Diarrhea is a disease that is still a public health problem in developing countries, including Indonesia. This is due to the high morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of diarrhea in students at SDN 3 Banjarejo, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. The design of this research is analytic quantitative research with cross sectional approach, the focus of the research is to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of diarrhea in students at SDN 3 Banjarejo, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. The total sample of 44 respondents was taken with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results showed that there were 18 respondents (40.9%) who had enough categories of hand washing. Most respondents have defecation behavior enough category as many as 21 respondents (47.7%). Most respondents have the behavior of consuming enough snacks as many as 21 respondents (47.7%). Most of the respondents had diarrhea as many as 26 respondents (59.1%). The results of the Linear Regression Test analysis showed a p-value of 0.009 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so it was concluded that there was a significant influence between hand washing behavior on the incidence of diarrhea in students at SDN 3 Banjarejo, Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency. It is expected that respondents like washing their hands with soap before and after doing anything, especially after touching poop, while also having to defecate in the toilet and eat healthy snacks by bringing supplies from home.

The behavior of disposing of garbage in the community is not in place, allowing health problems to occur if the waste is not handled properly and can provide a place to stay for vector vectors such as insects, rats, worms, fungi and others. These vectors can cause disease, one of which is the incidence of diarrhea. The design of this research is quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional approach and the focus of the research is directed at analyzing the influence of community behavior in disposing of garbage on the beach with the incidence of diarrhea in the WuringWolomarang region of Sikka Regency. The number of samples was 49 respondents taken by the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents had less behavior as many as 21 respondents (42.9%). In addition, respondents who had behavior in the sufficient category were 17 respondents (34.7%). While respondents who had behavior in the good category amounted to 11 respondents (22.4%). Most respondents experienced diarrhea as many as 33 respondents (67.3%). While respondents who did not experience diarrhea were 16 respondents (32.7%). The results of the Logistik Regression Test showed that the service of health workers with a p-value of 0,000 <0,05, H0 was rejected so that there was an influence of people's behavior in disposing of garbage on the beach with the incident of WuringWolomarang diarrhea in Sikka Regency. It is expected that respondents will maintain the cleanliness of the environment by making a garbage disposal post to be used as a garbage collection from the community in the Wuring Wolomarang area of Sikka Regency so that the incidence of diarrhea can decrease

Hypertension can be caused by unhealthy living habits such as consuming high salt, obesity, stress, smoking and alcoholic drinks. Foods that contain high sodium, high cholesterol, high fat, and high purines will enter the circulatory system which results in the emergence of plaque in blood vessels and thickens the blood so that blood circulation is not smooth which results in increased blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SMS Gateway on dietary behavior and blood pressure improvement in prolanis participants at UPT. Talun Health Center, Blitar Regency. The design of this study was pre-post with control design with cross sectional approach. The population studied was all prolanis participants who had hypertension at the UPT. Talun Community Health Center in Blitar District, with an accidental sampling technique obtained a sample of 24 respondents who were divided into two control and treatment groups. The independent variable is SMS gateway, the dependent variable is dietary behavior and blood pressure. Data collection using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis using the Mann Whitney test and independent sample t test (α = 0.05). The results showed that after giving SMS gateway there were differences in dietary behavior between the treatment and posttest control groups with a significance of 0.004, there was a difference in systolic blood pressure between the treatment and posttest control groups with a significance of 0.002, and there were diastolic blood pressure differences between the treatment and post control groups. test with a significance of 0.024. The technique of giving SMS gateway is proven to be able to help respondents to pay attention to their diets, so that it is useful in efforts to control blood pressure through eating patterns and types of food.

Increased cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever accompanied by the emergence of resistance to temephos, making the use of natural larvicides begin to be considered. One of the natural ingredients that can be used is the fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb). The purpose of this study was to examine the concentration and effectiveness of Pandanus leaf extract (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) To kill Aedes aegypti larvae. This research is an experimental research with posttest only control group design where the object is divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group. Samples were 25 larvae in each group, and it was repeated four times. So the total sample is 800 Aedes aegypti larvae. The results of this study indicate that at a concentration of 0% (negative control) aquades can kill 0 Aedes aegypti larvae, at a concentration of 1% (positive control) can kill an average of 56%, a concentration of 0.5% can kill 16.75 (17) larvae (67%), a concentration of 0.7% can kill 18.75 (19) larvae (75%), a concentration of 0.9% can kill 20.5 (21) larvae (82%), a concentration of 1.0% can kills 22.25 (23) larvae (89%), a concentration of 3.0% can kill 24 larvae (96%), and a concentration of 5.0% can kill 25 larvae (100%). One of the causes of the environmental problems is the tofu industry. Disposal of liquid waste in the river causes water pollution. To find out how far the burden of pollution in wastewater is by measuring COD and pH. In this case aquatic plants such as water hyacinth are an alternative way to overcome the waste pollution. Aim from this study the use of water hyacinth (Eichhornia Crassipes) in reducing levels of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and acidity (pH) tofu industry liquid waste in Tawang Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency. Based on the type of this research istrue experimental. This research design uses True post test only design with the focus of his research directed to be analyzed the use of water hyacinth in reducing levels of COD and pH of tofu industry wastewater with 3 types of water hyacinth variations in treatment namely 5, 7 and 9 applied with 5L of tofu wastewater is then tested by a laboratory. Analysis of the data used is One Way Anova. The findings found the average levels of COD and pH after the administration of water hyacinth with plant variation 9 is 865.80 mg / l and 7.7220 mg / l, plant variation 7 is 4617.80 mg / l and 7.7180 mg / l , plant variation 5 is 6422.00 mg / l and 7.7180mg / l. Based on statistical tests using One Way Anova get a value of 0,000 <0.05 so it is concluded that the averageCOD level of liquid waste of tofu industry which are given water hyacinth significantly different. Based on statistical tests using One Way Anova get a value of 0.001 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the averagepH of tofu industry liquid waste which are given water hyacinth significantly different. The results of this study can be a community solution to problems in the use of water hyacinth to reduce levels of COD and pH so that the quality of water contaminated by industrial waste can be overcome
