SPSS 25 software. After testing, it was found that promotion and product quality did has a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously toward customer satisfaction is 63.5%.

Abstract

This study is to find out whether if motivation, discipline on work , and how environment while work ing had affect towards work ers performance or not, tge study happenned at PT Wohlrab Indonesia. technique that is used while collecting data by distributing a whole pack of questions to 135 respondents. the technique that is used to analyze data is the test of validity, how reliable those data is, the test of normality, the test of multicolinearity, heterocedasity, regresion analytic using multiple line, analytical of determination, t test, and the F test, the whole counting is formulated in SPSS version 26. This test was found to occur. This test obtained a calculated f value of 73,173 , with table F of 2.4408. In this test, the effect of the relationship between the influence of motivations of work ers, work ers disciplines and environment that around work ers on the work ers performance at PT Wohlrab Indonesia partially is obtained. in the simultaneous test calculation, the calculated F is greater than the F table, and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be explained that motivation owned by work ers, work ers disciplines, and environtment work is having signifficant effect simultaneously toward work er performance.

Abstract

This review intends to determine how the impact of Motivation, Compensation, and career development on the Performance of Bodhi Dharma School Employees. The researcher took data on 112 employees of the Bodhi Dharma School who were respondents using a saturated sample. Information retrieval technique is used with the help of SPSS. The results of the investigation of information in this review indicate that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with a t value of 2,208 > t table 1,65895, compensation basically affects the execution of representatives, T count 2,323 > t table 1,65895, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. with tcount 8.830 > t table 1.65895 and motivation, compensation and career development simultaneously affect performance with F count 35.240 > F table 3.93. The test results of the determinant coefficient obtained 0.492 or 49.5% which implies the commitment of motivation, compensation and career development factors to performance is 49.5%, the rest is influenced by various factors outside this review.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengenalasis seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan E-filing, Pengetahuan Perpajakan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak di KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan kueisioner yang diukur melalui skala likert. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu para wajib pajak orang pribadi yang sudah terdaftar di KPP Pratama Batam Selatan yang berjumlah 346.849 orang dan tekhnik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan memakai perhitungan rumus slovin, dari perhitungan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden wajib pajak orang pribadi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data secara kuantitatif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji F, uji T dan uji determinasi. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-filing berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dan secara bersama e-filing, pengetahuan perpajakan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak di KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the psychological conflict of the main character in the novel Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. The main character of this novel is Amy. In conducting this research, the researchers used Sigmund Freud's theory.In his theory, Freud introduced the structure of the human personality into three, namely the id, ego, and superego. In a person's personality, these three structures will rage to highlight their dominance and give birth to an action. This study limits itself to the disclosure of the dominance of the id and the impact of this dominance on the main character. In analyzing this research, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the dominant id in Amy's personality is shown through attitudes including committing murder without guilt to achieve her goals. There is satisfaction in him having made his parents worry about him and Amy's act of lying to the media. The impact of personality that puts forward the structure of the id include: someone becomes a murderer, a liar and even steals.
