Abstract

At the packing station, the automation system that can be used is the pick to light system. Pick to light is a paperless picking system designed to simplify the order fulfillment and picking process, or the packing process. Pick to light offers an innovative and efficient solution, thus improving efficiency, productivity, and picking accuracy, while saving costs. The research method uses a way by identifying problems, determining the formulation of problems, knowing the objectives of the research, supported by a theoretical basis, then collecting data by interview and observation, then designing the machine with the NIDA method. The result of this research is the creation of a machine that can reduce the Missing Process in the product packaging process, with the NIDA method as a guide, then complaints are found from operators who work in the product packaging process, then researchers develop these complaints to get needs. Based on the research that has been carried out by researchers on the product packaging process, it can be concluded that the machine that has been designed, namely the pick to light machine, can reduce the missing process. not only reduce, this machine also turns out to be able to prevent missing processes.

Abstract

This research focuses on measuring the performance of employees at PT HT Manufacturing, a company producing fishing bait and equipment. The study aims to assess employee performance in the Painting department and identify potential areas for improvement. The current performance measurement system is found to be subjective, emphasizing financial targets only. The theoretical framework discusses the concept of performance, performance measurement, human resources management, and the Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC). The HRSC is an important tool for measuring and managing the strategic contributions of human resources to achieve the company's objectives. The research methodology used is a survey, employing questionnaires and interviews to collect data from 24 employees in the Painting department. Data validity and reliability are tested using statistical analyses like correlation and Cronbach's alpha. The findings reveal that most indicators used to measure employee performance are valid and reliable. However, one indicator related to measuring performance between employees and their superiors is found to be invalid. The research concludes that the company's performance measurement needs improvement, and employee training plays a crucial role in enhancing job satisfaction and overall performance.Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the performance measurement process at PT HT Manufacturing and offers recommendations for enhancing employee performance and job satisfaction through effective training programs.

Abstract

Ergonomics is the art, science, and application of technology used to balance the environments in which people work or rest with their physical and psychological capabilities and limitations so that the overall quality of life can be better. High demands on Material Handlers at PT XYZ are required to complete the delivery of goods on time, where in a survey conducted by Material Handler employees spend 65% of their time completing the delivery of goods. Work like this is associated with several ergonomic risks, especially the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. For precisely determining worker posture, REBA or Rapid Entire Body Assessment is a helpful technique. The highest number of respondents a total of 23 reported experiencing waist pain in the questionnaire's results for the 8 workers. with a 71.87%. Then the next largest number feels pain in the hip with a total of 22 or 68.75%. Furthermore, they felt pain in the upper right arm as much as 21 or 65.62%. It can be concluded that Material Handler activities can cause musculoskeletal disorder injuries.

Abstract

PT ABC is a manufacturing company engaged in canned food products. PT ABC produces several types of ready-to-eat food cans ranging from small to large sizes. Based on field studies, several problems were found in the can lid, where the can lid is often difficult to open, causing pain when opening the can lid. Another problem is the side of the can cover that is too sharp, causing cuts when hit by the side of the can cover when taking food. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign a safe food can lid to maintain user safety. The method used in this research is the NIDA method (Need, Idea, Decision, and Action). Based on the research results, there are 2 alternative forms of can lid design. The first alternative provides an increase in the distance between the puller and the lid of the can by 2mm and adds a curve to the side of the can cover in the form of a radius of 0.3mm. While the second alternative adds a distance between the puller and the lid of the can by 2mm and adds an arch on the side of the can cover in the form of an angle of 60 °. Based on the results of the analysis of the two alternatives, the first alternative was chosen as a safe form of can lid design.

ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of the times, human needs that are always increasing, especially increasingly advanced technology encourages every change that is much more modern. A need that is indispensable for an organization, company, agency, and so on is like a website. Where the website becomes a necessity both in business activities but also needed in every sales promotion and helps in work within an organization or company. PT. PCI is one of the companies that develops in the field of technology, where the company still inputs work component data manually so that the data input is less accurate. With the help of artificial intelligence can provide solutions in inputting data Entering component data and providing innovation using website-based technology can provide learning for every employee to be able to increase knowledge about technology, changes in a website-based method with manual input are very different, data that was originally input manually but can be made manually automatic. AGILE is known as a form of data development, the development works collaboratively, structured and organized so that the development is able to provide ease of work. With this research carried out in order to introduce how to input data properly and correctly. Artificial intelligence used on this website that produces input component data properly and correctly for use by employees in the work process, the use of artificial intelligence is expected to be an alternative media, so that it becomes more interesting in inputting data. Abstract

