Abstract

Chronic illness is a dangerous disease that cannot be underestimated or ignored because it can cause death at any time, but this is not an excuse for some students at UIN Antasari where they live and continue their studies well even though in their bodies there are diseases that can cause death, this is because they choose to trust God because with trust they can live their lives better. So from that researchers are interested in examining the description of the trust process in students who have chronic diseases at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin and factors that influence attitudes trust.  This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 3 students of UIN Antasari who had chronic diseases.  Data collection in this study was obtained using Anecdotal Record observation techniques, and semi-structured interviews.  After the data is collected, it is then analyzed with the stages of editing, coding, description and concluding data.  Based on the results of this study, there are several aspects that arise after making trust, such as the emergence of calm and peace, generate strength, Rida, and the emergence of hope. The factors that influence tawakal behavior are, first, the environmental factors which come from the surrounding environment such as family, friends and the community.  These two factors are experiences in which the fator is able to provide input for life values.

Abstract

Happiness is a feeling that can be experienced by everyone, but the way to get happiness varies depending on how the person perceives it. The purpose of this research is to find out how the level and perception of happiness in the Banjar community. This type of research uses a mixed method with 55 people for a quantitative approach and 12 people for a qualitative approach taken from a sample of 55 people who have high levels of happiness. Data collection techniques used were, questionnaire, observation and interview.  The results of this study can be concluded that the level of happiness of adolescents with high happiness categories is 35% and moderate 65%, adults are high happiness categories 55% and moderate 45%, and elderly happiness categories are high 46.7% and moderate 53.3%. Perceptions of happiness in adolescents are positive emotions, gratitude, family, achievement, peers, and social life. Adults are positive emotions, be patient and grateful, family, marriage, physical health, money, work, social life, and religiosity. While the elderly are positive emotions, gratitude, age, money, family, physical health, religion, social life.

Abstract

Keeping animals, especially cats, has been demonstrated by the Prophet. This certainly saves goodness in it. If you see the relationship between humans and animals that are intertwined in a longer period of time will cause attachment in it or we call it a pet attachment. So the purpose of this study will look at how the role of pet attachments on the happiness of pet owners. This research is a field research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of selecting research subjects using purposive sampling technique, the number of samples as many as 22 people and after screening tests using a stickiness scale that has been validated and reliable (0.807), obtained 5 people included in the category. Furthermore, 2 subjects who were willing to take part in the research. Data collection used was semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results showed a description of pet attachments in pet owners including physical contact, selection criteria, reactions to separation and loss, effects on physical and psychological health. The description of the happiness of pet owners can be seen in the aspects of happiness, which consists of aspects of positive emotion, engagement, positive relationships, meaning and accomplishment. All aspects are fulfilled from the attachment to the pet (pet attachment), causing happiness to the pet owner.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental delay in children which is characterized by disorders in social aspects, communication. behavior and language. Treatment that will be given to children with autism which is therapy, like speech therapy, behavior, occupation and sensory integration. Based on preliminary studies and earlier research, found things that can affect both those that support and inhibit the implement of therapy. Therefore This study aims to decide what psychological factors affect the process therapy at the Center for Disability and Inclusion Education in South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study amounted to 6 therapists who have worked for 5 years at PLDPI. The results showed that therapeutic services at PLDPI, there are factors that influence the process and success of therapy. Internal factors that support the therapeutic process in PLDPI is the wishes of the child, age of child, level of autism disorders, IQ child, child's mood, affection therapist, therapist's patience and therapist's sincerity, ritual therapist (praying, prayer dhuha, reading istigfar and basmalah), intention of the therapist, understanding of children, enthusiasm and attendance consistency therapist, professional attitude. While external factors that support is self-awareness of people old in adopting a diet, parental support, the role of parents at home, therapist support, number adequate therapist, therapist collaboration with parents, adequate facilities and infrastructure and a therapeutic schedule that meets the target and therapy program that suits the child's needs. The internal factors that inhibit the child's condition such as hyperactivity, hypoactive, tantrum, sick, minimal eye contact, speech difficulties and disobedience and therapists who cannot controlling emotions. While the external factor is parents' want.

