Abstract

Background: The high maternal mortality of 2015 is a big problem in Indonesia, which is 305 per 100,000 live births (Indonesian Population Profile Supas Result, 2015). The maternal mortality of 2010-2012 is due to an increase in preeclampsia, eclampsia and other factors, such as social problems, cultures, less education, to economic issues. Methods: The design of the research used is the study of libraries, articles gathered using search engines such as EBSCO, ScienceDirect, ProQuest and Elsevier. The article used in the study was published in 2010-2019. Result: Based on the article collected results that there are several factors related to the preeclampsia in pregnancy and the intervention phase should be done early. These factors are the age of mothers during pregnancy, praitas, double pregnancy, the history of hypertension in the family, preeclampsia history during previous pregnancies and obesity. The cause of the mother's death is actually preventable with an adequate ANC pregnancy test and early detection of the risk of pregnant women. Conclusion: The introduction of a complementary obstetrician is given to mothers at risk of preeclampsia during pregnancy. Further studies are advised to consider the effects on various variables by considering the random effects and changes in the model with the addition of contextual effects in the analysis.

Abstract

In the modern era, the demands of the community health, especially health services, are increasingly high, one of which is the recording of medical records. One of the problems in the world of medical records is the incompleteness of medical record documents. The purpose of research is influence of motivation and compliance of the main tasks and functions of the officer on the completeness of filling outpatient medical record documents at the Tugu Trenggalek Health Center. The research method uses types correlational and cross sectional data collection with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling in order to obtain a total sample of 40 respondents. The data processing technique used is dummy regression analysis. The results showed that out of 40 outpatient medical record documents, 18 documents (45%) are in the low category. Some respondents in Puskesmas Tugu Trenggalek had a moderate motivation level of 22 respondents (55%) and the level of non-compliant respondents was 17 respondents (42.5%). Based on statistical test results obtained a significant value of motivation variable of (0,000 <α 0.05), compliance variable of (0,000 <α 0.05), all dummy variables of the officer function have a significance value (> α 0.05) and a significance value simultaneous testing (0,000 <α 0,005) with an effect of 95.9%. From these results it is known that there is an influence of motivation and compliance of officers on the completeness of outpatient medical record documents at Tugu Trenggalek Health Center. It is necessary to improve performance in order to carry out an analysis of the completeness of outpatient medical record documents. Providing information about the importance of filling out and completing patient medical record data disciplines staff to provide feedback in the form of rewards and punishment so that the outpatient medical record documents are completely filled.

Abstract

Diarrhoea was still being the problem of the health of the community in Indonesia, because very dangerous and could cause the death to pre-schoolers that the incident figure relative still was high. Generally, the community connected with pollution of the bacteria that was impressed dirty. The cause of diarrhoea of many of his styles, from the bacterial infection or the virus, did not compare ate, pollution of the bacteria, pollution of food by the substance that was dangerous to the sensitivity against the carbohydrate or fat as well as protein. The aim of this research of knowing relations of the mother's knowledge about the behaviour of the clean and healthy life with the diarrhoea incident in the age child 1-5 years in Kediri cities. This research used the research plan with the approach cross sectional, with pupolasi him was all the mothers who had the diarrhoea child in the Kediri City. With accidental sampling Sample this research was some mothers who had the diarrhoea child in the Kediri cities from januari 17 to february 23 2020 totalling 119 respondents. The analysis data and was presented in the table. To know relations 2 variables were used by the Chi statistical test square that was counted with SPSS with the value = 0.05. From results of the research could be known that the respondent who had good motivation 55 respondents (46.66 %), was 44 respondents (36.66%), motivations not all that 20 respondents (16.66%), and the high diarrhoea incident 67 respondents (56.66%), low diarrhoea 52 respondents (43.33%). Results of the statistical test were obtained = 0.015, that meaning that thought ρ < α. From these results could be concluded that there is relations of the mother's knowledge about the behaviour of the clean and healthy life with the diarrhoea incident in the age child 1-5 years in the central health of community Pesantren II in the Kediri City. The child was the nation younger generation that could build this nation to the side of that was better. If the child was sick then will influence the growth and the physical development, psychological, the intellectual, and spiritual.