Medicine is a necessity for someone who is sold to people with disease. Therefore, every pharmacy or hospital must have a data processing system so that each transaction data can be used to make reports. From this report a useful result will be created to determine which drugs are most frequently purchased and sold so as to be able to determine the amount of stock at the pharmacy. But at the present time drug sales transaction data continues to increase every day so that it has accumulated because the system used is a system for storing or archiving bookkeeping without utilizing the transaction data, besides that the problem that often arises is the lack of maximum customer service at pharmacies because the drugs or needs that consumers are looking for are still not available. The a priori algorithm functions as a candidate for possible item combinations, then tests whether the combination meets the minimum support and minimum confidence parameters which are the threshold values ​​given by the user, so that it finds patterns in the form of products that will often be purchased together or products that tend to appear together in a transaction.

Abstract

The selection of outstanding students at MIS Imadun Ghoffar went through a long and complicated process. The selection process has the opportunity to make wrong decisions in the selection process, because the student selection process is based on subjectivity, which means that the selected outstanding students will most likely not reach the desired level and will not get the best candidate. Therefore, a decision support system is created that can calculate all the criteria for selecting outstanding students. In this work, the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is implemented. This method makes decision making easier. The problem to be solved is divided into several elements, namely Criteria. The criteria needed are the average value of report cards, extracurricular scores, attitude scores and absences. The results of this system are expected to produce outstanding students according to the specified criteria. From this it can be concluded that the decision support system for selecting outstanding students at MI Imadun Ghoffar can be a solution or consideration in selecting outstanding students.

Abstract

Network security is a crucial issue in the rapidly developing era of information technology. One of the main threats is malware, which is malicious software that harms systems and data. To solve this problem, analysis and detection of malware on network protocols need to be improved using effective methods. This research explores the application of two main methods, namely static and dynamic malware analysis. First, static malware analysis involves examining malware files without running them. This method includes analysis of signatures, heuristics, and malicious code to identify typical malware patterns in files on the network.Second, dynamic malware analysis executes malware in an isolated environment (sandbox) to monitor its behavior and impact on the system. This process allows detection of malicious changes and attempts by malware to propagate itself. By combining these two methods, a holistic and efficient approach in malware detection on network protocols can be achieved. It is hoped that the results of this research can improve network security, protect infrastructure from ever-evolving malware threats. The use of static and dynamic analysis methods will help deal with increasingly complex security challenges, enabling networks to operate more securely and reliably.

Abstract

UMKM ABDI JASA INDUSTRI merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang alat berat industri yaitu forklift dan generator set (genset). permasalahan khusus pada UMKM ABDI JAYSA INDUSTRI diantaranya: seringnya terdapat masalah dari jumlah suku cadang, ketidakpastian permintaan persediaan, baik jumlah suku cadang yang dipesan maupun jumlah suku cadang yang disimpan, belum adanya spesifikasi suku cadang dalam penentuan jumlah pemesanan suku cadang forklift, sehingga menyebabkan tempat penyimpanan suku cadang tidak cukup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan suku cadang tersebut sehingga mendapatkan jumlah pemesanan yang optimal meliputi ukuran lot per tiap kali pesan, titik reorder point yang jelas, dan adanya safety stock sebagai antisipasi jika terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan serta perusahaan dapat memperoleh total biaya persediaan yang lebih hemat, yang menjadi permasalahan adalah Persediaan yang tidak terkendali sehingga mengakibatkan tempat penyimpanan suku cadang tidak mencukupi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah persediaan dan pengendalian suku cadang dengan menggunakan metode continuous review system. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisa, pengolahan data, hasil & implementasi dan juga pembahasan, dari data yang di ambil dari penelitian dalam hal membuat pengendalian persediaan suku cadang forklift didapatkan hasil forecasting yang memiliki eror terkecil (MAD) untuk masing-masing suku cadang. MAD pada suku cadang seal plunger adalah 1.25, Battery 0.6, Ban 1.325, King Pin Kit 2.925, Filter Solar 6.25, dan kampas rem 0.925, Dan juga didapatkan hasil forescasting untuk 1 bulan kedepan (agustus) untuk tiap suku cadang adalah: cadang seal plunger 24.4, Battery 3, Ban 7, King Pin Kit 13.3, Filter Solar 24, dan kampas rem 13. Dan didapatkan Hasil penghematan persediaan sebesar Biaya Total Rp25.595.310,00 atau sebesar 6.75%.
