Abstract

In Indonesia , the violence case in household is increasing. As we  Know women are weak creatures, so they can easily be an object or victims the violence in hose hold. The number of cases caught is not as many as the one actually occurs, because the case is still considered as the household affair that does not deserve to be known by public. Patriarchy culture becomes one of obstacles for the victim, most of them are women, to report violence they experience to the police due to a great number of law do not help the women remaining, and the law apparatus not sensitive to the gender in handling violence case in household. Because of this conditions the law enforcement process in case of violence household didn?t successfully especially in giving protection to women in the violence case in household

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the existence of the positive effect of application search solve create and share learning model on the mastery of basic competency of analyze the state strategy in the fight threats to establish national integration in a frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in the School Year of 2015/2016. This research was conducted using quantitative methods experiment with models Posttest Only Control Design. The population of research was the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in the School Year of 2015/2016. The sample selected was 11th of IPS 4 grade served as experiment class and 11th IPS 3 as control class. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Techniques of collecting data used were observation for X variable and test for Y variable.Technique of analyzing data used was one-predictor regression analysis. The results showed that there there was a positive effect of application search solve create and share learning model (X) on the mastery of basic competency of analyze the state strategy in the fight threats to establish national integration in a frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Y) in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in the school year of 2015/2016 as evidenced by the results the correlation coefficient where rhitung> rtabel or 0.607> 0.361 means that Ho is rejected, Ha accepted. The magnitude of the effect of variable X to Y is shown by the calculation of the contribution of determination of 31.4%. The regression equation equation = 21.785 + 1.316 X. The conclusion of this study that there was a positive effect application search solve create and share learning model on the mastery of basic competency of analyze the state strategy in the fight threats to establish national integration in a frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in the school year of 2015/2016

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan observasi awal terhadap pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru PKN Kelas XII SMK Muhamadiyah I Surakarta menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran masih didominasi oleh guru, siswa cenderung pasif, kurangnya variasi dalam pembelajaran di kelas hanya menyebabkan siswa tertentu saja   dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka hasil belajar yang ingin  dicapai kurang optimal. Salah satu upaya pencapaian kompetensi pembelajaran adalah dengan perbaikan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan,pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi : aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran yang diambil dari lembar observasi keaktifansiswa, hasil belajar siswa yang diambil dari soal tes yang dikerjakan siswa pada akhir siklus.Indikator keberhasilan pada penelitian ini adalah apabila sekurang- kurangnya 85% dari jumlah siswa yang ada di kelas tuntas belajar yaitu m emperoleh nilai lebih besar atau sama dengan 65. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa sebesar 40% dalam kriteria keaktifan cukup  aktif kemudian rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 70 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 60 %. Untuk hasil penelitian pada siklus II menunjukkanadanya peningkatan baik dalam keaktifan siswa ataupun hasil belajar siswa.Keaktifan siswa menjadi 88% dalam kategori baik atau aktif dan untuk hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 85 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 88%. Sehingga pada pelaksanaan siklus II indikator keberhasilan sudah tercapai. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi hubungan internasional kelas XII SMK  Muhamadiyah I Surakarta.                                Kata kunci : Hasil Belajar, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group                                    Investigation (GI).

Abstract

Nation Indonesia is a multicultural nation, therefore, education should be developed in accordance with the conditions of a multicultural society. Appropriate education for development in a multicultural society is multicultural education. In a study of multicultural education is necessary to increase the awareness that all learners have special characteristics because of their age, religion, gender, social class, ethnic, racial, or cultural characteristic embedded in each self. Multicultural education deals with the idea that all learners regardless of their cultural characteristics, should have equal opportunities to learn in school. Differences that exist between them is a must, and that difference must be received in reasonable not to discriminate. In order to achieve the goals of multicultural education needs to develop appropriate learning strategies and appropriate, one of which is based on learning the local culture. Local culture is a culture that is direct, close, and physically is all around us. Local culture is usually introduced by family and close relatives. Each region in Indonesia has a specificity that can be the regional identity. The specificity could be because of race, history, location, religion, and beliefs espoused. Diversity and distinctiveness can be used by teachers in developing multicultural education.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of research were (1) to find out the forms of modelling in Personality Competency of Civic Education teacher in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban, and (2) to find out the implication of Civic Education teacher?s modelling to creating the students? discipline character in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban.    This research employed a qualitative research approach, with descriptive qualitative research type. Data source derived from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and document analysis. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model of analysis. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) The forms of role model in personality competency of Civic Education teacher were as follows: The personality of a disciplined teacher, democratic, patient, tolerant, broad-insight teacher personalities. (2) The implication of Civic Education teachers to the creation of students? discipline character was as follows: the students could receive and imitate one of Civic Education teachers?  modelling, indicated with their coming early to classroom when the lesson began, students completing school attribute and uniform, students attending the lesson in the classroom and no truancy, students always attending flag ceremony, and maintaining the cleanliness at school. However, role model is the most decisive factor in creating the students? discipline; it could be seen from the students showing the discipline character only in the classroom Civic Education teachers class VII while the other teacher?s class had not shown the discipline character yet.   Keywords: Personality Competency, Civic Education, Modelling, Discipline                                   Character

