Abstract

The aim of this study was to elaborate how the religious education can be implemented to the community life as the reference and norm of behavior in their life. Religious education developed in legal order remained to be needed inexplicitly. There is a tendency that the community wanted to organize their life corresponding to the religion. For making the religion to be alive, the state’s leadership and participation is needed to regulate it. The constructed religion value in community behavior manifested in legislation will ensure the presence of both law certainty and law enforcement. Thus, religion and law containing regulations and prohibitions will bind to everyone, either ordinary people or ruler. The religion becoming the universal foundation of life. So,  there should be an identification and verification of shared religion values before they are constructed to be law in the plural community life.***Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan bagaimana pendidikan agama dapat diterapkan untuk kehidupan masyarakat sebagai referensi dan norma-norma perilaku dalam kehidupan mereka. Pendidikan agama dikembang­kan di tengah masyarakat hukum secara tidak eksplisit. Ada kecenderungan bahwa masyarakat ingin mengatur hidup mereka sesuai dengan agama. Akan tetapi peran serta negara tetap diperlukan untuk mengatur itu, dimana nilai-nilai agama diwujudkan dalam undang-undang, sehingga dapat dipastikan adanya kehadiran hukum agama dan hukum positif untuk tegaknya suatu tatanan hukum. Hal ini karena agama dan hukum mengandung peraturan dan larangan akan mengikat semua orang, baik orang biasa atau penguasa. Agama juga menjadi tumpuan hidup yang bersifat universal. Oleh karenanya, diperlukan identifikasi dan verifikasi terhadap nilai-nilai agama yang universal sebelum menjadi hukum yang disepakati di dalam masyarakat plural.

Abstract

Community service as one part of the pillars of Tri Dharma college is carried out as a tangible manifestation of the role of collage in meeting community criticisms. Legal and Citizenship Research Group, FKIP, UNS in collaboration with MGMP PPKn SMA & SMK, Karanganyar Regency carried out Community Service activities aimed at PPKn SMA & SMK teachers as an effort to increase understanding and improve the quality of Civics learning in the development of online learning instruments, especially on material law. This community service activity aims to: 1) improve the mastery and understanding of Civics teachers on legal material, 2) increase knowledge and ability in compiling online learning instruments, 3) improve the ability of teachers in developing learning media in the online learning process. While the benefits of this activity are the maintenance of the continuity of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education functions, namely the functions of education, research, and community service. The method used is in the form of training (workshop) by providing understanding and prioritizing increasing teacher knowledge regarding strengthening legal material in Civics subjects and online learning instruments. This activity showed very satisfactory results. The teachers have very high enthusiasm to take part in this training and the ability to make online learning instruments and the development of learning media has increased.

Abstract

Community Service Activities with the aim of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile through project-based learning, for teacher partners in the PPKn PPKn High School Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) Boyolali Regency. Community service is carried out by covering three stages, namely: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage is carried out in collaboration with the management of the SMA PPKn MGMP in Boyolali Regency, to share perceptions about Community Service activities and technical implementation. The implementation stage is carried out by a Workshop on strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile, and Assistance in developing project-based learning model mastery. Evaluation stage. carried out after the completion of the activity and the overall evaluation of the activity, and the sustainability of the activity by making the MGMP PPKn SMA in Boyolali Regency a fostered partner. Project citizen learning is an alternative solution in shaping the profile of Pancasila students. Through Project Citizen learning, students have the ability to collaborate and think critically, besides that they can become Indonesian citizens and citizens of the world who are responsible and actively contribute.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya mendeskripsikan implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Terpadu Nur Hidayah, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian analisis kualitatif deskriptif  studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan FGD untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Sedangkan  analisis implementasi metode penguatan pendidikan karakter untuk pengembangan moral peserta didik menggunakan pendekatan moral knowing, moral feeling, dan moral action/ behavior. Subyek yang diteliti adalah peserta didik, pendidik, dan pimpinan Sekolah. Ada sebelas  metode penguatan karakter diantaranya pengajaran di dalam kelas, outing class, penugasan, konseling, tsaqafah, berorganisasi, mentoring, pramuka, pengontrolan, habituasi, keteladanan, hukuman dan penghargaan. Dampak dari metode penguatan pendidikan karakter ini terinternalisasinya kecerdasan moral pada siswa berupa nilai-nilai religius, disiplin, bekerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, semangat kebangsaan, menghargai prestasi, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan bertanggung jawab. Dengan demikian metode penguatan pendidikan karakter ini dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah-sekolah menengah atas di Indonesia.Implementation of strengthening character education to develop moral intelligence in High School. The present study seeks to describe the implementation of the method of character education enhancement in Nur Hidayah Integrated Islamic Senior High School of Sukoharjo city of Central Java province of Indonesia. It applied descriptive qualitative approach using analytical case study. This research uses interview, observation, document study, and FGD techniques to obtain data. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusions. While the analysis of the implementation of the method of strengthening character education for the moral development of students uses the approach of moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action / behavior. Subjects studied were students, educators, and school leaders.There were eleven methods of character enhancement; classroom instruction, outing class, assignation, counseling, civilizing, organizing, mentoring, controlling, habituation, exemplar, as well as punishment and reward. The impact of the methods of character education enhancement involved the internalization of moral intelligence of students. Therefore, such methods can be implemented in senior high schools

