Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has an increasing number of cases every day, and brings many changes in various aspects of life has resulted in many individuals who feel anxiety from the virus, including students. To overcome this anxiety by increasing worship, which in this case is related to religiosity. The research objective was to determine the level of religiosity and anxiety of UIN Antasari Islamic Psychology Department students in facing the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the relationship between the two.This research uses quantitative research methods. The population was 565 students of the Islamic Psychology Department, while the sample was 113 students. The sampling technique is the random sampling technique. Research results: 1) There is no low-frequency religiosity level. Medium frequency 22 people (19.5%). High frequency 91 people (80.5%). 2) Low-frequency anxiety level does not exist. Medium frequency 74 people (65.5%). High frequency of 39 people (34.5%). 3) There is a significant relationship between religiosity and anxiety with a value of rxy = 0.208 and a significant level of p = 0.027 where (p <0.05) and together provide an effective contribution of 20%. And there is also a positive relationship in which the higher the level of religiosity, the higher the level of anxiety.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the work ethic of employees in the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees at the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office and 62 respondents were the respondents. Based on this research, the results obtained: 1) There is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on the work ethic of employees in the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office, with a significance level of 0,000 (p value <0,05) and an effective contribution of 40,4%. 2) There is a significant influence between spiritual intelligence on the work ethic of employees in the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office, with a significance level of 0,000 (p value <0,05) and an effective contribution of 59,4%. 3) There is a significant influence simultaneously or together between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the work ethic of employees in the office environment of the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office, with a significance value or p value is 0,000 (p value <0,05), as well as the influence which were given simultaneously or together amounting to 59,5%.

Abstract

Group cohesiveness is a state or condition in which group members have an interest each other. This will make group cooperation and unity owned will increase work spirit to make a good performance. Group cohesiveness is unity in the group, each member enjoys interaction with each other, and has a certain time together and there is high work spirit in it. Each group has a different level of cohesiveness which causes its members to be attracted to each other and motivated to stay in the group, and a cohesive group will be more productive than a less cohesive group. Therefore, the researcher interested in conducting research on the Effect of Psychological Capital and Organizational Commitment on the Group Cohesiveness of the Majoring Student Associationof the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari BanjarmasinThis research uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the administrators of 4 Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin, which is Islamic Psychology, Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy, Al-Qur'an Science and Tafsir, and Religions Studies, amounting to 198 people, then using a saturated sampling technique or total sampling that is using all members of the population as a sample. Based on this research, the results obtained: 1) There is a significant influence between psychological capital on the group cohesiveness of Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance of 0,000 (p <0,05) and an effective contribution of 36,2%. 2) There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on the group cohesiveness of Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance of 0,000 (p <0,05) and an effective contribution of 47,8%. 3) There is a significant influence between psychological capital and organizational commitment on the group cohesiveness of Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance of 0,000 (p <0,05) and an effective contribution of 57,8%. 4) The results of psychological capital data for Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin in the low category were 12,6% (25 people), the medium category was 77,8% (154 people), and the high category was 9,6% (19 people). 5) The results of organizational commitment data for Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin in the low category were 10,1% (20 people), the medium category was 75,8% (150 people), and the high category was 14,1% (28 people). 6) The results of group cohesiveness data for Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin in the low category were 11,6% (23 people), the medium category was 74,7% (148 people), and the high category was 13,6% (27 people).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to decide whether there are differences in assertive behavior between extrovert and introvert personality among student organizers of State Islamic University Antasari Banjarmasin. The type of research used is a comparative approach. The sampling method used improbability sampling. The population in this study were students who were members of the Student Executive Board at the Faculty level at State Islamic University Antasari Banjarmasin with a total population of 152 people while the sample used was 60 people. The measuring instrument used to measure assertive behavior constructed by the researcher from the aspects of assertive behavior according to Alberti and Emmons, while personality was also constructed by the researcher by identifying the general characteristics of each of the extrovert and introvert personality types. The results obtained from data analysis show that the sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in assertive behavior among student organizers who have an extrovert personality type and an introvert personality type.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to examine and know more deeply how the concept of punishment of the two figures, as well as compare the two concepts to find similarities and differences. This research uses qualitative approach, type of literature (library research), with comparative method. Analysis techniques used are content analysis techniques and comparative analysis techniques. From the results of the study, the authors found that, although the two discussed both methods of punishment, there are differences in terms of the formation of the concept of thought, namely on the source of thought, the type of reasoning used, the figure or model in the concept of thought, the intended subject and the lack of orientation. In addition, there are similarities and differences in terms of the content of thought, similarities obtained in terms of principle or causality, utility or usefulness, the presence of side effects, as well as the priorities of theory. While the differences are obtained in terms of the specifics of the discussion, the purpose of punishment, opinions in looking at punishment, the pattern of punishment, the absence of stages of application, intervention, and approval of the use of punishment.

