Abstract

The study aims to examine: (1) the influence of employability skills on the students’ work readiness at SMKN 2 Gowa; (2) the influence of self-efficacy on the students’ work readiness at SMKN 2 Gowa; and (3) the influence of employability skills and self-efficacy on the students’ work readiness t SMKN 2 Gowa. The type of research used is quantitative using the Ex-post Facto method. The research samples were 184 students of grade XII. Data collection techniques employed questionnaire, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, analysis prerequisite test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study reveal that (1) there is an influence of employability skills on the students’ work readiness at SMKN 2 Gowa; (2) there is an influence of self-efficacy on the students’ work readiness at SMKN 2 Gowa; and (3) there is an influence of employability skills and self-efficacy collectively on the students’ work readiness at SMKN 2 Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The results of developing interactive media based on guided inquiry. learning models in digital simulation subjects; (2) the effectiveness of using interactive media based on guided inquiry. learning models to foster student interest and learning activities; (3) The practicality of using interactive media based on guided inquiry. learning models in digital simulation subjects. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE development model which consists of several stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and system evaluation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The subjects of this research product trial were 2 learning media experts, 1 material expert, 3 teachers and 35 students of SMK Nasional Makassar City. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that the development of interactive media based on the quided inquiry learning model can motivate students to learn independently, creatively, effectively and efficiently with an assessment of the elements of validity given by media experts, which is an average of 4.74. Then the material expert gives an average assessment of 4.81, the average on each of these results is greater than the median Likert scale. Thus it can be said that learning media based on the quided inquiry learning model is very feasible to use. then in the element of effectiveness given by 3 teachers in the field trial, the average was 4.69 and for the large-scale trial of 35 students got an average of 4.70.The average of each result is greater than the median of the Likert scale.Thus it can be said that learning media based on the quided inquiry learning model is very effective.Then in the element of practicality given by 3 teachers in the field trial, the average was 4.76 and for the large-scale trial of 35 students got an average of 4.81.The average of each result is greater than the median of the Likert scale.Thus it can be said that learning media based on the quided inquiry learning model is very practical.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of education level on the performance of educator certified teachers in Makassar City; (2) the influence of work motivation on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City; (3) the effect of teaching experience on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City (4) the effect of education level, work motivation and teaching experience on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 134 certified educator teachers in Makassar City. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, analysis prerequisite test, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that; (1) there is an effect of education level on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City; (2) there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City; (3) there is an effect of teaching experience on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City (4) there is an influence of education level, work motivation and teaching experience on the performance of educator-certified teachers in Makassar City

Abstract

This research is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental research with the aim of 1. Knowing the application of the kahoot game 2. Knowing whether there is an effect of implementing the Kahoot Game in Improving Learning Outcomes in Class X Graphic Design Subject at SMKT Sombaopu 3. Knowing student responses to the kahoot game. This study consisted of two variables, namely the Kahoot Game media as the independent variable and student learning outcomes as the dependent variable, using the Pretest and Posttest Control Group Design research designs. The population in this study were all students of class X TKJ consisting of 2 classes with a total of 34. The research sample was class X TKJ 1 as a control class with 17 students and X TKJ 2 as an experimental class with 17 students selected through Simple Random. sampling. The data obtained were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that in the experimental class with the Kahoot Game learning media, the average pretest and posttest were 74.35 and the pretest was 74.35, while the learning using the lecture method obtained the average pretest was 34.59 and the posttest was 57.18, while the control class students' mastery was 6. % and 82% experimental class. The average result of the n-gain test for the experimental class was 0.46 and that for the control class was 0.3. The average effectiveness of the control class was 33.62 and the experimental class was 46.88. The results of inferential statistical testing with the Independent Samples T-Test obtained a significance value for the pretest and posttest p = 0.000 <α = 0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus the kahoot game learning media influences student learning outcomes in Class X Graphic Design Subject at SMKT Sombaopu. Student response test as many as 34 people get a score of 4.30 with a presentation of 86.14% in a very interesting category.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and reveal the influence of laboratory facilities and practical job sheets on students’ learning achievement in Motorbcycle Chassis Maintenance subjects at SMKN 1 Poso Pesisir. The study is in the form of quantitative research, which aims to examine the influence of laboratory facilities and practical job sheets on students’ learning achievement in grade XI and XII of Motorcycle Engineering and Business. The research samples were 59 students of Motorcycle Engineering and Business. Data collection was conducted by using documentation, report cards, and questionnaires. The results of the study reveal that (1) the laboratory facilities are dominantly in very high category at 46%, (2) the practical job sheets are dominantly in very high category at 34%, (3) the students’ learning achievement in Motorcycle Chassis Maintenance subject obtain a fairly high score which is 64% in average, (4) there is a significant positive influence between the laboratory facility variable (X1) on learning achievement, (5) there is a significant negative influence between the practice job sheet variable (X2) on learning achievement, and (6) there is a significant positive influence between the laboratory facilities variable (X1) and practical job sheets (X2) collectively on students’ learning achievement in Motorcycle Chassis Maintenance subject at SMKN 1 Poso Pesisir.

