Abstract

Dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat, hal utama yang harus dipriori- taskan oleh pedagang yang bergerak di bidang kuliner adalah kepuasan konsumen agar dapat bertahan, bersaing dan menguasai pasar. Untuk mengukur kepuasan konsumen terdapat berbagai hal yang harus diperhatikan fasilitas, rasa masakan, kebersihan dan kualitas pelayanan juga sangat berpengaruh kepada tingkat kepuasan, dan dari tingkat kepuasan konsumen di Rumah makan pacitan dianalisis menggunakan fuzzy Mamdani dengan software mathlab dan dibantu dengan SPSS. Perancangan sistem untuk mendapatkan output dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu: pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, aplikasi fungsi implikasi (pembentukan aturan fuzzy), komposisi aturan fuzzy, penegasan (defuzzifikasi).Output yang diperoleh yaitu tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dengan bilangan riil (nilai rill) yang artinya pelanggan merasa cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan di Rumah Makan Pacitan. Logika fuzzy merupakan sistem untuk memecahkan masalah yang cocok untuk diterapkan pada sistem, mulai dari sistem yang sederhana dan sistem kecil berbasis akuisisi data. Dengan menerapkan logika fuzzy dalam mendukung keputusan yang akan diambil diharapkan menghasilkan suatu keputusan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dengan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan tersebut tentunya rumah makan pacitan dapat mengetahui tingkat kepuasan yang di dapatkan dari konsumen ketika berkunjung ke rumah makan pacitan. Tentunya dengan perhitungan manual yang bisa diterpakan dan disamakan dengan perhitungan pada Matlab. Maka dari itu, penulis mencoba membuat penelitian analisis kepuasan pelanggan diwarung makan pacitan dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy metode mamdani.

Abstract

The development of boarding houses in Batam from year to year shows a significant increase. Many people come from distant cities and many people leave their hometowns to come and look for work in Batam, so they do not have a place to live. Many companies are looking for workers to provide housing facilities such as dormitories for workers. PT Megacipta Sejati is a company engaged in the rental of dormitory to companies that provide housing facilities such as dormitories for their workers. During this time the company has a set of data related to the achievement of company performance which has cost a lot but the data cannot be utilized properly. Through the application of data mining technology, a collection of untapped data will be processed and produce new knowledge that becomes valuable and useful for companies, especially in increasing profits. Based on these problems, I as a researcher are interested in researching the c4.5 algorithm analysis to determine the level of business profit at PT Megacipta Sejati. Data Mining is mining or finding new information by looking for certain patterns or rules from a large amount of data that is expected to overcome these conditions. Data Mining itself has several techniques, one of which is classification. The classification technique consists of several methods, and the decision tree is part of the classification method. Then the decision tree method has an algorithm, C4.5 algorithm is one of the algorithms that has a decision tree. The results of this study will produce rules for the company's profit and loss decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In a housing complex, there are many conditions that make people do not care about cleanliness in the environment because there are various factors that are mostly caused by the waste disposal site is too far away and the time of collection of garbage for TPS officers when taking garbage to housing is not timely and less disciplined due to limitations labor so that a solution will be needed to overcome these problems. In this final project an automatic waste disposal system will be designed using an ultrasonic GPS-based automatic guide vehicle. In the robot car will be programmed a timing that will set the time lag needed for this robot car to take garbage from one house to another following the route that has been set. The way this robot works if there is a blockage in front of the house automatically it will automatically stop and because there is an Ultrasonic GPS sensor that helps it. The results of the final project of an automatic garbage disposal system using an ultrasonic GPS-based automatic guide vehicle can transport as much as 5kg of garbage. Abstract

In realizing a prosperous and prosperous society the importance of the role of the developing economy, even in the era of free trade the company faces intense competition one of which is in department stores. The increasing intensity of competition and the number of competitors must always pay attention to the needs and desires of consumers and try to meet consumer expectations by providing more satisfying services than those carried out by competitors. Based on this research, it was found that many problems that often occur are the number of consumers who complain about the lack of satisfaction provided by the department store. This research explains about service, friendliness, and responsibility. In this study a decision support system was made using fuzzy logic. One application of decision support fuzzy logic is the Sugeno Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Method. From the case examples conducted, it can be concluded that the Sugeno FIS method provides the right decision and is sufficient to assist the company in assessing the quality of employee services. Abstract