Abstract

Background: Lead (Pb) is a chemical that belongs to the heavy metal group is bluish grey and is the main pollutants in the environment. The lead that enters the body will be distributed into the blood compound 95% and interfere with the body sistem, one of which is in the reproductive system. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the effects of lead toxicity on the reproductive system. Method: The design of research used is the study of libraries from various sources. The articles are gathered using search engines such as PubMed, Google Schoolar, Science Direct, ProQuest and Elsevier. The article used in the study was published in 2011-2020. Results: Based on the articles collected, it is derived that the consequences of exposure or lead poisoning are disruptive to the body sistem. Disrupted sistems include the reproductive sistem, digestive sistem, cardiovascular sistem and nervous sistem. Reproductive sistem disorders can occur in men and women. In men there can be decreased quality and quantity of sperm, decreased prostate function, decreased testosterone, decreased sexual desire. In women there can be decreased sexual desire, increased cases of infertility, spontaneous abortion, menstrual disorders and stillbirths. Conclusion: Lead poisoning in the reproductive sistem, disorders that can arise are decreased fertility in men and women, increased miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth, and increased sex desire

Abstract

Contraception is a means of inhibiting the meeting of sperm and ovum so as not to meet and fertilization does not occur. The business is able to last a short or long time, and this business can be done with a variety of businesses, instruments and medicines. Based on data from the population in the Jombang District there are quantity of productive age assistants aged 20-35 years as many as 2,476 people. The purpose of the study is known forfind out whether there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and participation in intrauterine device use in the Jombang health center.This research is a type of primary research. According to the type of data including quantitative research this research method is Observation of cross sectional research. Population of women aged 20-35 years old and married in the Jombang Community Health Center area. A sample of some women aged 20-35 years old and married in the Jombang Community Health Center activity area was 248. The variables were knowledge of mothers aged 20-35 years, participation in the use of IUD contraception.Research results Based on the Spearman Rank test results that can be seen from Nonparametric correlations using SPSS 16, the P value of 0.001 was obtained, where the results were lower than the α = 0.05. This incident proves that Hodita was rejected, so there was a relationship.The Correlation coefficient is 0.553. Abstract

ASI exclusive gift ASI (mother milk water) beginning may be after give birth, given without time-table and is not given food other, although only plain water, until aged baby 6 months. To avoid the happening of family support less in give ASI exclusive need information about the important ASI for baby and family support enhanced (instrumental, informational, evaluation, emotional). Watchfulness aim analyze family support towards mother behaviour in gift ASI exclusive at Puskesmas Gayaman Mojokerto Researcher design that used cross sectional. Research date 1 Mei- 30 Julies 2010. Population in this research entire mothers that gives suck age 0-6 month at Puskesmas Gayaman Mojokerto as much as 52 respondents. Big sample numbers 46 respondents, family support independent variable and variable dependent mother behaviour. The instrument uses questionnaire and sample taking technical purposive sampling. Then tested by using correlation test spearman rank (rho) at obtain? = 0,024 <? = 0,05. From this research result shows that get family support deliver it less support (9%), enough support (48%), support (43%). While respondent based on mother behaviour in give ASI exclusive deliver it (65%) good mother behaviour, (22%) unfavourable mother behaviour, (13%) mother behaviour not good. Based on analysis result uses correlation test spearman rank (rho) at obtain ρ = 0,024 <α = 0,05 mean found connection between family support with mother behaviour in give ASI exclusive at Puskesmas Gayaman Mojokerto. Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding without additional food and other beverages in infants aged 0-6 months (Forum, 2017). Milk given to infants because of the many benefits and advantages, such as infants have protection against Clostridium tetani bacteria, diphtheria, polio virus, rotavirus and vibrio colera. Moreover, it can increase the child's IQ and EQ (Hubertin, 2014). The issues raised is whether there is a relationship between knowledge about the benefits of breastfeeding to exclusive breastfeeding. The goal is to determine the relationship between knowledge about the benefits of breastfeeding to exclusive breastfeeding in nursing mothers. Population was all nursing mothers in the Village District Gondek Mojowarno Jombang district as many as 94. Sampling purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study that met inclusion and exclusion criteria are as many as 48 people. The study design was cross-sectional correlation with the approach and the data were collected using a questionnaire, and analyzed using chi square test statistic. The results of knowledge about the benefits of breastfeeding to exclusive breastfeeding in nursing mothers is good knowledge, exclusive breastfeeding as much (4.2%), does not give exclusive breastfeeding as much (4.2%) while the knowledge enough mother, exclusive breastfeeding (22.9%), not giving (27.1%) and mothers who know less, exclusive breastfeeding (4.2%), not exclusively breastfed (37.5%). From the results of statistical tests obtained X2 = 7234 (7234> 5.591). This suggests there is a relationship between knowledge about the benefits of breastfeeding to exclusive breastfeeding in nursing mothers. The conclusion is there hubunagn between knowledge about the benefits of exclusive breast feeding with breast milk in nursing mothers in the Village District Gondek Mojowarno Jombang District. Proposed research is expected to come keposyandu diligent mothers or other associations to get information about health and are expected to give exclusive breastfeeding if the mother had another baby, for health care workers should routinely provide information and motivate breastfeeding mothers to breastfeed exclusively

