Abstract

Vocational high school comprehensively relates technology studies, the development of acquisition of practical skills, attitudes, and life skills. In this context, teachers play important role in forming and producing competent graduates’ need toward Society 5.0. This study aims to analyze teachers’ perceptions about vocational high school readiness toward Society 5.0. This study used a descriptive quantitative with survey method. The respondents were vocational high school teachers that have been selected using a random sampling method. The result indicated teachers’ understanding of Society 5.0 is low. The school’s readiness to facilitate learning also quite low. The assessments still generalized requirements for student achievement. On the other hand, teachers still have the motivation to learn to use technology. The majority of teachers often attend training to improve instructional media skills. Based on these results, school preparation needs to be improved in terms of teacher competence and learning support facilities for Society 5.0.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan memetakan kesulitan guru dalam materi hukum pada mata pelajaran PPKn SMA. Selanjutnya akan ditindaklanjuti dengan penyusunan modul pengayaan materi hukum pada mata pelajaran PPKn SMA yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi guru PPKn. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan penelitian ini, adalah: 1).Identifikasi materi PPKn bidang hukum yang sulit untuk dipahami oleh guru-guru PPKn antara lain Penggolongan hukum, Hukum Pidana, Hukum Perdata, Hukum Tata Negara dan PTUN, Hubungan Internasional, terutama mengenai tahap-tahap dan macam-macam, Peradilan di Indonesia, Hukum Perjanjian, dan Peran lembaga penegak hukum dalam menjamin keadilan. 2).Upaya  mengatasi kesulitan terhadap materi PPKn guru-guru  melakukan solusi dengan cara belajar melalui media internet, membaca buku, browsing internet, melihat konten di youtube sebagai tambahan materi, memberikan penugasan pada anak untuk mencari informasi dan mempresentasikan, melakukan diskusikan dengan orang yang paham tentang hukum, dan menghafal pasal hukum, melihat kembali buku referensi. Selanjutnya faktor-faktor kesulitan dalam memahami materi hukum pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di sekolah terbaik dalam faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal antara lain anak kurang berminat dengan materi, terganggunya konsentrasi belajar, penyampaian materi kurang menarik dan materi hukum kurang aplikatìf, metode pengajaran, media yang digunakan, kompleksitas materi yang disampaiakan, kurangnya kesadaran wawasan kebangsaa, kurangnya minat membaca dan literasi, kurangnya jam pembelajaran PPKn. Sedangkan faktor eksternal antara lain kurang menguasai istilah-istilah asing di buku ajar, terlalu panjang bacaan pada buku ajar, materi belum sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman, materi kurang memberikan contoh-contoh penerapan kehidupan sehari-hari, kurang mendukungnya kondisi lingkungan belajar peserta didik, kurangnya sarana prasarana, khususnya fasilitas internet. Guru-guru PPKn SMA sangat membutuhkan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan materi PPKn bidang hukum untuk menghadapi berbagai miss konsepsi pada materi hukum.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is important to be delivered by students in the digital era. Through an entrepreneurial learning process that is integrated with the use of digital learning media, it is hoped that it will create a more dynamic, active and student-centered learning environment so that it can facilitate students in achieving the learning goals that have been set. This study aims to convey the results of the interactive multimedia effectiveness test on improving students' entrepreneurial attitudes in learning craft and entrepreneurship for high school students. This research method is an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design with pre and posttest in the control class and experimental class. The data collection instrument used was an attitude scale questionnaire. This study was followed by high school students, the sample selection used cluster random sampling which was taken in a certain class which is equivalent. The results showed that through the use of interactive multimedia, there was a significant effect and was followed by an increase in students' entrepreneurial attitudes. This study concludes that interactive multimedia is considered quite effective in influencing and improving students' entrepreneurial attitudes as an effort to achieve learning objectives. Therefore, interactive multimedia is very suitable for use as a learning medium for craft and entrepreneurship subjects in high school.

Abstract

Civic education contains material on law and politics. However, the fact have shown there are constraints faced by the teachers’ during the learning process due to the lack of knowledge, mastery, and understanding materials, especially regarding to the law material. Therefore, reinforcement at law material to civic education teacher is needed to support the learning process and achievement of civic education goals. As an effort to reinforcement law materials mastery and understanding, Law and Citizenship Research Group, Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University and MGMP PPKn, Sragen Regency, collaborated on mentoring civic education teachers through a community service program. The aims of this community service program are to: 1) enhance the knowledge, mastery, and understanding civic education teachers in law materials, 2) reinforce civic education teachers’ capacity to be a professional teacher. The benefit of this community service program is the sustainability of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, i.e. education, research, and community service program. The final results of this program is produce professional civic education teachers’ accordingly professional teachers’ competence based on the regulation about the Role of teacher and Lecturer (Undang-Undang No 14 Tahun) in 2005