At Indonesia, there are many kinds of motorcycle producer and each of them have very own strengths and uniqueness in term of design, type, to the cylinder capacity. But variety of the motorcycle product makes the consumer having trouble to choose the suitable one for them. For this matter, there are needed a decision-making system that can help the user choose the suitable motorcycle and even provide for the alternative. For this decision-making system, Simple Additive Weighting method was chosen because this method places a weight on each criteria and filter them out until reach best choice and capable to provide the alternatives. The design of web-based motorcycle decision making system uses the simple additive weighting method and was developed using PHP as programming language and MySQL as database system.

Abstract

Many contractors now definitely use Crane because the use of Crane can carry out work more quickly and efficiently. Crane is always needed in large quantities because in a day there is a lot of constructions going on. Crane Kato NK-200H-V is a tool that is used to simplify development work and can also be used in other fields. Crane Kato NK-200H-V is a very important tool in the construction process, without the tool the construction process will be slower, but in the process of using the Crane, damage can occur. When the damage occurs, the technician will be called to check what parts are damaged and a very careful check is needed, therefore the construction progress will be hampered and result in losses. So the damage needs to be system deployed because not all Crane users know the problems that occur in the Crane and also the solution. In the expert system there is a Certainty Factor method that is used to ascertain an uncertain problem and calculate the percentage value based on the symptoms given. Crane Kato NK-200H-V can be systemmed by experts using the Certainty Factor method, with this can reduce the costs needed and also the use of time more efficiently.

Abstract

The rapid development of automatic technology at this time penetrated all fields, especially in the field of food and beverages. One of them is an automatic beverage machine that can make drinks more practical in terms of mixing the ingredients of drinks, stirring and pouring water. In the automatic beverage machine there is still a weakness, namely the user is still in physical contact, pressing the menu and still having to go to the machine and wait for the process to finish. Based on these weaknesses, an automatic beverage maker is made by ordering drinks through an Android-based smartphone application connected to the beverage machine through ESP 8266 then processed arduino uno. The motor shield as a control in removing ingredients in the manufacture of drinks and relay module as control motor stirrer, motor pump, solenoid valve and buzzer. Percentage of error for each brewing ratio is bitter coffee with a percentageof an error 4,26 %, sweet coffee with a percentage of an error 3,60 %, milk drinks with an error percentage of 3,60 % and milk coffee with an error percentage of 3,92 %.

The development of technology is currently growing, one of which is the development of online, which is very fast, many companies have started to offer their spare parts online to be able to leave the maximum profit, so that competition between companies is increasing both for spare parts and for services. company: this is why CV Multi Mandiri needs to create a web marketing information system so that consumers can easily access information about spare parts, because they can directly order and pay for spare parts through the website. The method used is the SDLC waterfall model, which consists of needs analysis, design, software code, testing, marketing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a website-based marketing information system that allows consumers to easily order products to order spare parts and saves employees time and money.

Abstract

A forklift is a lift aircraft that functions to move, lower and lift goods from different heights that may not be accessible to humans. In the operation of a forklift if given load will definitely experience fatigue so that the machine will break down at any time. The problem that occurs is that many forklift operators cannot repair a forklift used when experiencing problems. Many forklift operators who do not know about the sign of damage. So that when the damage is minor, it can still be repaired by itself, but if the damage is already severe, at least the operator knows which parts are damaged and can be protected from fraud by irresponsible workshop mechanics. Expert system is one branch of artificial intelligence that defines how to move the ability of an expert in thinking and reasoning in solving problems and making decisions and conclusions from a number of facts.The method used in this research is forward chaining. In this method, the data is used to determine which rules will be run, then the rules will be run. It is used for the process of adding data to working memory. The process is then repeated until a result is found.

Expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve certain problems by imitating the work of experts Expert system in determining student interests and extracurricular talents helps teachers and students determine the right extracurricular activities for students based on students' interests and talents. . Forward chaining method is a search technique that starts with known facts. This system uses the forward chaining method to determine the right extracurricular activities for students. Web-based is an application that can be accessed via the internet or intranet, the current technological advancements make users inseparable from the internet. So it has become a necessity in this world.