Abstract

Occupational accidents often occur in workers, especially traditional workers who have not implemented the concept of occupational health and safety. This is evidenced by the incidence of work accidents that claimed lives in the traditional sand mining area of ​​Kali Bladak village. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safety behavior on the incidence of work accidents in traditional sand miners in Kali Bladak Village, Blitar Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed to analyze the effect of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safety behavior on the incidence of work accidents in traditional sand miners in Kali Bladak Village, Blitar Regency with a population of 46 respondents and Samples of 41 respondents were taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The findings showed that most of the respondents used complete personal protective equipment as many as 22 respondents (53.7%). Nearly half of the respondents have adequate occupational safety behavior The findings showed that most of the respondents used complete personal protective equipment as many as 22 respondents (53.7%). The results of the study using the Logistic Regression Test showed that the p-value was 0.004 and 0.002 <0.05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, so it was concluded that there was an effect of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safety behavior on the incidence of work accidents in traditional sand miners in Kali Bladak Village, Blitar Regency. When working with sand miners that have a high risk of disability while working, they must use complete personal protective equipment (PPE) and behave in a safe manner so that work safety and security can be increased.

Abstract

The high number of fly density in a place can cause health problems in the settlements around the place. Tukdadap Hamlet, Sukoharjo Village, Wilangan Nganjuk District. Almost all villagers have animal sheds, it is not uncommon for the cage to become one with the house, the cleanliness of the cage is not paid attention to resulting in the accumulation of animal waste, the distance between the cage and the house is less than 10 meters. This study aims to determine the relationship between the distance of the cage and the house on the density of flies in Sukoharjo Village. This research method is analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were residents of Tukdadap Hamlet, Sukoharjo Village, which had animal sheds, totaling 43 respondents. The statistical test used is linear regression. The statistical test results obtained p-value of 0.634 (> 0, 05) which indicates that there is no relationship between the distance of the cage and the house on the density of flies. It is advisable for residents of Tukdadap hamlet to always keep the environment clean, clean the stables, and place the cattle sheds far from the house to prevent the emergence of fly vectors that cause diarrhea.

Abstract

Cancer is one of the main causes of death, and the most common type of cancer in women is breast cancer. Early detection of breast cancer is an attempt to detect or identify early breast cancer. Breast self-examination is one way to do early detection of breast cancer. The aim of this study was to analyze internal and external motivation with breast self-examination in breast cancer preventionThe design of this research is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed to analyze internal and external motivation with breast self-examination in breast cancer prevention by taking a sample of 96 respondents and the data analysis used is linear regression.The findings showed that most of the respondents already had internal motivation to prevent breast cancer as many as 24 respondents and those who had external motivation to prevent breast cancer were as many as 57 respondents, but 50 respondents had not routinely performed their own breast examinations, 52%. The results of the study using the Linear Regression Test showed that the value of F count = 32.4 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of internal and external motivation with breast self-examination in breast cancer prevention.The community already has the motivation to prevent breast cancer but it cannot be practiced regularly and this needs to increase public awareness to be more routine in breast self-examination.