Abstract

The use of information technology in education has the potential to have positive outcomes in the face of globalization. This study aimed to identify various needs in order to integrate technology into learning. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method to senior high schools. The questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument which was distributed to a research sample of 60 students who were randomly selected. The results revealed that students' attitudes toward the integration of technology into the learning process are inversely proportional to their use of learning media, which is still limited to the printed module. Students would like to create interactive multimedia as a medium for learning craftsmanship and entrepreneurship, based on the needs of students who are technologically literate and efforts to optimize the use of facilities that available at school.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper tries to discuss the Kampoeng Baca Pelangi community as an effort to educate and reduce the impact of the natural disaster in Lombok for child victims. Then the aim of his command was to explore the form of the Kampoeng Baca Pelangi community in educating and reducing the psychological impact for children who were victims of the Lombok earthquake. Indonesia is a country prone to natural disasters. Based on data compiled from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), it is stated that during 2020, starting from January 1, 2020 to December 28, 2020, there were 2,925 natural disasters throughout Indonesia. This paper uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The findings in this study are in terms of educating children about the impact of natural disasters, the Kampoeng Baca Pelangi community takes steps such as: (1) Identifying children affected by disasters and planning appropriate activities for them, (2) providing time for children to discuss disasters, (3) careful group discussions for children, (4) encourage children not to consume news too much, (5) encourage children to continue if possible. Meanwhile, to reduce the impact of natural disasters, the Kampoeng Baca Pelangi community applies traumatic counseling strategies. Traumatic counseling is divided into three stages, (1) the initial stage of counseling, (2) the middle stage of counseling, (3) the final stage of counseling. Keywords: Kampoeng Baca Pelangi community, psychological impacts, child victims, Lombok Earthquake

Abstract

 Interfaith dialog is commonly carried out to harmonize the relationship and minimize conflicts between religious believers. This study examines how the functional structure of an interfaith community and beliefs can create harmonious interfaith relationship through an interfaith dialog held in Kudus, Central Java. This study is designed with qualitative research model by applying the phenomenological approach. The data were technically collected through interviews, observation, document studies and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Theoretically, this study used Talcott Parsons’ structural functional theory. The results showed that the Interfaith and Interbelief Communities of Pantura (TALI AKRAP) is a system in society where the religious adherents and the flow of beliefs are the integrated elements, each of which should function one another in creating a balance in society. As a system, TALI AKRAP holds four imperative functions which are simultaneously integrated in action systems, namely adaptation, goal attention, integration and learn pattern maintenance or commonly abbreviated AGIL. The existence of adaptation between religious adherents in the community aims to understand, recognize and accept one another as an effort to realize the harmony among religious believers. The goal to be achieved is a community with concern, tolerance, lives side by side and accepts differences as a gift from the God Almighty, all of which are integrated in social dialog activities between religious believers which exist for a long time and are carried out continuously.

Abstract

Faktor kualitas perangkat lunak diantaranya adalah correctnes, efisiensi, dan portability. Pada makalah ini dilakukan perbandingan kualitas perangkat lunak dengan berfokus pada ketiga faktor tersebut. Perbandingan faktor correctness dilakukan untuk mengetahui software  manakah yang memiliki kualitas lebih baik. Efisiensi digunakan untuk mengetahui performa Learning Management System (LMS) supaya user bisa menyesuaikan infrastruktur yang dimiliki dengan kebutuhan LMS sehingga efisiensi dapat ditingkatkan. Sedangkan portability digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa kemampuan adaptasi pada LMS  terhadap  platform  sistem operasi yang berbeda. Perbandingan tiga faktor kualitas ini dilakukan pada software Learning Management System (LMS) yang berbasis open source, karena software open source mudah untuk diakses dan bersifat gratis. Tiga jenis LMS yang dibandingkan faktor correctness, efisiensi dan portabilitynya yaitu Moodle 3.1+, ATutor 2.2.1, dan ILIAS 5.1.6. Pengukuran faktor correctness pada LMS dilakukan dengan menggunakan software LoadComplete dengan merekam semua  fungsi kegiatan LMS tersebut. Pengukuran  efisiensi  dan portability melalui pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode Study Literature dan Technical Report setiap LMS. Hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa LMS ATutor memiliki faktor correctness yang lebih baik, sehingga ATutor memiliki fungsionalitas lebih baik apabila digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran online. Sedangkan pada efisiensi dan portability, LMS Moodle memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: Correctness, Efisiensi, Perbandingan Open Source LMS, Portability

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to develop and validate the product in form a mobile-based module on Civics subjects. This study adopt the ADDIE model development design (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Validation and assessment from the validator, consist of: 1) validation from material experts obtained an average score of 3.72 qualified "Good"; 2) through media expert validation obtained an average score of 5.00 including the qualification "Very Good"; and 3) The total results obtained from the average score from the assessments of material experts and media experts related to the product being developed showed a result of 4.34 which entered the "Eligible" criteria for use in Civics learning in High Schools.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi produk berupa modul berbasis mobile pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pengembangan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Validasi dan penilaian dari validator yaitu: 1) skor validasi dari ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata 3,72 dikualifikasikan “Baik”; 2) validasi dari ahli media dengan perolehan rata-rata skor 5,00 termasuk pada kualifikasi “Sangat Baik”; dan 3) Total perolehan hasil rata-rata skor dari penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media terkait produk yang dikembangakan menunjukkan hasil 4,34 yang masuk kriteria “Layak” untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran PPKn di Sekolah Menengah Atas.
