Abstract

AbstractLecturers are professionals and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through research, education, and of course community service. One of the efforts to improve the ability of lecturers is to pay attention to their workload. The workload received by the individual can produce pressure that is manifested under certain conditions. Preliminary studies conducted by the author, namely lecturers with additional tasks who received assignments regarding optimizing the Tri Dharma of higher education also turned out to be charged with administrative affairs of institutions, coupled with human resource problems. The research used is a qualitative type with a case study approach. The subject is a lecturer with additional assignments at the Islamic Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques using interview techniques. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained different perceptions of the workload of 4 subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of husnuzzhan on prosocial behavior in students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were active students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin class 2018 and 2019. The sampling technique uesd was purposive sampling. The sample of this study amounted to 98 people. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained: 1) The level of husnuzzhan in the high category was 18 people (18,4%), while 68 people (69,4%) and low 12 people (12,2%). 2) The level of prosocial behavior in the high category was 11 people (11,2%), while 73 people (75,5%) and low 14 people (14,3%). 3) There is a husnuzzhan influence on prosocial behavior in UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students with a significance value of 0,000 (sig <  0,05) and a effective contribution of 21,9%.

Abstract

OCB is an employee’s initiative behavior in doing work that is not related to a reward, but can help increase effectiveness for the company. Basically, employees who have OCB behavior will include behaviors such as helping other employees, volunteering to do additional tasks, obeying the rules and procedurs at work. Basically, employees who have good OCB will have these dimensions inthemselves, namely altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civic virtue, and conscientiousness. So in this case, the researcher wants to do research on the influence og religiosity and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavioron employees of PT. Panca Tknik Banjarmasin. This research is an associative quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people employees of PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin. The result of this study are: 1) there is a significant influence between religiosity on OCB in employees of PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin with a significant level of 0.000 (p<0,5) and an effective contribution of 31,6%. 2) there is is a significant influence between organizational commitment to OCB on employees of PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin with a significant level of 0.000 (p<0,5) and an effective contribution of 36,1%. 3) there is is a significant influence between religiosity and organizational commitment to OCB on employees of PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin with a significant level of 0.000 (p<0,5) and collectively gave an effective contribution of 39,2%.OCB merupakan perilaku inisiatif karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan yang tidak berhubungan dengan suatu reward, akan tetapi dapat membantu meningkatkan efektifitas bagi perusahaan. Pada dasarnya karyawan yang memiliki perilaku OCB akan menyertakan perilaku seperti menolong karyawan lain, melakukan kegiatan sebagai sukarelawan untuk melakukan tugas tambahan, mentaati aturan dan prosedur di tempat kerja. Pada dasarnya karyawan yang memiliki OCB yang baik akan memiliki dimensi-dimensi ini di dalam dirinya, yaitu altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civic virtue, dan conscientiousness. Maka dalam hal ini, peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian tentang Pengaruh Religiusitas dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizensip Behavior pada Karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religiusitas terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,5) dan sumbangan efektif yang diberikan sebesar 31,6%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,5) dan sumbangan efektif yang diberikan sebesar 36,1%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. Panca Teknik Banjarmasin dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,5) dan secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif yang diberikan sebesar 39,2%.

Abstract

AbstractIn a marriage relationship there is very likely a conflict. Between these conflicts is a lack of trust and openness between spouses. And many couples have decided eventually to divorce. This research aims to test whether there is a correlation between a self disclosure and trust in a marriage relationship. This research used quantitative method with correlational research design. Participants in this research were 120 persons of 60 husbands and 60 wives in the city of Banjarmasin. Participants were selected using insidental sampling. This research used self disclosure and trust scales. Data were analysed using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The result shows that coeficient correlation (r) is 0,615 and the significance value is 0,000 (p<0,05), which means that the hypothesis of this research (Ha) “there is correlation between self disclosure and trust in marriage relationships in the city of Banjarmasin” is accepted.AbstrakDalam hubungan pernikahan akan sangat mungkin di dalamnya terjadi sebuah konflik. Diantara konflik tersebut adalah kurangnya rasa percaya dan keterbukaan diantara pasangan. Dan banyak pasangan suami istri yang pada akhirnya memutuskan untuk bercerai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara self disclosure terhadap trust dalam hubungan pernikahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang yang terdiri dari 60 orang suami dan 60 orang istri yang berada di Kota Banjarmasin dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen skala self disclosure dan skala trust. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik Pearson Correlation Product Moment. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi menunjukkan (r) sebesar 0,615 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) yang artinya analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis (Ha) “ada hubungan antara self disclosure dengan trust dalam hubungan pernikahan di Kota Banjarmasin” diterima.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and job insecurity in contract employees in private companies. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative research method. The subjects in this study were employees with contract status in the company with 15 contract employees. Sampling using saturated sampling technique because the population is used as a whole as the research sample. The data used is quantitative data with data collection using a questionnaire method in the form of a scale and interviews. The research quantitative data were analyzed using a descriptive statistics test with a mean value of 46.93 and a standard deviation of 5.812 for work motivation and a mean value of 38.13 and a standard deviation of 4.406 for job insecurity. The results of the correlation calculation using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient test are known to be the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.356. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient value is 0.257 so it can be interpreted that the level of strength of the correlation coefficient relationship between work motivation variables and job insecurity is at a very low level. The percentage of effective contribution of work motivation affecting job insecurity based on the results of the determination test is only 0.054 or 5.4% and the remaining 94.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Helping behavior that provides positive benefits, is done voluntarily, and without expecting anything in return in psychology is called altruism. In altruism there are forms, aspects, and factors that influence it. So this research aims to find out how the forms, aspects, and factors that influence it on volunteers at Al-Ajyb Banjarmasin. The method in this study uses a field research method commonly called field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by extracting data in depth and thoroughly. Data collection includes interview transcripts, field notes, personal documents and others. The subjects in this study were 3 people with the characteristics of volunteers working at Al-Ajyb at least 6 or more, aged 20-40 years, and willing to be research subjects. The results of the study indicate that the form of volunteer altruism in Al-Ajyb based on the social setting is planned and formal, based on the situation that the recipient of assistance is serious, and based on the type of assistance that is direct. Aspects of altruism namely empathy, belief in a just world, social responsibility, internal self-control and low ego in Al-Ajyb volunteers have the characteristics of the altruism aspects mentioned. There are similarities and differences in the characteristics of the three volunteers, namely the views and values of life that each volunteer has. The altruism factors namely, empathy, personal and situational factors, religious and moral values, social responsibility norms, moods and norms of reciprocity in volunteers are also the same, namely having the characteristics of the altruism factor mentioned. Factors that influence volunteers to behave altruism also have similarities and differences in each factor, because it depends on the views and values of life that each volunteer has.