Abstract

It can not be denied that the historical record clearly Indonesia is a country consisting of multi-ethnic, cultural, and religious. When applied to the management of this state with a uniform system of course will cause counter-productive problems. Therefore, to build a pluralistic country, each of these differences should be accommodated, particularly through multicultural education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence between the understanding of Environmental Education Towards Environmental Character in First Grade student at SMP N 4 Karanganyar Academic Year 2011/2012). The research was carried out using quantitative descriptive method. The study population is the entire all second grade students at SMP N 4 Karanganyar Academic Year 2011/2012 which amounted to 229 students. The sample used by 57 students researchers. Based on the results of the study concluded that: "There is a low significant effect and positif effect between the understanding of Environmental Education Towards Environmental CharacterIn First Grade at SMP N 4 Karanganyar Academic Year 2011/2012?. Contribution of SR in 100% and contribution of SE is 0,0029%. Effect between the student?s understanding of environmental education towards environmental character show in the equation of   Y = 45,54 + 0,0017 X

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara bangsa. Bangsa Indonesia lahir mendahului berdirinya negara. Proses kelahiranya dapat dijelaskan mengikuti konstruksi teoriitisnya Benedict Anderson yang dikenal dengan ?imagined communities?. Bangsa Indonesia terbentuk melalui tumbuhnya kesatuan komunitas politis, yakni suatu gerakan kebangkitan yang menyatukan sejumlah kelompok etnis yang berakar budaya, yang terbayangkan sebagai sesuatu yang bersifat terbatas secara inheren sekaligus berdaulat. Negara bangsa ini terbentuk dengan formula pluralistik, sehingga ciri-ciri dan nilai-nilai etnisitasnya memberikan corak ke khasan pluralitas masyarakat Indonesia. Ciri dan nilai-nilai itu dapat dikembangkan menjadi identitas ke-Indonesia-an dalam kerangka integrasi bangsa, baik dalam perspektif sosial-politik, maupun kebudayaan. Dalam perspektif sosial politik, nilai-nilai etnisitas berkembang menjadi bentuk-bentuk interaksi sosial antar individu, komunitas, organisasi sosial, dan poilitik, sedangkan pada sisi kebudayaan memberikan identitas kebaikan suatu bangsa.

Abstract

Civics Education as a subjet mater in Indonesia take a few funtions. This funtion are, as a value education, democrati politic education , citicenship education and nationality education. Civics Education as a value education include using value based approach. This value are Pancasila as nation noble values and local values. The approach is agree with use is inculcation approach. Therefore this approach is combinazed with  way or metod in another approach. This is nemed eclective approach.

Abstract

The objectives of research was to find out: 1) how the analysis of objective essay test item organized by Pancasila and Civic Education teacher is in SMA Batik 2 Surakarta, and 2) the factors causing the student?s difficulty in solving the objective essay test item in Pancasila and Civic Education subject in SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. This study was a qualitative research approach. Data source derived from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, document analysis and Focus Group Discussion. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. The results of research are as follows: 1) The analysis on objective essay test item organized by teacher included: a) in material aspect, the border of question and answer to be measured in essay test had not showed clear border yet, b) in constructing aspect, the essay test developed by teacher still had weaknesses such as no clear instruction on how to work on the intended test item, c) in language aspect, essay item developed by teacher had not used simple language, meaning that there was still too-long sentence less understandable to the students. 2) The factors causing the students? difficulty in solving the essay test included: Internal factor: a) in cognitive aspect: low cognitive ability of students, b) in affective aspect: some students still did not care with the learning, slept in the classroom, were preoccupied with themselves, and did not pay attention to teacher during the learning process, c) in psychomotor aspect: less active participation of students in discussion learning. External factor: a) Infrastructure factor: inadequate learning source availability facilitated by school for the students in the form of Student Worksheet (LKS) or other exercise book. b) Teacher factor: Pancasila and Civic Education teacher?s limited intensity in applying the assessment in the form essay question.