Abstract

Humans as social creatures are defined as humans who cannot live alone so they work together to build a harmonious social life with collaboration skills. Through the application of education, collaboration skills are one of the skills of the 21st century. In applying sociology learning, students have difficulty understanding sociology material and developing their collaboration skills. Even though collaboration skills are needed for social life. Based on the problems above, this research aims to develop Android-based interactive multimedia to optimize mobile learning on social interaction material. This research is a type of development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model which involves media experts, content experts, and experts on skills measurement instruments in learning. The data collection technique uses a quantitative descriptive approach with percentage analysis. The results of data analysis show that 2 media experts gave an average score of 3.71 with a percentage of 93% percent. Then 4 learning content experts gave an average score of 3.9 with a percentage of 97.50%, and finally, 4 learning instrument experts gave an average score of 4 with a percentage of 100%. It was concluded that interactive multimedia was declared very suitable for use in teaching sociology for class X SMA/MA. The Android-based interactive multimedia being developed is expected to contribute to the urgent need for learning media innovation that is adapted to the learning needs of the 21st Century.

Abstract

The development and progress of technology has brought changes in the world of education. Digital learning media makes students more active in utilizing sophisticated technology to support activity learning. Convenience access to telephone mobile or telephone smart gives students more freedom to access the materials they need. Learning sociology teaches students the importance of someone as a creature working the same in life socially. Therefore, students need skills collaboration to support their development skills personal. Skills collaboration can supported with interactive multimedia as a means of learning. Interactive multimedia presents various features interactive in text, images, and videos. However, schools do not yet own facility adequate learning for to support enhancement skills and collaboration with students in matter technology. Types of research this study is the survey method. The focus study is 202 students in class X of a high school. Data collection methods include questionnaires and interviews. The analysis is through four stages, data collection, data reduction, withdrawal conclusion of initial data, and presentation results study. Research results show the need for interactive multimedia in learning sociology to increase skills in collaboration. Specifically, 50.2% of students have not yet done do activity collaborative in learning sociology using interactive multimedia. In addition, 95.5% of students require interactive multimedia to learn material sociology. Lastly, 95.5% of students use technology for study. Implications from this study are that students and teachers can optimize the utilization of technology with the development of interactive multimedia that can be used to reach objective expected learning that is increasing skills collaboration among students and make more students excel and do well in school the environment public. Based on the acquisition of analytical data, then concluded that the existence of interactive multimedia is required to increase skills collaboration students in learning sociology.

Abstract

One of the most important aspects of life is education, thinking and human behavior along with the education has been taken. Education is one of the most important efforts for a nation in maintaining its existence. The purpose of this research is study the role of education to the existence  the custom society of Kampung Naga, Tasikmalaya, West Java. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative method. The data used in the form of qualitative data. Data collection techniques used are observation and literature review. The data analysis techniques using interactive models. The results of research is shown that the important of education role to existence for custom society life of Kampung Naga, Tasikmalaya, West Java. It is shown that the role of education provides more usefulness, but does not change their behavior. There is not only formal education that already exists but also balanced with environmental education in the form of education from family. This education is done so that they can teach the pattern of hereditary behavior that has existed from an early age so that their existence will still survive. They is custom society is not easy along the formal and custom so there are some problems about education. Abstract

Isu tentang radikalisme dan terorisme di Indonesia nampaknya menjadi isu yang tidak akan hilang dan terus diperdebatkan. Kejadian demi kejadian yang terkait dengan kajian radikalisme dan terorisme secara berkala terus terjadi. Yang terbaru ialah peristiwa bom bunuh diri yang terjadi di Makasar pada hari minggu, 28 maret 2021. Bahwa banyak yang sepakat untuk tidak mengaitkan atau lebih tepatnya menyalahkan agama tertentu terkait dengan kejadian ini. Namun semua sepakat bahwa peristiwa ini merupakan aksi yang tidak terpuji. Sebelum terjadi sebuah aksi teror, tentunya pelaku telah melakukan persiapan-persiapan tertentu, dapat dimulai dari proses pemikiran yang mengajar tentang sebuah perjuangan yang kemudian menghasilkan pemikiran radikal dalam konteks terorisme. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti bertujuan untuk mengkaji politik hukum peraturan pencegahan radikalisme yang berbasis Pancasila, dengan konteks era modern yang mana perkembangan teknologi sudah sangat pesat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian hukum (legal research). Penelitian ini diharapkan akan menghasilkan kajian yang mendalam terkait dengan Politik Hukum Peraturan Pencegahan Radikalisme berbasis Pancasila.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students' ability in identifying ethnic, religious, racial and intergroup diversity in the frame of Unity in Diversity with an attitude of respect for ethnic, religious, racial and intergroup diversity in class VII students of Surakarta State Junior High School 4.This research is quantitative research. The method used is descriptive correlational statistics. Subjects in this study were class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Surakarta using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are test and questionnaire instruments. Validity test used uses the product moment formula. Reliability testing uses the Spearman Brown formula to test the X variable, and the Cronbach Alpha formula to test the Y variable. Data analysis uses a simple correlation technique.The results in this study are that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' ability to identify ethnic, religious, racial and intergroup diversity in the frame of Unity in Diversity with an attitude of respect for ethnic, religious, racial and intergroup diversity. A positive relationship between variable X and variable Y is indicated by the value of r count = 0.889> r table = 0.244. The meaning of the relationship between variable X and variable Y is significant indicated by the value of t count = 15, 28> t table1.27. Keywords: identifying diversity, respect.
