Education is a very important role in building a developed Indonesia because education has aspects of learning knowledge, skills, and training that can improve the intelligence of the nation's children. However, there is an obstacle in determining the right school for students who want to continue their education. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to create a decision support system for choosing a vocational school and it is hoped that it can get the school as desired. In making a decision needed to make the right decision. The method used for school selection decision making is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a hierarchical model that is used to sort or order priority in order to be able to provide solutions in solving a problem through the highest weight value of each of the criteria and alternatives made. The system development method uses the workflow method and is applied with use case diagrams and the use of the Balsamiq Mockup application, Sublime text, XAMPP and MySQL database, as a database that is designed to be better. The result of this research is the selection of Vocational Schools using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on the web based on the results of system feasibility testing using Black Box.

PT X is one of the companies engaged in Technologies which has 3 departments to carry out the production process. the company experiences waste in the production process in the form of unnecessary waiting and over processing activities. This study aims to Activities that do not have added value (waste) in the production process. This problem is solved Lean manufacturing identifies are not value added by using lean matrix calculation and VSM (Value Stream Mapping). activity based on the following results: research Manufacturing lead time FTC Department Detection line Cycle efficiency of 48.68 and process speed of 864.55 minutes, Process Observations at 89 % minutes of non-value activity 0.060 at process / hour. After analyzing using a Pareto diagram, the type of activity is Press wavegude (Mirror) to enter the cap using a pen manually, and wavegude oven (Mirror) with a temperature of 160°C. The improvement results show a decrease in the value of manufacturing lead time to 839.49 minutes Process Cycle efficiency increases from 91.70% and an increase in process speed to 0.056 processes / hour. A 0.84% increase in the process cycle efficiency value indicates an increase in the ability of the company to produce the goods according to the specified specifications. Decrease in Non-value added 28.8 minutes. A production cycle time value decreased by 25.06 minutes / cycle and a process speed value increased by 0.004 processes / hour indicates that the company's production process is better and faster. The increase in production processes can be seen in the company's average daily production, which used to be the company's total daily production of 3600 units / day. After the repair, the average total daily production increased to 4500 units/day, or an increase of 900 units/day.

The development of technology and information has changed all fields, including the development of the business world. It's hard to deny that today's rapidly evolving technology is attracting the attention of many people, including online marketers. An online store business needs to calculate all the important information to run the business plan they manage every year. Yanyan Boutique is a store engaged in online sales or an online store that provides products such as men's and women's clothing, men's and women's wallets, men's and women's bags. Yanyan Boutique started operating in 2018 and is located at the Pasir Putih kiosk block A no 20, Batam Center, Batam City, Riau Islands. Due to changes in customs regulations affecting shipments, every shipment from Batam is subject to heavy taxation, This results in a huge drop in sales. To perform this analysis, the researcher uses data mining techniques with the classification of the C4.5 algorithm which is carried out using manual calculations and the researcher uses the WEKA 3.9.5 application to find out the prediction results of sales profit at Yanyan Boutique. Researchers used 2 decision variables, namely Buy and Not Buy.

Criptography is an art of knowledge to learn of securing the information in a message. The security of the message consists of confidentiality, integrity and authentication. The key for coding the message to convert the original message into readable form has different algorithms. The difference of algorithm based of what the key used when encript and descrypt the message. Symmetric key cryptography uses same key when user do encrypt and descrypt. But when user do encrypt and descrypt with different key it’s called asymmetric key cryptography. The main topic of this paper will be concerned about how to do symmetric key algorithm with subtitution method. Caesar cipher is example of subtitution method.

Simatelex establishes a new factory in Batam, Indonesia. With these conditions, the current problems faced are the accumulation of materials and the accumulation of finished goods that exceed the capacity of the land and the placement of materials that are still messy or mixed. To improve the layout of the material in the warehouse area, this study uses the Activity Relationship Chart and the CRAFT Algorithm method which will produce a form of production facility layout design that regulates production material traffic so that it runs smoothly and minimizes the total cost of material handling. The results show that this method can redesign the layout of the warehouse area to be better than the previous layout at PT Simatelex manufactory batam. Where from the 5 options selected are options B and C, because the flow of the production process has been regulated in accordance with the manufacture of PM3 PRODUCT so that it can reduce the total distance of material handling transfers and can save material handling costs so that layout improvements in the placement of raw parts for the work process are needed. by PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam to reduce transfer distances and reduce the level of material mixing.

Product development in the industrial manufacture is currently at step growing up. All companies are required to take action for always do innovation and give a usefull new product. Design and development of a product is an important activity needed, because is related to make a functional product base on costumers needed. In a production process, one part of inverter component is often rejected with margin around 4,5% per day. The 3 cavity UHT Final tester machine is used to check the component whether the product is complete using the base plate already exist in each product size. The method is used in this research is Design For Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA). The result of calculation using reject product on work in shift 1st found 33 pcs reject products with success percentage rate of 95,42% and on shift 2nd found 40 pcs reject products with success percentage rate of 94,44%. The redesign of new base plate was then tested and got result 100% rate success on both shift, that’s mean there was decrease a 4,58% reject product on 1st shift and decrease 5,56% reject product on 2nd shift

The very rapid and comprehensive development of technology can no longer be denied and avoid its impact on our daily lives, be it in work, activity, communication and so on. Technology itself has the meaning of a whole means to provide the necessary goods for the survival and comfort of human life. One of them is technology that uses sensors in helping work such as human detection sensors in building areas. This final project aims to create a human detection tool in the building area based on sensors consisting of hardware such as Passive Infra Red (PIR) Sensors and Ultrasonic Sensors HC-SR04 as inputs, Arduino Uno and Atmega328 Microcontrollers as processors and Buzzers, LEDs, and Laptop Screens as outputs using the C / C + + program language (software) on the Arduino Integrated Development Environment (IDE) with a sketch that has been compiled into in the Arduino Uno board by using Atmega328. Arduino Uno is equipped with the Atmega328 microcontroller as a hardware control center on the human detection device so that it runs automatically. This human detection tool uses a testing method by directly testing the physical tool by placing the tool in a predetermined area of the building. The way this tool works is to focus on humans / other objects around the building area. The tool will work by capturing the presence of movement or humans through PIR sensors and Ultrasonic sensors. Which will then be processed through Arduino Uno which is equipped with an Atmega328 microcontroller which then outputs in the form of sms notifications, sounds on the Buzer, LEDs and movement radar on the laptop screen. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the human detection tool that has been designed by the researcher can work and operate in accordance with the established concept.