Abstract

Academic stress is defined as an individual's inability to deal with situations of pressure and demands that exist on him. When these pressures and demands are not resolved, it will result in the individual's psychological, cognitive and behavioral conditions in their academic activities. So that in overcoming this we need a coping style that can handle the pressure and demands that occur. In the definition of coping style itself is defined as a way for individuals to deal with problems in a way they like in dealing with stressful situations that occur to them. In the formation of this coping style, the individual cannot be separated from the behavioral, cognitive and motivational aspects. Therefore, the researcher wants to conduct research to find out and describe the level of academic stress that arises from the pressure on the demands that exist in the preparation of the thesis, the influence of coping styles, the tendency of coping styles, and factors that affect student coping styles in the preparation of thesis.This study also uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class 2016 at the State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin, amounting to 1491 respondents with the determination of the sample of 229 respondents using the purposive sampling method with reference to the Isaac and Michael tables. Based on this research, the results obtained: 1) There is a level of student academic stress in the preparation of a final project of 77.56% in the medium level academic stress category. 2) There is a significant influence between coping style and student academic stress in the preparation of thesis final project at the State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) giving an effective contribution of 32.9%. 3) There is a tendency of cognitive style coping in the preparation of the final thesis carried out by students of the State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin by giving a contribution of 47.39%. 4) There are factors that influence the coping style in the preparation of the final project, such as internal and external factors.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a desire that a person has to stay afloat and involve himself in every organized activity. Organizational commitment appears in a person due to emotional ties and moral support both to fellow members of the organization and to leaders and members. Basically, people who have good organizational commitment will have these aspects in themselves, namely identification, loyalty, and involvement. So in this case, the researcher wants to do research on the Influence of Prophetic Leadership and Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitment in Al Ihsan LDK Management UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This research is a quantitative research with associative research type. The population in this study were 51 administrators of LDK Al Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The results of this study are: 1) There is a significant influence between prophetic leadership on organizational commitment to the board of SDK Al Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance level of 0.018 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of 10.9%. 2) There is a significant influence between organizational climate on organizational commitment to the management of SDK Al Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of 48.0%. 3) There is a significant influence between prophetic leadership and organizational climate on organizational commitment to the management of LDK Al Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) and together provide an effective contribution of 53.7%.

Abstract

Organization is a group formed in order to achieve specified goals. This goal can be achieved if the management in it has a good organizational commitment. There are several factors that influence a person in increasing his organizational commitment. One of them is a factor in him, namely in the form of self awareness. So the existence of this study aims to determine the effect of self awareness on organizational commitment UKK Pramuka UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant positive effect between self awareness and organizational commitment. This research is quantitative with purposive sample saturation sampling. The research data collection instrument used a Likert scale model and data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the significant value of the influence of self awareness on organizational commitment is 0.008 lower than the significant standard, namely 0.05 (0.008 <0.05), which means that there is an influence between self awareness and organizational commitment of the UKK Pramuka management at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin for the period 2019/2020. Then, the R square value is 0.209, which means that the self awareness variable has an influence on organizational commitment by 20.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The tendency to improve themselves and the mistakes that have been made are indicators of the guilty feeling, feelings of guilt can arise in anyone, even a recidivist. This study aims to see the dynamics of feelings of guilt in recidivist prisoners, and describe the types and factors that influence it. This research is a case study cualitative research, conducted at the Correctional Institution Class II A Banjarmasin with the subject of 2 recidivists. The data test method used was a screening test with a guilt and shame proneness scale (GASP), interviews and observations. The result this study indicate that those who assesss regret are different from before, there is a perception of disappointment and burdens to the closest people, motivated to become a better person. Feeling guilty about breaking the legal guilt. Basides that he realizes and understands the lack of religious knowledge that violates the stipulated provisions and feels guilty. The factors underlying the guilt feeling of the two subjects are internal and external factors

Abstract

Having a child with perfect physical and psychological condition is everyone's dream. However, if the diagnosis states that the child has autism, it is not  certainly easy for parents to accept. This aims of  research are determining the  sincerity of parents who have children with autism and what the  factors which  influence it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a muslim couple, husband and wife,  which have two autism children as subjects. The results showed that  process towards sincerity between  two subjects were different. When The  SP subject knows the diagnosis results, he can control his emotions that what happened with them  is God's provision. so that no matter what the conditions are, he must accept it. Meanwhile, SR subject took two weeks to convince herself about her children's conditions were still  gifts from God and she must have to take care. The factors which influences of  parents' sincerity are religious knowledges, patience, gratitude, religious understanding and resignation.