Abstract

This study aims to discover: 1) the results of the development of Smartphone-based interactive e-modele in Fabric Decorating Techniques Courses to improve the learning outcomes in PKK Department FT UNM, 2) whether the feasibility of the smartphone-based interactive e-modele learning media developed meets valid criteria, 3) whether the feasibility of smartphone-based interactive e-modele learning media developed meets practical criteria, 4) whether the feasibility of the smartphone-based interactive e-modelelearning media developed meets effective criteria. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D). The research subjects were 32 students and 2 lecturers in PKK Department FT UNM. Data collection techniques used were tests, questionnaires, and e-modele validation. The module development process employed the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) e-development model. The analysis phase includes an analysis of the needs for learning resources, curriculum, and materials. The design stage includes creating the e-modele framework, determining the layout and reference book, and preparing the e-modele assessment instrument. The development stage includes e-modele development, expert validation and e-modele revision. The implementation stage is the trial stage of the e-modele, which had been validated and revised for students. The evaluation stage is the stage of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the e-modele that had been tested. The quality of the module is determined by three criteria: validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This e-modele is declared as valid based on an assessment from the material expert with an average of 87% (very valid) and an assessment from the media expert with an average of 91% (very valid). Moreover, the e-modele is declared as practical for use by students based on the results of the students’ response questionnaire with an average of 83% (Very practical). Furthermore, based on the test results before and after using the e-modele, it is declared as effective for use by students based on the results of the pretest and p osttest with an average score of 71% (effective).

Abstract

This research aims to; (1) find out the results of developing interactive e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition in women's fashion construction courses to improve student learning outcomes in the PKK FT UNM Department; (2) produce e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition which are valid to be used as teaching materials in women's fashion construction courses in the PKK FT UNM Department; (3) produce e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition which are practically used as teaching materials in women's fashion construction courses in the PKK FT UNM Department; (4) produce e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition that effectively improve learning outcomes in women's clothing construction courses in the PKK FT UNM Department. This research method is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model. The research subjects were 30 students and 1 lecturer of the PKK FT UNM Department. Data collection through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that: (1) The results of developing interactive e-module teaching materials based on Flip PDF Corporate Edition in women's fashion construction courses to improve student learning outcomes in the PKK FT UNM Department through the stages of Analysis, Design, Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation) and Evaluation (Evaluation). (2) Valid e-modules are used based on the value of media experts of 89.58 in the Very Valid category and material experts of 88.65 in the Very Valid category; (3) The practical e-module is used with a value from the lecturer of 95 in the Very Practical category, students of 94.31 in the Very Practical category, and observers of 94.44 in the Very Practical category, and (4) The N-Gain value of Pre -test and post-test were 0.80 in the High category so that it can be said that corporate flip pdf-based e-modules are effective in improving student learning outcomes in the course of women's clothing construction in the PKK FT UNM major.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes and student activity and interest in the Electrical Power Installation (ITL) subject through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model for class XI TITL-1 at SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. This research is classroom action research with a model developed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The subjects of this research were students in class XI TITL 1, even semester, 2021/2021 academic year, with a total of 29 students. This research consisted of two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis.The results of the research show that the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model in ITL subjects can improve learning outcomes, interest and activeness of class XI TITL 1 students at SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. This can be seen based on the results of observations at each meeting, in cycle I it was 73.54%. In cycle II it increased to 81.3%. The average student learning activity per cycle increased from 83% in cycle I to 90.17% in cycle II, where during the Pre-Test the percentage of interest based on the questionnaire given to students was only 67.45% and activeness was only 66.5%. %. Based on the results of the post test and practice in cycle I and cycle II, the student learning outcomes in cycle I showed a class average of 76.38 and 92.75.

Abstract

The research objectives are (1) to determine the level and (2) differences in average activities and student learning outcomes in classes that apply the project-based learning model and classes that do not apply project-based learning. This type of research is experimental. Using a quantitative approach. The research objects are students and class teachers. The research methodology is observation tests and interviews, where the frequency of students in the experimental class is more dominant in getting category C pretest scores, namely 22 people out of a total of 29 people in the entire experimental class. Then the frequency of students in the control class also dominantly got grades in category C, namely 18 people out of a total of 29 students. The results of the research are (1) There is a difference in the average value of student learning outcomes between classes that apply project-based learning methods (experiment) and classes that do not receive treatment (control). This is reinforced by the description of the average score of experimental class students as 86.89, higher than the control class, namely 68.67. (2) There is a difference in the average student learning activity between classes that apply project-based learning methods (experiment) and classes that do not receive treatment (control). This is reinforced by the description of the average activity of experimental class students as 76.83, higher than the control class, namely 65.52. The research results indicate that implementing a project-based learning model can help increase student activities and grades in the network system administration subject at SMK N 1 Papalang. Suggestions are (1) Teachers can maximize the quality of learning through implementing the project-based learning model, (2) Through the project-based learning model, they can improve students' critical attitudes and learning activities, (3) Teachers should study the project-based learning model more deeply to broaden their knowledge. teachers regarding project based learning models