Abstract

The cinderella complex syndrome is a network of attitudes and fears in women and makes them feel depressed, causing fearness to use their ability, thus their desire to always be taken care of and protected appeared. The purpose of this research is to know the psychological description of cinderella complex syndrome in women who joined KAMMI Banjarmasin which includes the forming process, factors, characteristics, and aspects. This is field research with descriptive qualitative approach in Banjarmasin with 2 subjects aged 20 and 21 years old. The data collecting methods used in this research is screening test using the scale of the cinderella complex syndrome, interviews, observation, and graphic tests (with analysis results of the tests that supervised by a psychologist). The result of this research indicates that the forming process of the cinderella complex syndrome is closely related to various childhood experiences. The influencing factors are culture, parenting, mass media, low self-esteem, and perception. The characteristics that apparent are lack of confidence, feel worthless, afraid to face challenges, hard to do everything by herself, often having psychosomatic, fear of failure, lazy to take a risk, and dependent. Aspects that seen are they expect directions from others, external self-control, low self-esteem, avoid challenges, and competitions. There are also aspects of emotions, cognitive, and social that has been successfully revealed through graphic test.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is the behavior of the extra outside the description the work in the organization or agency carried out by the individual. OCB is the voluntary behaviors that are not listed in the description of the work and not known directly in the formal award system but it gives a positive impact for agency. OCB is able to give a sense of comfort in the environment agency as well as contribute indirectly toward the effectiveness of agency. Therefore, the researcher wants to conduct the research about the influence of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at state civil apparatus at the Ministry of Religion Banjarmasin. In this study, researcher used quantitative-field research method. Population in this research 69 state civil apparatus at the Ministry of Religion Banjarmasin. Based on research that was conducted at the Ministry of Religion Banjarmasin. The results of this study showed: 1) There are significant influence between the influence of spiritual intelligence and emotional artifice to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at state civil apparatus at the Ministry of Religion Banjarmasin with significant level 0,006 (p < 0,05) and giving the effective impact 17,1%. 2) There are significant influence between the influence of spiritual intelligence and emotional artifice to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at state civil apparatus at the Ministry of Religion Banjarmasin with significant level,005 (p < 0,05) and giving the effective impact 13,1%. 3) There are significant influence between the influence of spiritual intelligence and emotional artifice to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at state civil apparatus at the Ministry of Religion Banjarmasin with significant level 0,011 (p < 0,05)  and giving the effective impact 11,1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of achievement motives with organizational commitment to honorary teachers in private schools. The population in this study was honorary teachers of private schools, especially in the 4 schools, which amounted to 12 non-permanent employees. Sampling uses a quota sampling because the number of subjects is less than 30 subjects. The data in this study are quantitative data, data collection in this study is to use the questionnaire method in the form of scales, interviews, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was no relationship between achievement motives and organizational commitment. The results of the calculation of correlation using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient test can be seen the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0,112. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient value of 0,482 means that the strength of the correlation coefficient between the achievement motive variable and organizational commitment is sufficient. The percentage of effective contribution of achievement motivation influencing organizational commitment is only 1,82% and 98,18% is influenced by variables or other factors not covered in this study.

Abstract

Fanaticism is an over-zealous attitude towards a particular perspective or attitude regarding community practice. For the recitation pilgrims, the Zuhdi teacher himself has a figure that is one of the things that is positive for everyone, because the respected figure is considered to be able to provide benefits that are considered positive and deserve fanaticism from many communities. How a person interacts is inseparable from the environment that shapes a person's personality. This type of research is a descriptive-qualitative field research, the method used by the author is a method for examining an object from a state of condition or a system of thought from the subject, the researcher collects a number of data obtained directly from the research location using information obtained from the object research through data collection instruments namely observation and interviews. Because Zuhdi teacher recitation worshipers at the Mosque of Jami are very many and from various backgrounds. Data collection techniques used are fanaticism scale, semi-structured interviews, and non-participant observation with subjects totaling 4 people with characteristics of recitation congregation aged 20-50 years. Based on the results that researcher have obtained in all four subjects have a dimension of fanaticism, the amount of interest and love for one type of activity, S and MI subjects have a strong interest, while the MA and Z subjects have a very strong interest because it attaches photos of Master Zuhdi at home and even saves photos and his deeds in special notes. So, fanaticism is a concept adopted by someone who has contributed to his life and makes his emotions become more mature or wise. Fanaticism in this study is one form of love and belonging to a society/group of figures who are believed to have made a major contribution in themselves and their lives.

Abstract

Speaking of teachers, in the present with high urban living needs, if only looking at how the type of work is also at the same time obtaining job satisfaction then most people will choose jobs with more income and leave lower income. Aims to determine the relationship of spiritual intelligence with job satisfaction teacher Tahfiz Alharamain Banjarmasin. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction. This research is quantitative with Purposive Sample sampling technique. This research data collection instrument uses a Likert scale model and data analysis uses Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the calculated r value (0.710)> r table (sig 5% = 0.404) (p value <0.05). Then the hypothesis which states that there is a "Relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of teachers of Al-Haramian tahfiz Banjarmasin.
