Abstract

Nation Indonesia is a multicultural nation, therefore, education should be developed in accordance with the conditions of a multicultural society. Appropriate education for development in a multicultural society is multicultural education. In a study of multicultural education is necessary to increase the awareness that all learners have special characteristics because of their age, religion, gender, social class, ethnic, racial, or cultural characteristic embedded in each self. Multicultural education deals with the idea that all learners regardless of their cultural characteristics, should have equal opportunities to learn in school. Differences that exist between them is a must, and that difference must be received in reasonable not to discriminate. In order to achieve the goals of multicultural education needs to develop appropriate learning strategies and appropriate, one of which is based on learning the local culture. Local culture is a culture that is direct, close, and physically is all around us. Local culture is usually introduced by family and close relatives. Each region in Indonesia has a specificity that can be the regional identity. The specificity could be because of race, history, location, religion, and beliefs espoused. Diversity and distinctiveness can be used by teachers in developing multicultural education.

Abstract

Character education requires that each person's performance in the school environment animated by the spirit of character education, to have an effective method for the cultivation of values??, has a priority value becomes the primary institutional vision. For that we need a clear understanding of the difference between character education, moral education, values ??education, religious education, and PKN. Abstract

Abstract

Regional elections in some of the City / County in Indonesia, where the icumbent who has been in power for two terms back ahead in the nomination of the Head of Region, and they are willing to be nominated as deputy head of the region. Or their families are run in order to continue the dynasty of power in the region in order to cover the case that reaches it. How to assess the political ethics of the above cases? and what kind of moral authority that is supposed to run in politics in Indonesia? Abstract

The purpose of this study was to 1) Determine the influence of jurisprudential learning model in the course of the Criminal Law of the student anti-corruption stance Prodi CIVICS FKIP UNS; 2) Knowing the influence of awareness of anti-corruption laws on the attitudes of students Prodi PPKn FKIP UNS; 3) Knowing the interaction effect of jurisprudential learning model the Criminal Law course with legal consciousness of the student anti-corruption stance Prodi PPKn FKIP UNS. In line with the aim of the study, the research method used is descriptive quantitative method, which means pendiskripsian correlational and litigious nature of the data in the form of figures and are present in the population. Populations and samples in this study were students of semester 2 PPKn Guidance and Counseling Program UNS 2009 school year are taking courses in Criminal Law number 60 people. Then the data were analyzed with statistical methods followed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, is to look for relationships between variables Y with two or more variables X. The formula y = a + + BX2 bX1. This study concludes: 1) There is a significant influence of jurisprudential application of learning models in the course of criminal laws against anti-corruption stance Prodi PPKn FKIP UNS students. Through the application of jurisprudential learning model anti-corruption stance of students will be increased. This can be seen as through the application of jurisprudential model of student learning can be actively engaged in learning activities, 2) There is a significant effect on anti-corruption stance Prodi PPKn FKIP UNS students in terms of the legal consciousness of students. Legal awareness should translate into attitudes, the more one is able to understand and implement anti-corruption values ??embodied growing anti korups and 3) There is an interaction effect of the application of jurisprudential learning model in the course of criminal law with the legal awareness of anti-corruption stance of students Prodi PPKn FKIP UNS. Through the application of appropriate learning model chosen by the faculty and the high legal awareness by the students will form an anti-corruption stance.

Abstract

Furthermore, we will make comments about a teacher of character "smart and good citizen". Paper will rest on the assertion that good and intelligent is part of the character and the assumption that the good citizens and intelligent does not mean a person/ individual/ man good and smart.

Abstract

Unlawful act can be interpreted narrowly and broadly. Unlawful act in the narrow sense (sometimes said to be formal legal violation) is defined as acts that only directly contrary to law (written) only. While in a broad sense, not only unlawful act defined as acts that are directly contrary to law (written), but includes actions that violate the rules are not written, which formed in the ground rules of decency, religious, and manners / ethics. Decency, good manners and ethics, which is one character can be developed and implanted in a person through character education. With someone has a character to prevent any improper action or actions against the law in this case of corruption. This requires the existence of the laws that govern and educational efforts in order to instill virtue, so that by virtue that they can think and act in accordance with moral norms and laws.