Abstract

Independence is the readiness and ability of individuals to stand alone marked by being able to make their own decisions, trying to solve problems without the help of others, trying to direct behavior towards goodness and perfection, being able to take the initiative to solve problems, being able to control thoughts, actions, feelings freely. , as well as trying to overcome shame and self-doubt on their own. This study aims to determine the difference in independence between mukim and non-mukim students at the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Puteri Banjarbaru. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population is students of class 2 Tsanawiyah totaling 60 respondents consisting of 30 mukim students and 30 non-mukim students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that there was no significant difference in independence between mukim and non-mukim students at the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Puteri Banjarbaru, the sig.2-tailed hypothesis was (0.139 > 0.05). Mukim students who have a moderate level of independence (36.6%) are more than mukim students who have a low level of independence. Especially for mukim students with low levels of independence, most of them are due to lack of self-confidence to express opinions. Then non-mukim female students who have a moderate level of independence (38.3%) are more than non-mukim female students who have a low level of independence. Especially for non-mukim female students with low levels of independence, the causes are dominated by shyness, lack of confidence and hesitation in making decisions.

Abstract

This research has main objectives is to identification what broadcast programs apply interpersonal communication in Islamic studies by duet broadcasters, to description how the application of interpersonal communication in Islamic studies to duet broadcasters. Than, to find out what factors influence the application of interpersonal communication in Islamic studies to duet broadcasters at Radio Dhirgantara Best Station 101.9FM Banjarmasin. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods with interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results show that there are 2 duet events that apply interpersonal communication in Islamic studies, namely dBs Most Popular & dBs Popcorn. In the use of interpersonal communication, it was found that the subject applied Qaulan Sadidan, Qaulan Maysura, Qaulan Layyinan, Qaulan Kariman, Qaulan Ma'rufan, and Qaulan Baligha with some notes. The most influencing factors for this use are factors that come from external subjects, namely the environment around the subject which is influenced by the subject, besides that the research subjects feel that when applying some aspects they can get or feel pleasure in themselves.

Abstract

Students are individuals who study in universities. In the education structure in Indonesia, students hold the highest educational status. Based on initial observations at the UIN Antasari Banjarmasin campus, many students have become active smokers. Smoking behavior is sometimes without regard to the people around them, even though smoking activities often have a negative impact on both the people around and the individual smokers themselves. Of the students who actively smoke, some of them have experienced a relapse phase, the reoccurrence of the old pattern, namely a condition that has recovered from an activity (smoking), repeats the activity for various reasons. The type of research used is field research (field research) with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject is a smoker student who relapses at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study obtained psychological dynamics and the causes of relapse for student smokers.

Abstract

There are many causes that affect the organizational commitment of members, one of which is how a person is able to manage his emotions when organizing. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and the number of respondents in this study were 50 students, namely 95% of the total population. The measuring instrument used in managing emotions refers to the theory of Goleman and Hud, while the organizational commitment variable refers to the theory of Allen and Mayer which was compiled. The data analysis used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the level of managing emotions is in the medium category and the level of organizational commitment is in the medium category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that there is a significant effect between managing emotions on organizational commitment with an R square value of 0.562 and a significance value of p = 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is an influence between managing emotions on organizational commitment with a percentage of 56.2% while the remaining 43.8% is influenced by other factors not disclosed in this study.
