Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based Batam City tourism information system as a source of information to find out tourist attractions and other wealth in Batam. The tourist attraction information system in Batam City is made with the PHP programming language and the data is stored in a database that uses MYSQL to improve system performance in data storage. Google Maps API is one of the facilities in the design of this information system that can be used to add maps to the website using JavaScript.

Abstract

Computer technology has a positive impact at this time, especially in the world of education, one example is interactive learning using audio visuals, known as educational games. In designing educational games using SDLC, then there is an update that is devoted to game design, namely GDLC which was discovered by BYL's. In designing games using the BYL's GDLC method in making this educational game the theme of animal recognition, which before being made learning media contained in animal recognition learning books was less attractive to students, so that students were more interested in the process of learning animal recognition, educational games were made to attract interest. learning among students. In designing educational games using Adobe Flach CS6 software as the main media in its manufacture. Because Adobe Flash CS6 software is still widely used in making interactive educational games whose output can be used on Android and desktop.

Abstract

Utilization of technology in the field of data, especially in predicting the work performance of employees at PT. Mandiri Karya Nusantara is very lacking so that it can result in a decrease in the quality of the company to compete in the business world. This study aims to: (1) to analyze the application of data mining to employee assessments in predicting employee performance at PT. Mandiri Karya Nusantara (2) to apply the multiple linear regression method in predicting the work performance of employees at PT. Mandiri Karya Nusantara. This research is a research that takes data mining from 133 employee performance data of PT. Mandiri Karya Nusantara. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression method. The calculation results obtained 358 prediction results, so it can be predicted that employee performance increased by 358 from the previous period and in the following period. Prediction of the increase is supported by the results of analysis with multiple linear regression using SPSS which is known that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of discipline, skills, work productivity and work quality on employee performance. The application of the employee performance analysis can be used to improve the variables that influence the increase in employee performance. So it is necessary to pay attention to employee discipline, skills / abilities, work productivity, and work quality on employee performance.

Abstract

The method used is Statistical Process Control (SPC) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) methods. Then, it analyzes for improvements with 5W +1H. The SPC method is useful to repair or reduce the number of defective products, while FTA is used to analyze the causes of product defects. 5W + 1H analysis is used to analyze the solutions that can be given. Total production for the period September 2020 - August 2021 is 656,828 pcs with an average production of 54,735 pcs and the number of defective products is 7084 pcs. The types of product defects critical to quality are over glue 65%, less glue 19% and light guide gap 4%. The number of production defects that are over glue of 4579 pcs., the defects of less glue of 174 pcs and defects of light guide gap of 87 pcs. The control chart explains that the housing process is in an uncontrolled condition because there are 8 points that cross the control limits, namely October, November and December 2020. In January, February, April, June and July 2021. The DPMO value is 3,595.055 and the value is 3,595.055 and the value of sigma is 4.187σ. Proposed improvements are made by checking the quality regularly and carefully both on the equipment and machines that will be used

Abstract

ABSTRACT The advancement in science and technology has risen and changing people's lifestyles to be fast-paced and practical. Payment utilizing cashier machine and computerized systems are highly useful which is far easier for owners to record transactions, Hokagata Minimarket is one of the minimarkets employing a computerized system for transaction process. The purpose of this study is to determine client purchasing trends in order to guide business owners in planning product layouts. In this study, the authors collect transaction data, select the data at random, make data tabulations, sort the data by determining a minimum support value of 17 percent and a confidence level of 60 percent, and then manage the data using the association method to determine the relationship between frequently occurring data. Excel and Tanagra are utilized for data processing in this study. Alcohol, cigarettes, and kitchen spices had the greatest support value of 27.86 percent and confidence value of 68 percent following the testing technique. A priori application of sales transaction data is particularly advantageous and efficient in the process of constructing product combinations. With the application of this method, the product layout is more selective, and the acquisition of goods is contingent upon comprehension of the outcomes of system testing.

Abstract

Ngadiman UKM which is located in the Barelang area is a small and medium business engaged in the manufacture of bricks. The activity of moving bricks from the printing process to the drying process is done manually and repeatedly. Based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, the results showed that there were complaints on the neck, nape, back, waist, left forearm and right forearm, left wrist and right wrist and left and right hands. The result of the load value with NIOSH is 3,801 kg / LI > 1, indicating that the activity contains a risk of fatigue to spinal cord injury and corrective action. the typical obtaining a work risk score using REBA is 7 which is included in the moderate category and needs to be corrected. To attempt to lessen this danger , it is proposed to design a work facility in the form of an ergonomic brick removal trolley. The application of the proposed work facility design is obtained by the final calculation of NIOSH/LI < 1 with a value of 0.834 kg / LI < 1 indicating that the activity does not contain the risk of fatigue to spinal cord injury and belongs to the safe category, as well as the target specification for the moving brick trolley designed according to anthropometry. worker. Anthropometric data used in the design are Standing Elbow Height (TSB), Shoulder Width (LB), and Hand Grip (GT).

Abstract

XYZ is a daily necessities retailer located in the Riau Islands. It is a company engaged in a retail business network engaged in the fulfilment of daily basic needs. This researcher took data as many as 72 respondents who are XYZ customers, then calculated IPA and CSI. Based on the results of the IPA, the highest value, which is Regarding XYZ, has an extra benefit poster to facilitate transactions with a TKI level of 103,986 and the smallest is Regarding staff who explain product functions and benefits to customers with 72.472% TKI. There are 7 statements in the IPA I quadrant, 5 statements in quadrant II and 3 statements in quadrant II and 4 statements in the IPA IV quadrant. Based on the results of the CSI, customer satisfaction is 74.942%, this number shows that consumers are satisfied with the services provided. Some of the services that are prioritized for improvement in quadrant 1 are Cleanliness and customer convenience in shopping at XYZ. Everyone can now find solutions to their problems either in person or through the internet, which can be accessed via a computer or mobile device, thanks to the advancements in contemporary technology. In addition, this technology is used in various end-use industries, including animal husbandry, agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, and others. One of the problems that often arises for some people is health problems because it is difficult to obtain information about health, how to maintain health, and how to determine the best actions for handling and prevention, especially considering the needs of the community. for animal health technology services, especially arowana fish. By utilizing the PHP programming language, create an expert system for detecting arowana fish disease on the web. develop an online expert system that can support arowana fish keepers and make consultations more effective. using a forward chaining and defth first search approach. advanced chaining This technique is a way to find information or data that reveals conclusions through facts. In DFS, the leftmost node is where the lookup is performed. The search is carried out on the right node if the previous answer is found at the deepest level. In addition to using the HTML and PHP programming languages, black box testing is used to test the arowana fish expert system website. The design carried out by researchers on this website is limited to problem identification, conceptualization, research objectives, analysis of the necessary data, and the creation of an expert system for diagnosis of web-based arowana fish disease.

Abstract

The shop is a closed place in which trade activities occur with special types of goods or goods, such as one of the shophouses of the batam advanced building located on the hot river of Batam City. The problem faced by batam building stores is that there is a shortage in serving customers because every purchase process still uses notes, resulting in slow customer service and difficulty in obtaining information on the number of stock of goods. With that, the author conducted research on the batam maju took which aims to facilitate and speed up the recording of sales transactions, as well as the movement of stock of goods in the batam maju building shop. This design uses extreme programming methods and application implementation is carried out using the Java NetBeans programming language and stored in a MySQL database. From the results of the research that has been applied, it can be concluded that it facilitates the process of sales transactions, inputting goods, and find out the inventory of goods at the Batam advanced building store.
